Ali Rodda: I bought two stunning Hampton style buffets one which I discovered was damaged after it was delivered. I wrote to Steve, who delivered it for me and he said he would look into it. It wasn't long before I got a phone call to say that they would replace it. Even though it took quite a while to get another unit because they were unavailable, eventually it arrived. I honestly thought I was going to get an argument from them and that I would have to accept damaged goods - but that was far from what happened. So needless to say I was very impressed with how they treated me as a customer and how they kept me informed along the way. So thank you Steve & the staff who work there. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The removalists are also friendly guys, who do a great job by installing it all and taking away all the rubbish. Had one tiny hiccup but Our Furniture Warehouse was able to rectify the issue within a day and we were extremely satisfied with the result. Will definitely be back to purchase again soon!!! We found a beaut low maintenance and stylish outdoor dining table that suited our needs and that was actually in stock, and placed an order for delivery which took place within the week. Delivery was timely, staff were friendly and courteous. Communications were good too, especially when AFW had to change our delivery date due to the delivery truck becoming unavailable on our preferred day. All round a good shopping experience and will definitely shop here again!

Kathy: I bought the Oslo Console Table then had a friend cut off some of the legs below the lower shelf to make it into a high end table as my new sofa has 70 cm high arms. It worked a treat! The lady at the warehouse was friendly and helpful. I would shop there again and recommend it.

John Carapella: My wife and I were looking for a tv cabinet to match some existing furniture. We found a unit we liked but the colour wasn't a match . Steve and the team went out of their way to order a unit which had not been stained and then found a polisher to do the job locally. The result was spot on and the unit was of high quality. Could not have been happier with the service .
