I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

Craig Clarke: Large national retailer that focuses on higher quality and well known brand names. They may not have the cheapest price but you can always ask them to price match a competitor. They also allow a refund or return of products with minimal questions. Thanks
Li Wan: the range is not as high end as the city. No designer brands. However, it has a nice range in women's fashion. Less variety of shoes than the city store. Easier to find parking.
Mumsie: Good brands. Not many floor staff these days
