Natália Nobre Mazot: for being so supportive and helping me with a shoe replacement tonight at Myer Store in Adelaide CBD. I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

Was a convenient way for me & hubby to do our quick shop as hubby hates shopping but doesnt mind collection from a certain point. I don't always wish to pay over phone. Went straight to customer service gave my name & lady went out back & back within minutes with my item to collect. I love not having to search the entire store for items. Despite being busy, she always manages to throw a smile my way when our eyes meet. When it was finally my turn, she greeted me with enthusiasm and a warm smile that made it seem like we were old friends.Many may attribute her behavior to just doing her job, but encountering someone who genuinely enjoys their work and is genuinely happy to interact with people isn't an everyday occurrence.

Rachael Pullman: Huge store with lots of items. I was not familiar with the layout so it took a while to find what I was after - toddler t-shirts. The clothes are twice the price of Big W and Target for toddlers but some specials. Very helpful to see a colouring in table for children!
