Sandra Giancola: Solar Power Direct installed our first solar system and battery 8 years ago, and we were very pleased with their professionalism, timeliness and most importantly, honest and straightforward proposal which we went with. 8 years later wanting to get a bigger system I contacted Solar Power Direct. This company is so above any other and with the expert help of Kyle their salesman, we are again going ahead with a bigger system. Don't waste your time if you want the peace of mind of not being taken for a ride, with dodgy companies. 10/10 for Solar Power Direct.

I’ve now got quite a large Solar & Battery system with a pretty cool monitoring app. No more blackouts and feels great to having gone pretty much entirely renewable energy!Im not one to make impulsive decisions and got in touch with a few other Solar installers in Adelaide. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured and our contact Robbie took time to explain the options, product features, benefits and options. It started out a bit overwhelming but he explained it all.Unlike other companies I contacted the experience was fantastic, and my many questions were welcomed and refreshingly with Solar Power Direct I wasn’t hounded by a ‘hungry‘ sales team!On the day of installation, the Solar Power Directs electricians were all polite, well mannered and tidy! Installation was easy and on top of the solar and battery the electricians also squeezed in a EV charger installation and some general electrical work for me too, which added to the convenience! Dax Mcallister: PSW installed a Solar battery, the solution was perfect and the install couldn’t have gone smoother. Only had to send a few pictures, the process was so smooth and easy. The installers dealt easily with a few hurdles too. Top company, professional staff and great service. Value for money is second to none.

Christian put it all down plain and simple so we could both understand how it all works. Booked in for a 10.5kw system with Tesla 2 battery on the VPP, got a cracking deal and a few weeks later we are practically living off grid and sending power back to the grid daily, which is money refunded back to us. From the first discussions of what solar system would work for us, to final install, Christian and Sonja have been abolsutely wonderful. We were advised a system that would give us the biggest returns, and for a very reasonable price compared to others. Happy to support a local business and is a relief knowing that we can go back to them if anything ever goes wrong. Install is clean and tidy, and a phone app is provided to track solar use. As they didn't have a trailer Christian was kind enough to pack my old panels, inverter and rails into his van when he visited to switch the system on - what a gent!

vcs5: The guys turned up promptly at 8.30am in spite of the threatening weather and after a quick look at the existing old solar system promptly set about removing the old and installing the new. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all the mess. By mid afternoon the new 6.6kw system was switched on and is working well, actually better than the old. Unfortunately the inverter is out of range of my wifi so the app isn't working but I was assured that would be rectified shortly. A job done well and very professionally.

Peter Wright: Robby and the team at Energy SA were very helpful in helping me understand what is a complex set up with solar and battery and were also able to remove my old solar array so I could have my roof restored and painted in between. Then I also had them install Ducted reverse cycle AC before the new solar panels were installed, at a late notice which they were all to happy to do as well. Very satisfied customer and highly recommend there services.

Jarrod Reeves: From the first call of bec the whole process of the quote , finance options to the install has been a total breeze from my end . Im pretty sure the solar proposal was emailed within the first hour after our intial contact which was great. A google earth picture was also supplied with a picture of where the futre panels were going to be installed. I was wrapped with Venergy because they didnt want to send around a sales man to sit down and go through everything like most other companies do ,as working full time and having young kids this was a hassle for me . Everything was a quick email or a call. The installation was effort less 3 hard working aussie tradies turned up on a monday morning and only needed our wifi password and garage left open. When i returned from work it was done no mess no fuss. The next day the inspector was here to sign of and turn it on that easy. Would totally recommend the team at Venergy.

