Brent Ilicic: I highly reccomend Norwood Swim School. My son has been going there for some time now and his swimming has excelled quickly. As a parent it means a lot to know my son is excited to go there for classes, he loves the atmosphere and the instructors are great. We often book in a second class last minute because he loves it so much and are always happy with whichever instructor we get.

David McKay: Met Barbara at reception. Wonderfully warm welcome which got better and better. 3 Grandchildren for swimming lessons and first lesson free....who knew? No goggles? No problem Barbara has a heap in the lost and found....lends us some. Kids in pool in age or proficiency groupings and the swim teachers are kind, patient and fun. Drinks and icecreams available afterwards as a reward and all the kids come back excited wanting more. We definitely will be coming back.!!

Their assessment is by far the most accurate and fair, and their staff are superstars in customer service. If I could turn back time, I would have sent my boys here earlier instead of wasting time and money at S**** Swim at Clovercrest.
Debra Sleep: . Lanes are booked by timeslots, and numbers are capped. Therefore, the lanes are never crowded. Staff are very kind and informative. There is a large free car park with disability parking. The centre is currently undergoing renovations. The renovations do not affect your time or access into the pool. Ladies' amenities have been complete. Very modern, bright, and clean. I highly recommend this local pool. Definitely make enquiries by telephone or browse their very informative website

Peter Savvas: My son is almost 4 and he had his first lesson 2 weeks ago. I was nervous at first because he doesn't like getting his eyes wet and he definitely doesn't like putting his head under the water. However the instructors were very encouraging, friendly and I was pleasantly surprised when he jumped into the instructors arms from the side of the pool and came up with a smile on his face.I couldn't be happier and it is well worth the money which is around $35 a lesson for 30min.Regarding the facilities, everything is always clean and I love the cafe upstairs. The staff are friendly and whenever I forget the kids' goggles they always have a pair to lend me.I would highly recommend this place.

Lisa Gliddon: Wow, what an incredible place this is! The staff here have a genuine interest in progressing your child through the levels but they're careful to graduate your child when they are technically ready. This process is communicated very well to parents along the way and at the time of assessment.The low student to teacher ratios means each child gets focused attention from the teacher with little disruption from those around them.I love that the Blue Dolphin's founder set up the swim centre because she didn't want other kids to have the same bad experience that she had when she was doing lessons. This can be seen in the level of support and encouragement the teacher's offer to both students and parents.A special mention needs to go to Tash who can herd cats like no other. My 5 year old son responds very well to the sessions because she is firm, focused, fair and fun and takes the time to explain the why.We're very happy with Blue Dolphin and have no hesitation in recommending them to other parents.
Sep Yar: I signed up my son for a membership at Blue Dolphin Swim, expecting a free trial session, but we never received one. My son only attended one session at the end of May, after which he fell ill and we couldn’t attend any more classes. Despite emailing them to stop the classes, they continued to charge us weekly. Even when I called them to request a stop, they ignored my request and kept charging us for two months.When I asked for a makeup session without additional payment, they told me I needed to restart the membership to access makeup sessions. This is absurd—why should I pay again for sessions I’ve already paid for? The customer service here is terrible; they don’t answer the phone and just keep charging you. When I asked why we didn’t receive a free trial, they had no answer. I don’t recommend this place at all.However, Tayla, the Customer Communications Co-ordinator, reached out to me personally to resolve the issue. She was very understanding and promptly refunded all the sessions we were charged for. I’m really happy with how they handled the situation and appreciate their efforts to make things right. This experience has restored my confidence in their commitment to customer service.

We have been to a few other swim centres in the past and are so happy that we made the change. To the lovely office staff that always have a smile on their faces when we walk through the door and the hellos we get is so lovely and welcoming. So a massive thank you to all of the amazing people that work at Blue Dolphin, we are so lucky to have such skilled and passionate people teaching our kids how to swim and be safe in the water.

Rachel was very good, she credited my money back as well which was debited starting of the month. Very helpful staff and instructors. My daughter been going there since she was 6 months old and now she is 11 years old. ..we were very happy with the state swim. Highly recommended.

Lynda Plummer: Great therapy for all kinds of needs. Music can be a bit loud. This makes it hard to hear the instructor. Last night there was a baby there crying which was also distracting. Maybe they didn't like the music!

She’s so supportive, empathetic and understanding. She’s helped me push myself but never let me exceed my limits and allows me to have so much choice in my sessions. I highly recommend Robyn. The reception staff are absolutely amazing, especially Erinne she never fails to make me smile. All the pool staff are always so smiley and friendly too. I highly recommend it.With new, nice, clean, comfortable, well organized and maintained installations.You will find the equipment necessary for every need. The temperature is perfect, in & out of the water.And the most important thing their team is amazing, great professionals with much appreciated empathy, all of them. Brenton Wooding: Wow… What a brilliant experience.I’ve just had 2 total knee replacements 3 weeks apart! I’ve been committed to 3 times daily physio directed exercises on a bed and in a chair as part of my recovery, and this has delivered great results. However, adding hydrotherapy has been a stunning addition to my recovery. The facilities and environment at the Welland centre are absolutely first class, complimented by the friendly and helpful staff.The difference that hydrotherapy has bought has been life changing for me, my knee flexibility and comfort has improved significantly after just a couple of visits, and the ability to do so much more physical training in a weight free zone has provided the best nights sleep since my procedure. I still do my home excises, my agility and ability to do this has been complemented by the addition of the hydrotherapy, and it’s a great pleasure, not a chore. 12° outside at 6am and 34° in the pool, what’s not to love, hardest decision is when to get out!Adelaide Hydrotherapy has been a significant part of my recovery, congratulations and thank you for providing this wonderful service…

Karin Cook: So pleased to have found this excellent facility. Rob and the team, Erin especially, are friendly, welcoming & very empathetic. My husband experienced a severe stroke a couple of years ago and is showing some positive outcomes as a result of his time spent at the pool which is a gloriously constant 34 degrees. My Mum & friends enjoy Jodie’s bubbly personality whilst exercising in her aqua fit classes and the swimming instructors are fantastic with the children learning to swim. The facility employs a Physio & Exercise physiologist which is great for anyone requiring strength conditioning or hydro rehabilitation. Highly recommend this facility to anyone with a disability & who enjoys exercising to upbeat background music

Julie Venning: It was great to swim in a 50metre open air pool and they are age friendly. The older you are the cheaper it is.
William Ellis: Lovely outdoor outdoor space. Busy but not mental. It was clean and the floor didn't feel gross like most other pools. Friendly and helpful staff.

Kenzie Beames: A great family friendly out door pool. My two and four year old had a blast here. There is a splash area with water guns, slides and more. There is a bay wading pool, toddler pool and a lap pool. We even grabbed some hot chips from the kiosk.
