Madison Williams: I can't recommend this shop enough. I first came here looking for maternity bras and found the most comfortable bra I have ever owned. I just got fitted for the second time and have left equally as happy and confident that I've finally found perfectly fitting, comfortable bras. Thank you Kai for being patient and kind during such a sensitive fitting for a Mumma of 2 whose body has changed exponentially over the last 4 years.
Lady bug: and it still works just as good! I couldn't recommend it more. As someone who is more chest endowed , it is difficult to find bras that are the right cup and waist ratio. Not to mention the excellent service as the lovely girl working there fitted me and found me the style that I wanted, all while being friendly with good energy :

I’m so thankful to the team at Alexandra Lingerie for their experience, expertise, kindness and all round customer service. I was in, fitted and out within about 20 minutes, I will say, I definitely wasn’t rushed, they are just so knowledgeable that the second and third bras given to me to try on were perfect. I left feeling more confident, comfortable and beautiful than when I walked in.

Britta Bee: I was extremely nervous coming into to shop at first - but the staff here made me comfortable and relaxed, even got me all giggly with their talk. They were so lovely to work with! They also taught me some new things about bras that I wasn't previously aware of and how to properly wear a bra. Now my "girls" are comfortably fitted. A bit on the pricey side but worth it for the comfort and support. They also cater to larger sizes and cups which is wonderful, and the colours and designs are cute as!Definitely will be going back for more when I can afford it!

I can’t remember the name of the lovely girl who fitted me, but she sized me up and turns out… I’ve been wearing the wrong size bra for years. I usually wear a 10E but after her thorough fitting today, turns out I’m a 6G. BIG DIFFERENCE. She stayed with me the entire time and checked each bra I tried on to ensure they all fit perfectly. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Will be back to purchase again.

Eloise Oxenberry: I've been a customer of Alexandra Lingerie for more than 3 years now, and as usual when I dropped in today needing a re-fit it was an excellent experience. I was measured and brought 2 bras that fitted perfectly and I was out the door again in 15 minutes. I even wore the bra out the shop as it was so comfortable compared to my old one which was no longer fitting. I have a fuller bust and always pleased with the range.

Tonight, I was served by Cheyenne who fitted my bras well but also gave me the most outstanding service. She was friendly and courteous despite it being past closing time. Shivani H: Was visiting Adelaide for a short time and needed new bras. Walked straight in and was greeted by friendly staff. Told them what size I needed and within about 3 minutes and a quick fitting was told I needed to change sizes... they were very much right! Within the next 2-3 minutes I had about 15 bras to to try on sitting in the change room. No pressure, nothing invasive and super informative and friendly. I walked out with 3 perfect bras and now that I have worn them for a few days I feel like a new person. 100% recommend this place for those who don't fit in to the 'norm' of bra sizes. This store has a wide range and the best people.

JenJ Jay: I came in to the store as I seen a sale item at the front. The lady bec behind the counter suggested I try them on. I was feeling a bit reluctant however bec made me feel comfortable, she went out and looked for other sale items for me to try on to which I did and even offered to find the matching bottoms,I have a large behind and was shocked she even asked if I wanted the matching bottoms. She said I have nothing to worry about as they are a very generous size. And she was right! Im 44 and have never felt comfortable in trying on clothes let alone underwear, I’m really glad I came into the store. I left feeling valued as a person and not looked down on due to my size.

I spoke to the assistant manager Will, who was extremely helpful, very professional, welcoming, understanding, made me feel safe, and answered any and all of the questions I had, gave me a wonderful guided tour and made me feel very comfortable.My partner and I will definitely be heading back there and100% recommend this place! Dylan Smith: My partner and I always enjoy coming in and just having a look around for what excitement we can add to the bedroom as the space is nice and open. They also have nice range of products for both men and women as well as for couples of either orientations which I know other stores do not. Pricing is a bit on the expensive side but not having to pay for shipping and waiting for delivery kind of justifies it.I have to also mention that the customer service is exceptional. The girls Bree and Dani are very professional, greeting us when we walked in and giving us the space and time to look around without being bombarded with questions! Then when it came time to ask, they were very helpful and insightful.So for Adult shopping, this has been one of the best stores I've been too.
