Christine Mufford: Great facility for hydrotherapy professional @ caring team.Excellent.

Lynda Plummer: Great therapy for all kinds of needs. Music can be a bit loud. This makes it hard to hear the instructor. Last night there was a baby there crying which was also distracting. Maybe they didn't like the music!

Ayesha Cyna: Warm and friendly staff

Emily Tangalakis: I’ve been coming to Adelaide Hydro for a few months now and I’ve had nothing but a positive experience. I’ve been doing hydrotherapy with Robyn and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s so supportive, empathetic and understanding. She’s helped me push myself but never let me exceed my limits and allows me to have so much choice in my sessions. I highly recommend Robyn. The reception staff are absolutely amazing, especially Erinne she never fails to make me smile. All the pool staff are always so smiley and friendly too. Such a great atmosphere and I’ll continue to speak highly of Adelaide Hydrotherapy. Thank you everyone!❤️

Bald Bearded Bloke: Warm and welcoming. Also do a good line in hydrotherapy.

Kym Davey: Friendly, professional staff in a first-class facility. Don't tell your friends!

Paul Meadow: Excellent facility been very good for my strength and rehabilitation for returning to work and a special thankyou to Henry

eom: I have visited a couple of different places after multi fracturing: hip, femur, pelvis and 2 ribs, and nothing like Adelaide Hydrotherapy to heal. I highly recommend it.With new, nice, clean, comfortable, well organized and maintained installations. You will find the equipment necessary for every need. The temperature is perfect, in & out of the water. And the most important thing their team is amazing, great professionals with much appreciated empathy, all of them. Always teaching, supporting, helping and/or encouraging every time, to motivate you, to enjoy it and to improve.Thank you, thank you, thank you Adelaide Hydrotherapy. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Brenton Wooding: Wow… What a brilliant experience.I’ve just had 2 total knee replacements 3 weeks apart! I’ve been committed to 3 times daily physio directed exercises on a bed and in a chair as part of my recovery, and this has delivered great results. However, adding hydrotherapy has been a stunning addition to my recovery. The facilities and environment at the Welland centre are absolutely first class, complimented by the friendly and helpful staff. The difference that hydrotherapy has bought has been life changing for me, my knee flexibility and comfort has improved significantly after just a couple of visits, and the ability to do so much more physical training in a weight free zone has provided the best nights sleep since my procedure. I still do my home excises, my agility and ability to do this has been complemented by the addition of the hydrotherapy, and it’s a great pleasure, not a chore. 12° outside at 6am and 34° in the pool, what’s not to love, hardest decision is when to get out!Adelaide Hydrotherapy has been a significant part of my recovery, congratulations and thank you for providing this wonderful service…

Irene Hagi: Just started to go to the pool for hydrotherapy for the last two weeks. The heated pool and the friendly staff are amazing. So relaxing and wonderful to be able to exercise my pains away. Very happy and feeling better, getting so addicted, have turned into a regular.

Frank Williams: Friendly staff. Pool is warm - perfect for rehab

Samantha Wannan: Was so warm as soon as we got in.

Jo 27: The perfectly heated temperature of the water allows all your aches and pains to float away. Staff are amazing, friendly and adaptable. Highly recommend.

Karin Cook: So pleased to have found this excellent facility. Rob and the team, Erin especially, are friendly, welcoming & very empathetic. My husband experienced a severe stroke a couple of years ago and is showing some positive outcomes as a result of his time spent at the pool which is a gloriously constant 34 degrees. My Mum & friends enjoy Jodie’s bubbly personality whilst exercising in her aqua fit classes and the swimming instructors are fantastic with the children learning to swim. The facility employs a Physio & Exercise physiologist which is great for anyone requiring strength conditioning or hydro rehabilitation. Highly recommend this facility to anyone with a disability & who enjoys exercising to upbeat background music

tony fiebiger (ValleyBanger): Jenny and the crew from Sportsmed Hydrotherapy do a wonderful job getting me back on my feet after surgery, a truly wonderful complex with great staff

Mark Gunn: Adelaide Hydrotherapy Centre what an awesome place. The pools heated and always at the right temperature. The showers, toilets and change rooms are assessable and easy to get into. The centre is wheelchair and gopher friendly. If you are looking for a place in Adelaide to do hydrotherapy go to the best you won't be disappointed. Russell King: Best pool in Adelaide, fantastic staff, always warm. Nothing beats chilling on the grass then having a swim

Sandra Jobson: Pool is great. They need to change food supplies, I bought a ham, cheese & tomato toasted sandwich, there was one slice of tomato the size of a 50c piece, and it wasn't a once only, they told me it often happens.

