Earlier this year I was looking for school and sports shoes for my son starting school, they unfortunately didn't have the right size in store so I ordered online. When they arrived they were a bit small. I rang Glenelg and though they didn't have the right size I spoke with a very helpful team member who offered to have both transferred from 2 different locations so I could bring them in-store to exchange. He followed up with a call and text as soon as they arrived. Went above and beyond I'll always buy from here they also do great sales on ASICS etc.

Johnny Hart: Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable selection on display and can order what you need if not already in store.
Gary Szabados: Fantastic range of outdoor hiking apparel, specialist brands include North Face,Patagonia, Icebreaker,Bridgedale and Osprey backpacks,as well as an extensive range of hiking shoes! Catering for both men and women! Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff including Neil Teasdale!
Alfred Zollo: Cool shop. The staff are really friendly, know all about their gear and make sure it definitely meets your needs.
Erin Lardner: Lovely staff and have a great range of north face items!
Victoria Bourgonjen: This is my favourite outdoor shop in Adelaide! I've bought a lot of items in here over the years, including a pair of Scarpa hiking shoes today and the staff have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. It's a good idea to make this shop your first port of call if you need outdoor gear!
Bas Kirmani: While I didn't find exactly what I was looking for today, the advice and help from Bodhi and Ned was top notch; left informed and uplifted. Noting the shop is owned by the Scouts association, it had a friendly feel with an emphasis on technical integrity. Will certainly come back in future. Cheers guys!

They helped us fit the bags, gave great information and pros and cons of different products, even providing routes to check out. They were extremely attentive to our questions, friendly and professional. Great range of products to check out too.
