Ailsa Enting-Hawke: My Casio Baby G clasp broke within 2 years of purchase, so under Casio's instruction I took it to these guys for assessment to see if it would be covered. They said it wouldn't be, but they fixed it for me on the spot free of charge! I was expecting a whole ordeal sending it off to Casio but this was the simplest, fastest fix thanks to Adelaide Time. And it's more sturdy than it was originally, now with a metal clasp that looks great! Thank you so much!
