It's clean, the staff is friendly and it is air conditioned, so it can be warm or cold depending on the weather outside. It was a bit hard to find for me though, since it was underground and hard to locate within the mall, other than that, it's a good place to buy tech/tech accessories eg. laptop bags.

Lynda Eastwood: Super impressed with the excellent service I received on my visit to Peter Stevens Adelaide today. I’m new to buying motorcycling apparel and was served by Rachel, who was very knowledgeable and answered a plethora of question's with ease. Rachel was also extremely patient and afforded me plenty of time and guidance as I wrestled with my indecisiveness. I genuinely felt she had my best interests front of mind and wanted me to walk away confident I had made the right choice, which I did! Wayne Rayner: I just want to send a big shout out to the service team at Peter Stevens. The workshop manager helped me the other day with a problem I was having with my bike. He owned the problem and he said leave it with me for 5 minutes, and l will ring you back with the answer to your problem you are having. I don't make a occurrence every time I ride into town but when I do ride into town and I take my bike around the Workshop they are quite happy to check the oil, and the water and the air for me. They said no problem. We're here to help.

Jacob Evershed: We just went down to the good guys and we had the best customer service from legendary guy called Jordan. He did his best to give us the most discount possible at the cost of sacrificing his own commission he provided great intel on the products we were interested in and we left feeling so greatful, we had to leave a review. If you’re looking for anything from the good guys I’d highly recommend going to him as he’s genuinely interested in getting you the best deal possible. The good guys need more people like this bloke!

Justin Bradstreet: Older lady last week was superb. Had lots of time for us as buying some larger $$$ items. Clearly her radio was buzzing or someone in her ear but she was firm with them that she was with customers on a couple of occasions. Young Dyson rep close by needs to keep her swearing down in store with customers around. Also young girl yesterday while buying something had few people skills. But the lady last week keeps my hopes alive for this place.Edit: changing this 4* to 5*. Ruth & Vicki in the kitchen appliance section are great, specifically Ruth. Knows her stuff, no nonsense & we went in to look & ended up spending $12k+ as a result, and don’t regret it. Job well done.
BH: Shopping for a home security wi-fi cam last sat 1/06/24. Took awhile to be served, but was so lucky to have Drilona come by. She explained everything clearly, and was more than helpful, she was very knowledgeable as well. Was a pleasure having her serve me..she even helped my friend to get a better deal with Telstra.