Tahlia Holmes: It was a amazing experience

Taras Deck: Really good place, offers kids pool, medium pool, and 50m olympic pool divided into lanes for laps. Use lanes on your skill level. Gives an immaculate vibe. 2 Fast slides to race your friend, one slide which is fun cause its dark for a bit, canteen selection is good, I suggest hot chocolate with hazelnut and chips, overall this place is a great place to take your friends, kids, family, or just yourself.

M J: Excellent staff, instructors and venue. Very professional, patient and knowledgeable instructors. Although there are many excellent instructors, Angie was amazing to deal with. Thanks Angie!! Great location, water slides are awesome, loads of free parking with easy wheelchair access. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!!

Luke Edwards: Been coming here for 25+ years. Was nice to see upgrades in recent years. Has a great vibe still and happy to be able to bring my own children here nowdays.

Terry Stevens: Was great. Grandsons loved it.

Suemin Yang: Busy Bees Playgroup at the Holden Hill Community Centre organized an outing to Water World. When my three school-age children found out, they opted to go to Water World instead of attending school. It was our family's inaugural visit to Water World. The weather was perfect, and it wasn't as crowded as we had anticipated, allowing the kids to play comfortably. The barbecue facilities were fantastic. I believe hosting the kids' birthday parties here would be a great idea. We'll certainly return next time for more play and slides.Thank you, Jackie, and all the other volunteers who contributed to making this event so fantastic. Your hard work and dedication truly made it a memorable experience for everyone involved.

Timtams Smith: I went to water world with my family and we blast of a time

Jayson Reynolds: I went there and there was lots of things to do there it was so fun

Trishy Post: it's really a 5 but unfortunately the slides aren't available during weekdays.

Russell King: Brilliant - plenty of shaded areas and spots to sit on the nice lush grass even on the hottest of days, with the water the perfect temperature and always crystal clear.

Samer Madbak: Great

Sea Breeze: .Sometimes the pool is closed to the public, when local schools have swim carnivals on. This is well advertised on their Facebook page.Good local facility for the area, well done to the TTG council for running this from Oct to April each summer.Free electric bbqs. lots of shady trees. Ducks.Movie nights in summer, the novelty of watching a movie, while in and out of the pools.Well staffed with helpful lifeguards. They do a lot of water safety education, helping people to enjoy the pool safely.Attached shop area with googles, swimwear for sale.Hope they reinstate the easy to read poolside clock, to help people keep track of when it’s time to reapply sunscreen.https://www.teatreegully.sa.gov.au/Places-Council-parks-facilities-and-venues/Waterworld-Aquatic-Centre

Bridget & Bilal: I had a beautiful 90 minute pregnancy massage from therapist Naomi, and great service from reception staff too. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable, and not rushed. Very relaxing and blissful space! 🙏

Roly Michelmore: Ten plus years a client of Clarity and I maintain weekly remedial massage treatments here. Sarah Watson's commitment to providing the best available therapists and support to ensure first class treatment has never wavered. Clarity provides EXPERT massage and treatments. The staff are not only highly trained and skilled but are diligent and professional in assessing what they need to know to provide effective therapy and to ensure that treatments do no harm. I have been a client since day one of Clarity and no-one I have recommended to their care has been less than very satisfied.

Elly: The staff are so friendly and my remedial massage was just that, but also relaxing at the same time. Lovely warm beds to lay on and felt very cosy.

John L: I had a really wonderful treatment today at Clarity. My therapist was Jura and she was absolutely wonderful.

Donna Pierce: Professional staff

Lizzie Timcke: I have been coming to Clarity for years and have had several different massage therapists, all of which have been absolutely fantastic! All staff are deeply caring and authentic, from the minute you arrive you feel well looked after, something which is lacking at other spas I have been to.Highly recommend ❤️

David Thornley: Felt so relaxed that I could have stayed on the bed all day! Highly recommended

Paul Forrest: Had the most amazing hot rocks massage and reflexology.Definitely going back again.

