I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

I always come here to buy my clothes and shoes. The female department is a tad small with a range of clothes, such as jumpers for women in little supply, but don't mind wearing their men's jumpers. Staff are super helpful and polite too.
