Georgia Dornin: I cannot fault the staff at this store. They were super helpful in finding me what I needed. At the register I mentioned that a few weeks prior I tragically lost my partner at just 26 years old and the staff member was kind enough to gift me the item I was purchasing. Words cannot express how much this meant to me at such a horrible time in my life. It was the first thing to make me genuinely smile in weeks, and the compassion of the staff member and his manager was so touching. I’ll never forget this act of kindness when I needed it the most. The quality of the clothing here is phenomenal too and will last for years.

jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. My nephew loves West Coast, and I would pay Rebel so much money for some kids West Coast merch.Update: returned about a month later, still no kids West Coast merch

Bianca Butler: Love this place, parking is terrible but beyond their control. They sell everything you may need, sports bottles, shoes, backpacks, travel bags, water shoes. I always come here to buy my clothes and shoes. The female department is a tad small with a range of clothes, such as jumpers for women in little supply, but don't mind wearing their men's jumpers. Staff are super helpful and polite too.