Alison Blackman: A welcoming place to relax and recharge yourself.

Amanda Macey: Naomi has magic hands. Elicia is also an amazing massage therapist, I've had a massage from her in the past that was very nice.I had a massage today and it was so good. They are very good at finding that line between assisting with tension but keeping it relaxing.I do think there is a difference between coming to Clarity with a remedial massage therapist compared to just going to a beauty spa.Highly recommend.

A friend recommended her, and after just two appointments, my knees are feeling so much better. Jennifer Marshall: Sad history for this Zoo, especially for George the Orangatan and various incidents that occurred from its inception. There was a wide and varied display of animals in clean enclosures. Enclosures could be much larger but I understand it's hard when there's only a limited amount of Zoo property. Overall, the amenities were great, the staff were informative and polite and the entrance fees were reasonable.

Jonathan Hu: Happy birthday Wangwang and Funi! Proudly as a lifetime member of Adelaide Zoo, I booked a flight all the way from Sydney to Adelaide in the last week of August 2024 to celebrate their birthday before they go back to China. And the giant pandas definitely make Adelaide Zoo the best zoo in Australia! They are so cute and adorable! I’m even thinking about moving to Adelaide so that I can go here every one or two days. The other animals such as little blue penguins are lovely as well.

Sathis kumar: The comprehensive tour and guide provided excellent value for the investment. I had the privilege of gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of cricket and footy during the time spent.

Corey Smith: Certainly a privilege to attend Adelaide Oval to experience the atmosphere and respect paid to such a beautiful and historically nostalgic venue.I have had the absolute privilege of attending this beautiful venue over the years and also appreciate the respectful improvements over the years. From attending my first ever SANFL Game in the mid 70's where Westies struggled to get over South Adelaide, then to see the Great West Indies Cricket Team's of the 80's, the Televised Sheffield Shield Games where the TV Camera was at one end.Looking and sitting under the Moreton Bay Figs, sitting on the southern hill where Cornsey used that tree with the kids in it to kick that the goal against North.Watching Malcolm Marshall bowl at full steam as well as him dancing reggae style on the boundary at third man to the entertainment of our Year 10 P.E. class.Watching that infamous David Hooked Innings against Victoria and enjoying those Hotdogs from the old Caravans to the left of the Victor Richardson Gates.Seeing West Adelaide take home the Premiership Cup in 2015 after 32years.And actually experience the amazing "Never tear us apart " at the Port home game Showdown 😎Thankyou for the memories and the experience.

Adelaide Parklands: what do users think?

Brince8971: Best environmental and kindness the people

Jens Bauer: Hello,When you're here in Adelaide, a visit to the Parklands is a must. A beautiful large area that includes several parks and Lake Torrens. There are countless green spaces, shady places, paths and other attractions. You can switch between the two sides of the lake via several bridges to explore the different places. From here you also have access to some locations such as the Festival Hall, the main train station and the cricket stadium. The Adelaide Parklands are really beautiful and invite you to linger at any time of the day, definitely visit.

Gabriel: Could not appreciate our daily walks here any time of the day. I love how a lot of people come and go at any given time.

Khalid M: .We split up our walk through the Parklands over several days, which I’d recommend. There’s a walking trail loop easily identified by the blue circle markers on the ground

Hong Nguyen: Here, I was able to immerse myself in nature and let my soul follow the water stream. Here, I was under a tree glittering in the autumn sun and dreaming old dreams. Here, I remembered the old days when I sat reading and thinking about distant horizons, and missing my loved ones.

Hawson Maw: Beautiful nature with Trees.

Zhen Zhou: All Adelaide's parks are well managed, with natural scenery and artificial additions of many representative plants and animals from around the world, giving them a unique style. Appreciating these parks requires quiet and frequent visits, slowly and carefully divided into zones and species. If you can record your feelings every time, you will feel joy that you have never experienced before.

Srecko Rakic: Yea ok

Bruce Wayne Birch: It's always a unique experience when you walk around the different walking tracks that surround our wonderful city called Adelaide. I really am very impressed with all the thoughtfulness that went into creating these trails. Such a beautiful and lush experience! 🤩 #BrucesPlanet.Com

peter choi: I had a great experience with Veronica this week. She provided fantastic assessment and treatment which relieved my longstanding L arm pain immediately after the first visit. Thank you so much for your great support.

