Royal Adelaide Hospital: what do users think?

Tony Allworden: Ward nurses are excellent at what they do, very supportive and friendly to talk to. All support structures in place when you need them.. They helped me when I was in for surgery... Can't say enough about all the staff I interacted with they helped me through a tough time in my life, and I'm still getting help from them...A gigantic Thank You to you all..You're the Best...

Binh Nguyen: The Doctor and staff are super nice.

PAULINE BENZ: Exceptional staff - Doctors, Nursing staff down to the cleaners. Food was good - parking not so. But we managed.

Zonney Bruh: The original Adelaide Hospital was built in 1840 at the eastern end of North Terrace, Adelaide, with its first building superseded in 1856 and many alterations and additions over the following 175 years. It was prefixed by the "Royal" in 1939. In 2017 it was replaced by the new hospital, built at the western end of North Terrace. The new hospital is the most expensive building[1] ever built in Australia, and the most expensive hospital[2] ever built anywhere in the world, at US$2.44 billion in construction and equipment costs. The redevelopment on the site of the old RAH is known as Lot Fourteen.

Ray Min: Saved my life.

Pamela Oldmeadow: After a nasty fall in Adelaide I spent nearly a week in hospital. The facilities were great, and surpassed by the excellent care, always warm, kind and personal. The Cranio-Facial unit were wonderful. I thank everyone.

paul smith: Great place to visit. Great staff. Excellent care.

Dr Dien Dang: what do users think?

Ken Bailey: Very professional and efficient. Friendly and easy to talk to.

Paula Read: Dr Dang is exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone with sleep problems.

S Cooper: Provided a complete service and great patient care. My condition was not straightforward but was debilitating. With Dr Dang’s treatment I feel so much better!

Nick Hurn: I am very happy with the advice and feedback. Articulated very well and straight to the point.

gabj hup: Lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable.

katelyn tomney: Dr Dang was professional and incredibly knowledgeable, I came to him after a diagnosis I wasn’t comfortable with or able to cope with. After 2 appointments I am now diagnosed with NT1 and medicated and able to live comfortably again. In an indurstry that can cost an arm and a leg this was incredibly affordable and worth every cent.Thank you for giving me my life back.

Rachel A. Ankeny: Amazing care!

Andrew Appleby: Excellent experience, knows his field..... not the result I wanted to hear...but that life.

Pam Story: My husband was the patient. Dr Dang was excellent. Very personable, explained diagnosis very eloquently and honestly. Would highly recommend.

Alison Turner: Dr Dien Dang. Is highly knowledgeable in his field of Sleep disorders . He has always been ready to answer and explain any questions I have about Narcolepsy, IH and Parasomnia in straight forward easily understood terms. Provided guidance and a clear understanding of each condition and the possible implications around various treatment options. Provided information regarding support groups and emerging research. These conditions not only have an effect on me and my life but also on my husband. Dr Dien Dang has always made me feel safe and at ease discussing any intimacy concerns and the effect these conditions might be having on my Family life and relationships .Dr Dien Dang gave me back my life. I know if ever I have a concern or question even between appointments I can always contact him and he will get back to me when or wherever possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Dien Dang.

Kathleen Gepp: Dr Dang is a very direct person who tells you how it is. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

nicole baulderstone: Exceptionally punctual, informative and supportive.

Matt “Tex” Walker: Dr Dang has an interesting style of practising but I find it refreshing. It is great to see a doctor being blunt and telling you how it is, as this is one of the better ways that you are going to know that he means business, not to mention that you are going to get a useful diagnosis. I therefore find Dr Dang's style of being straight to the point and blunt as a large sledgehammer useful. He is also well prepared, as ha always has my documents and other paraphernalia ready for when I attend my appointment. Also, many doctors and specialists out there 'sugar coat' and 'molly-coddle' patients when a firm hand is needed. The fact that he got me to have a sleep study straightaway, with very little questioning told me that he had an idea about what I had, but wanted the hard evidence to back that idea up. I am not fond of doctors who use 'hunches' and 'guesswork' without getting tests or scans done to back these things up.Dr Dang may be at times a little bit strong with his manner, but I really don't mind that at all.All in all, I never have a bad experience when I see Dr Dang and I will continue to see him. 8.9/10

John Hay: Dr Dang is a lovely doctor and always very welcoming. The consulting staff are always presenting with a happy smile and are also helpful.

Alice Morgan: Dr Dang is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and clearly cares about patient outcomes and satisfaction. He always ensures we have covered everything I want to address as well as keeping me up to date with any new changes in the field. I always feel I have been treated kindly and respectfully.

Ash Worthington: Fast, effective, cuts straight to the chase. Very helpful.

Blake Coburn: Have been seeing Dr Dang for several years. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He makes sure he covers all topics and questions in our appointments.I'm confident in his answers and ability to be straightforward regarding treatment and even explaining the some of the medical world.Appointments are always quick and efficient.

Craig Wickham: I first reviewed Dr Dang with the following in 2018:Warm and engaging Doctor - pragmatic and efficientNothing has changed from my earlier experience but wanted to add to it based on our on-going interactions. Professional, prompt, on-time - if all engagements in all aspects of my life were similar, it would be awesome! Thank you.