The guys who came to install the system were very professional and took the time to help us decide where to put the inverter and battery. We were indecisive as the preferred spot couldn't be done due to legal compliance, so it took a while to assess the options and the guys helped us measure things out and run through all the possible location options. We didn't feel rushed or like anything was too hard for them. After installation, I needed help to get access to the monitoring app and James assisted promptly and helped me get it sorted. Madan Mohan Nagpal: Paul from Solargain’s sales team spent almost 4 hours educating me on various aspects of solar, battery and hot water systems. We looked at various combinations before I made up my mind with Trina Panels and Huawei inverter. The signing process using ACT’s sustainable household scheme was easy. The installation team arrived on the day as planned and continued with installation even when it had rained a night before. They were a team of 7 people who were friendly and attentive. They were careful on the roof and made sure that everything is done correctly. They finished installation in 5 hours. The hot water Istore system was installed by a plumber who was nee to Istore. He did the installation well but did not explain the system features. Solargain’s hot water team helped with the understanding of operation of Istore. Everything is working well at this stage and when I had a hiccup with the system one day, Solargain service team helped me quickly over the phone to sort it. I also got signed up for free with Qantas and received points for the installation. Thank you Solargain team for everything

Their aftersales service has also been exceptional.We have been so happy with the job they did on the panels and inverter that when it was time to install a battery, they were the only choice. We ended up with a SolarEdge battery and the install was as smooth and professional as the first job.My thanks to Ben, whom took the time to explain the process, benefits, pricing and following up after to see if everything was ok to Thaelen whom did the site inspection and made suggested installation sites to Sam and Louis who took the time to install things professionally and explain the configurations and optimal settings. Michael Sharp: Spent a number of weeks shopping around for quotes for a number of different places. I told all the businesses that I had full sun on my roof all year round, but got a call from Goliath a few hours later saying they had looked at my roof and found mid winter there was shade on one end. It was the extra mile, customer service and good pricing that led me to choose them. Have had the system installed for 12 months now and really happy with it. I contacted them again recently and they made recommendations around power companies based on current feed in tariffs and prices. They also didn't try to upsell me extra when not needed. Really happy with them and would 100% recommend.

Approximately 3 months ago this software stopped working. I tried re connecting it myself with no luck. The system message suggested i contact the installer. I though that would be pushing the relationship as it had been so long since the install. Eventually out of frustration i made the call. It was like they did the install last week, and someone would drop by in the next few days and reset the connection for the inverter. I even got a courtesy call once they had confirmed a date. All of this was carried out in the nicest possible way over the phone. Subsequent to this i organised a contact from sales to look at expanding our system. In this process they suggested I didnt spend money with them to expand my system as the financial benefit to me at this stage would be marginal. Amazing and refreshing to to see the customers interest put above a sales target when there is absolutley no finanacial benefit to them for doing so. A standout company that obviously has an ethos that is reflected in their integrity.
Joshua Burford: No cheap garbage on this roof! After we decided we were ready for solar we reached out to many companies for quotes, off the bat and during the whole quotes process Goliath were front runners. They were the ones that put in the hard yards in explaining the whole process, what system would suit us better and what brands to look for and what to avoid. They never once assumed it would sell itself or take anything for granted. They know their stuff and in the end we only wanted a company that showed they could give the best experience, provided amazing service, and a great product.

Susan Roberts: Started the process for Solar panels with the three quote request. After Jason phoned me from Sun Energy, the process was really quick and comprehensive. Jason was extremely helpful and really patient as the process was a bit daunting for me as an elderly person. The company arranged a thorough quote, outlining the location of my panels for the best use. At each step Jason was helpful to advise how to provide the photos for the Inverter and advise for the size of the system to give me a best use for what we required. I am really happy with all the staff and found that the installers were extremely polite and competent in doing their tasks.I am really pleased that I took the final step to get panels and will benefit in the years to come.I recommend Sun Energy as a safe and efficient company. Esther Timms: Callum Mclver was the rep from Sun Eñergy , he explained how a battery would help us save on energy costs also, the price was the best over other companies that I contacted and we felt he gave us the best information on the system. The installers Thomas and Ahton where here on time and within a few hours they had it finished ,they took all rubbish away and showed us how to check the battery on the phone we where very happy with the whole process, and from signing the quote to ha ing our system up and working was only two weeks