Kaytee G: Great 1st time experience! Very thorough. Listened to my concerns and have established a treatment plan! Staff are all very lovely! Would recommend!

Alan Benfell: If only giving 10 stars were an option here. I first attended Phyx almost 4 years ago for a niggling pain that after a few visits came good. Then after an injury about a year ago with pinched nerves causing radiating pain in the shoulder area, I returned to visit Phyx again. I started with hands-on physio treatment and then added some one one-on-one Pilates sessions with the physio and now on to group Pilates classes. The hands-on treatment is great as the physios really listen, focus on what you're saying, and are obviously highly skilled to rectify tricky problems. My GP and specialist told me surgery was the only answer, but so far with the treatment from Phyx we're proving that wrong. From day one the team has been amazing, and very professional. Everyone is so polite, friendly and welcoming. Especially making a bloke feel comfortable in fitting into Pilates classes that are generally considered to be a "Ladies' thing". Let me just say, get in there guys it really is a full workout. Thank you all very much.

Frances Wren: Helpful, informative and polite staff. Clean and tidy rooms and waiting area

Robby H: Absolutely amazing service and friendly staff. They helped me with my issues! I would highly recommend the service which the have to offer. Thank you so much

Darian Dragun: Extremely wonderful staff. Very polite and caring!

Simone Hargrave: I have been seeing the physios here for a number of weeks for an ongoing back problem. They have all been brilliant, I was not sleeping to start with because of the pain, but I am now feeling so much better and finally on the mend. The staff are lovely, they listen and treat accordingly !!Lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk in, girls on reception couldn't be more welcomingHighly recommendedThankyou

Adam Proud: I team at Phyx are warm, welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. They fixed my ongoing hamstring pain with lots of hands on treatment and now I'm back to playing footy. Can't recommend them enough!

Melanie Bolzon: I highly recommend Phyx Physio! A beautiful studio complete with a knowledgeable, caring & friendly team of professionals. My hip pain has greatly reduced since attending Phyx & I will certainly be continuing my treatment here with regular Pilates & physio visits.Thankyou so much to the team at Phyx

Rod Pollard: I only had a few visits with Steph but she did a great job with my sholder,Thank you Steph.

Brodie Smith (Starkcrete Pty Ltd): The girls at phyx are great! They helped me with my knee pain. They actually got my knee feeling better than before I injured it. If you want a physio that really cares and are extremely knowledgeable at physio and pilates, go here!

Sara Hariz: Zeenia is an amazing physio! Would highly recommend! So caring and very knowledgeable

Philip Whitcher: and have always followed rehab plans as best as possible.Up to this point I have had to use very strong analgesic pain killers to reduce pain just to continue to do daily living activities. Within the time I have been seeing Sophie we have reduced this to the point of actually not even needing pain relief some days. All that aside she is very friendly and makes you feel welcome during the sessions. As do the rest of the team at PHYX.. So Highly recommended giving them a crack 🙌

Adam M: to bring our daughter into the world. We had never met Dr Simona before, and due to the circumstances of the C-section we were already rattled when she came in, but she very quickly settled our nerves as best as possible with confident reassurance and witty compassion that was way too sharp for 3am on a Saturday morning! Our daughter was ultimately delivered without complication

Sharon Morrison: Thank you Dr Candice Houda for your absolutely thorough experience recently, your expertise in explaining everything in a kind and gentle manner, in my 70 years of age have never had such a kind and gentle experience. I came away feeling so happy with a plan to improve my on going problems. I highly recommend this clinic from the moment you enter. I highly recommend Dr Candice Houda.Sharon Morrison

Holly Hutchings: , you can just call the front desk and a midwife will always call you back for a thorough chat, advice or to get you in for a check up. The birth and delivery, dad and partner, sleep and first aid classes held at the clinic were great and are all included.Amy was such an incredible OB - she’s friendly, highly intelligent, funny and thorough. She anticipated early that my pregnancy might head in a certain direction and talked me through potential risks and outcomes. I was induced at 38 weeks and sure enough, what she thought might happen ended up happening - but I felt completely calm and prepared because she had informed my husband and I in advance and again on the day of our daughter’s birth. I have complete trust in the Adelaide Obs team and would have been happy with any of the Obstetricians caring for me. Delivering at Ashford was a wonderful experience too.

