The staff really get deep within the mussels and leave you feeling great at the end. It’s a beautiful feeling when you don’t have to direct your massage therapist. They adjust the pressures as if they know your body inside out after the first visit. I totally 💯 would not pass up the opportunity to visit them twice per month.Good value for money as well.

    Maureen: I had been suffering from severe sciatic pain for a long time causing me to have sleepless nights and consuming copious amounts of pain killers. I had seen Osteopaths, chiropractors, physios and done gym exercises, however nothing was relieving the pain only getting worse as time went on. My GP wanted me to have a steroid injection which thankfully I avoided as I found Barbara, a Remedial Massage Therapist, just in the knick of time.After only a few treatments the relief of the sciatic pain was tremendous. Barbara has a fantastic understanding of the trigger points associated with one's ailments and finds sore muscles which I didn't even know were sore until Barbara found them. Dry needling has been an added bonus as the Sciatica has been fully resolved and now Barbara is working on my knees.Barbara has the knack to locate the muscles which are the cause of the painful areas and works on releasing the tension and stress on these muscles which are causing the pain, where ever it may be located.Barbara will be my body's friend for the rest of my life as she is able to work her 'magical' fingers to release my tight muscles.I highly recommend Barbara to anyone who is suffering from muscle aches and pains.
