Scott Godfrey: What to say about this place apart from wow. Went here for my 40th birthday I had heard so much about this place and it did not disapoint. We had a drink in the bar part first. Such a lovely aear to sit and wait for your booking time. The drink prices are realy good compared to every where else.We sat at the table the lovely lady told use how it works love the green light red light thing. I said to my wife We won't need the red light there's no such thing as to much food. I was wrong We uesd the red light a fare bit. I'm calling it a food party the sides came out and all of them are so tasty and would be the best potato salad I have ever had. Then the meat started to come out and wow I love bbq meat and this is next level so so so much meat then after the first round you. CAn just keep asking for what you liked.We haven't seen the price before hand and once they said that side was unlimited and all the meat we thought easy over $100 each looked on line and was shocked how cheap it was. 10 out of 10 for everything at this place food,service, vibe, all staff are professional and friendly shout out to Leo who served us the most. The food is quite rich and diverse, and the color is beautiful, which makes people feel good and appetizing. It has vegetarian food, seafood and steaks, which are very healthy, and the desserts and drinks are also It is even more delicious and delicious. Even if it is cold when taken out, it is still delicious. It can also be easily reheated in the oven or microwave. It is a wonderful store that I highly recommend.

The pisco sour tasted a little sweet, a little sour, and was beautifully presented.The coxinhas and empanadas came out fast and freshly hot. Not greasy. Roaming Bush Barbie: Perfect breakfast and great service 😄 I had the prawn pancake 🤤 and son had bacon and eggs. The coffee was too sublime. Only issue, I regret sitting outside as there were construction works across the road and it was quite noisy but her not the cafes fault. They had the heaters on which was received with great enthusiasm. I will be back for more
Bernadette Mc Namara: A cold wintry Friday...lets do lunch! But where to go? Didnt want what has become boring pub food...and found CUMBIA! We were welcomed and seated warmly..under the heater in the garden area. Our waitress Alexandra was patient as we perused the menu.with so many delicious meals it was decided a paella and some garlic prawns accompanied by arepa...the dishes came out hot, aroma loaded and extremely tasty! OMG too many choices...really need to head back to try something new! The food was superb..a smokey paella...the garic prawns were plentiful moist and garlicky tasty and the arepa was a surprise to our taste buds yummy to say the least. Oh did I mention the margaritas??? Perfectly suited to our food. A very pleasant encounter all round! Ee will be back!

The small eats, such as the guava compote filled Pastelitos was quite yum. Great to have them open again, and they’re so close to where I live. Will certainly be back.

Sarah Charles: I wish I could put more than 5 stars. Along with my two friends we tried easily a dozen things off of the menu and we were so impressed with every single thing. This was some of the best food I've ever had and the service was great. The chairs were a little hard but the atmosphere was great. I can't recommend Candela enough and I will definitely be back.

This was so delicious! The chorizo is quite different from the usual Spanish chorizo, and was really tasty. And the fries were super crispy 😋😋..Loaded quesadillas - adobo beef: this was nicely done! Very light tortilla, and yummy filling. Loved the pickled cabbage!.Empanadas - corn and white sauce: can't complain about this one 🙂..Tacos:- fried cauliflower.- grilled fish.Absolutely loved the cauliflower taco! It was super charred and crispy 🤤🤤🤤. The fish one was excellent as well, but you may not like it if you don't like the fishy taste.

Anna Malin: This was my first experience dining here we came here for my daughters birthday as she wanted the ribs ,etc we had the most tender brisket I’ve ever eaten , softest cornbread , ribs were Devine and I got another Mac n cheese to go it was that delicious, great price $$ and the atmosphere was amazing, we felt so welcome by all the staff and checked in on us frequently to see if we needed any drinks etc , just amazing place all round we’ll be back for sure
Jen C: Not the cheapest eat if that’s what you are looking for, but you are paying for quality slow cooked meats! Pork ribs were delicious. Cost us about $100 for 2 people. I thought the amount of tater tots could have been a little more generous, we ended up ordering another serve. I also wish the meat was served hot, it was barely luke warm. Will be back to try the other meats!

Robert Brinkley: Ok, first, I'm from Texas, and I've eaten a lot of Mexican food, and the food here is pretty darn good. Everything we had was authentic, although it's probably Mexican with an Aussie twist...regardless, still muy bien! Our waitress was Cuban, and she was pleasantly surprised I ordered in spanish. For those reviews here saying this food isn't authentic or that it wasn't quick enough, you clearly do not understand the food or the culture. If you want fast, stick to McDonald's....if you want good Mexican food, try Zapatas! I guarandamntee you won't be disappointed. Comida era muy buena!

Margarita Garcia: This is the second time I've eaten here. And I have to day that this is the most authentic Mexican place I've yet been to in Adelaide. We had a banquet and tried so much, we were so full and couldn't finish everything but we gave it a good crack! Service and atmosphere are spot on too. Highly recommend this place, great vegetarian options too!!

Andy Bryant: Surprisingly good Mexican food at this hidden away restaurant off Port Rush Rd. Hard to notice due to not very good signage, and hidden away as part of a motel complex is this intriguing Mexican eatery. Inside is quite bizarre decor, Mexican sombreros and strange water feature with plastic flowers and lights. It's all seems to work though and the food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Service was friendly, cocktails available, good menu selection; what more could you ask for. Well worth checking out.
Terry Sinclair: Absolutely outstanding meal! Beef Taco, Flautas and Enchiladas were beyond excellent.Salad components were fresh and crisp, creme slaw was delicious - perfect contrast in textures. Nice rustic ambience and great value for money - would recommend as the best Mexican in Adelaide!
Lem R.: The food is incredible! Fantastic portion sizes and very well priced. The mojitos are absolutely delicious, as is the chicken cacahuetes, and the beef tacos. The spicy cream and enchilada sauces were a standout. The lay-out, design and decor are so well done and the little entry bridge is way too cute! The chairs are also super comfortable, adding to the overall fantastic experience. The service was great too, we just wish we had a little more time as we enjoyed ourselves so much. Best Mexican restaurant we’ve been to. Highly recommend and we will be back to try the chicken mole!
Mikee Del Rey: We’ve heard so much great reviews about this place and when we got there, they didn’t disappoint! Very cozy and rustic vibes. Great staff, they recommended some drinks and they were amazing! The margarita was just perfection. We got the platter and the servings were huge, I loved the beef quesadilla and smoked ribs. Can’t wait to go back soon!

Rob Wallis: Went out for Mexican on Friday night. Less western style, more traditional. Not sure about the sprinkles on the cake being traditional. First was a fresh tortilla taco of spiced beef pieces, onion, and coriander. The meat was so tasty and tender. Then chicken enchiladas in mole sauce, and chicken flautas. Theenchiladas were most and full of flavour, with the flautas being like a deep fried version with a nice crunch. Rounding it the meal was a flan that was dense and creamy, and tres leches cake. Amazing food that's simple and tasty. At Taco Quetzalcoatl.