Nadiah: Dr Munt is an exceptional and brilliant obstetrician who is also incredibly kind and warm. She guided me through my pregnancy and birth with the utmost care. The reception staff at Adelaide obstetrics & fertility are also so lovely, kind and efficient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top tier care.

T Lucas: Dr Alison Munt was absolutely incredible throughout our pregnancy and birth. Her expertise and professionalism was second to none and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and experienced Obstetrician.

Alissa Viola: If it wasn't for Simona Fischer, my baby wouldn't be here today. She did everything in her power to make sure my little girl was growing safe and came into this world safe. Highly recommend!

Carolyn: Dr Simona Fischer is honestly the best specialist I have ever met. She is kind, understanding and absolutely amazing.

Elissa Wingrove: Highly recommend Dr Simona Fischer and her wonderful team of staff. They were super friendly, helpful and supportive during our pregnancy journey. I appreciate the level of care received - Simona is a fantastic obstetrician.

Anthony Staltari: Dr A. Munt is an absolute angel we needed. Her caring, confident nature gives assurance and positive vibes we need through our fertility journey. There is no one we’d rather work with during this time in our life. Thank you to Dr. Munt and the entire team!

Sofia: A big thank you to Simona and all team. Everything went well and I have my little one. Thanks for everything. We will be back again😁😆

Maddison Veitch: After suffering a miscarriage our first pregnancy, and then experiencing some issues in the early stages of our second pregnancy, my husband and I saw Dr Stephen Lane who provided the utmost care and understanding throughout. We saw him regularly, checking baby’s growth and that everything was tracking as planned, despite the issues that we were having. He delivered our precious baby boy via C-section and always put our needs and the health of our little bubba first. We are now seeing him again for our third pregnancy/second child and couldn’t be happier. Such a lovely man and the staff at Adelaide Obstetrics are also great with patients and incredibly helpful both in the clinic and over the phone. Couldn’t speak more highly of this practice and Dr Stephen Lane.

Zoe Sherriff: Highly recommend Dr Simona Fischer! Such a beautiful and caring person. Extremely thorough and can’t thank her enough! Nursing staff in the rooms are also amazing, feel so looked after and cared for when in their rooms. Thank you again!

Breathe Stretch Float: what do users think?

Os - Yoga & Meditation: I recently visited Breathe Stretch Float, and my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed into a calming and serene atmosphere by his lovely owners, Jo and Jim who had everything ready for a truly restorative experience.I tried the float therapy with healing minerals, then a deep meditation inside the Himalayan Salt Cave and it was all absolutely incredible. As I floated effortlessly, I felt all my stress and tension melt away. The sensation of weightlessness allowed me to completely relax and disconnect from the outside world. It was as if time stood still, and I could finally focus on my own well-being.After the sessions, I emerged feeling incredibly refreshed and rejuvenated, both physically and mentally. My mind was clear, my body felt lighter, and I was filled with a deep sense of peace. Breathe Stretch Float provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.If you're looking for a place to truly unwind and recharge, I cannot recommend Breathe Stretch Float enough. It's a sanctuary for relaxation and healing, and I can't wait to return for more sessions! Thanks heaps Jo & Jim

caitlin pratten: This place is amazing! A haven for self care from the moment you step in you are nurtured by the team then rejuvenated in both the salt room and float tank. An out of body experience

Valdas Bijanskas: Today, I had an amazing, relaxing massage in the salt room, followed by a float session in a soothing saltwater bath. The warm, salty water created a sense of weightlessness that made me feel like I was floating in space for an hour. It was an incredibly calming and rejuvenating experience. Highly recommended!

Sonya Noonan: .After the 3rd infection I discussed things with Jim and we decided that I should try going to the salt room each week and see if it would help prevent me from getting infections.Guess what!!!!! I haven’t had one infection this year. I’ve traveled to Cairns and hugged a million people of which some ended up with covid, I traveled on planes, through airports and still didn’t get sick.I guess I’m telling you this story cause I want you all to experience the healing powers of the Salt Room. It will heal your coughs, colds, hay fever, sinus issues, pretty much any lung issue. It is also amazing for relaxing, catching up with friends, napping, meditating, reading, de stressing and many other things.Google benefits of a salt room and read it all or go to the Breathe Stretch Float website.

Timothy Horbury: Flu prevention this works No Hay Fever!

