He checked and said I'm actually entitled for a refund or refit which mean another pair. He said I probably was fitted with the wrong shoes. He was very detailed in asking questions, offer explanations and choices. He was patient and extremely helpful. I'm sure he is a great asset to the company with such good knowledge and skills.It has been a week since I'm refitted with a new pair of shoes. It has managed my Achilles Tendonitis. With him offering add on orthotics, I have them in another pair of shoes and it works well.Many thanks to Jacob.

Bruce Gibbs: Bought shoes that didn't fit. Contacted service@sportitude, and Rees couldn't have been more helpful, first checking to see if they could source a size larger. When he couldn't he contacted the shoe supplier and found they had a pair. I returned the smaller size and the larger size were delivered to me within the working week.

It was a specific need I had directed by my physio after a 15 year layoff from injury. The staffmember was unbelievably helpfull and friendly.