Jo Williss: Absolutely amazing!

Steven Hoepfner: Of everything they offer, the salt room unexpectedly is the most therapeutic resource for me. The space helps settle all of my inflammations, especially working to do with my asthma and allergies. I'm a regular now!

Aaron Byrne: I was lucky to be gifted a float session. The experience was amazing and very beneficial. Jim, one of the owners was very thorough in explaining the benefits that would come from a session however I wasn’t sure it would be as effective as he claimed. My experience was to prove me wrong. It was rejuvenating and everything he stated it would be. I am now looking forward to another session and have been telling others of this experience.

Bec Norton: Having a passion for holistic therapies it's important for me to keep up my own health naturally and that's why I always choose Breathe Stretch Float. I start with the salt tank therapy and end with meditation inhe salt cave. 10 🌟.

Elena Fenton: Beautiful facility, relaxing floating tank experience. Very soothing for muscles, aches and pains. My body felt wonderful afterwards. Thank you very much.

Vincenza Salvati: AMAZING Float TherapyExperience!FULL RELAXATION….Just as I hoped and needed!Well priced in such a welcoming and blissful environment. Felt quite spoilt with their care and attention. Compliments to you Jim & Jo THANK YOU

SHEENA ROSE: Lovely space with easy access. The Salt Cave is so therapeutic and the float and yoga options look 'state of the art'. James provides such wisdom and warmth and definitely makes one want to return!I will definitely be back.

Rob Homes: Finally made the time to go back and do a Float Tank and Salt Room experience after not being back for about 2 years. Why did I not go sooner? What a regret putting it off for so long.I walked in feeling really ordinary, depressed, thoughts racing in my mind and struggling with some stressful times the last few months. After my session I was calm, settled, mind at ease and the afternoon now looked a lot better then it was looking when I walked in.Jim is a great host and has an amazing facility. Thanks for another amazing experience, I won't leave it that long before I return! I promise.Lungs / Chest and throat are all more opened from the salt room. I had forgotten how congested I was until I was writing this. Breathing deeply is so much easier!

Enya Crockford: Salt room was highly relaxing and very helpful for my asthma. Highly recommend!

Daniel Wilczynski: Very relaxing.

Luke Lange: 100% Recommend Breathe Stretch Float to my friends and family already! We booked a float session for the evening and it was magic, can not wait to visit again to help clear the mind

Kevin Ellis: I have floated previously, but this experience was a level above, everything about the equipment the holistic and friendly feel to the place, made me feel at ease. I loved the float experience and they cater for all, an example was previously I tend to keep my head up which causes some tension in the neck, her they provide a support gif the head where I was able to totally relax the neck making the experience much more relaxing. I also had a salt room experience which I loved and overall this is a golden gem which I highly recommend a visit too.

Jules Paternoster: From the very first moment I walked into B.S.F I knew I had stumbled upon something very unique.A space I felt welcome, held and safe within seconds. My first treatment was for a SoulNar session with Jo in the magnificent salt cave - My second visit was a beautiful private Sound Bath in the salt cave to mark a friend's birthday. My third treatment is one that I'm still floating away from - Havening with Jim.When I first asked the question about this healing technique - I knew it would be something powerful. It resonated with me because it is both science based and evidenced. I knew I could trust Jim given his transparency in sharing some of his own experiences and whilst I knew it may be confronting, I was made to feel completely safe, capable and free to be vulnerable.Jim helped me shift a lot - about 3 times as much stuff as I had expected. The session felt insightful and completely taylored to me and my experiences. Guided by a kind soul who matched my energy and did an amazing job in leading me to the answers I've struggled years to find. I urge anyone struggling to let go, or stuck in uncomfortable holding patterns to have a chat with Jim about his offering.

Russell Dent: Such a great space, well worth a visit

John Camm: I recently had the pleasure of visiting Breath Stretch Float in Adelaide, and it was an experience I will never forget. From the moment I entered, I was transported to a world of relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.Jim Ryan is incredibly attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the various services from the Salt Room to the Float Tanks.Floatation therapy is a game-changer! The state-of-the-art float pods allowed you to let go of the outside world and immerse yourself in a cocoon of tranquility.Breath Stretch Float is truly a gem in Adelaide. I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with themselves. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to float therapy, you'll find a haven of peace and tranquility at Breath Stretch Float.
