jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

At the register I mentioned that a few weeks prior I tragically lost my partner at just 26 years old and the staff member was kind enough to gift me the item I was purchasing. Words cannot express how much this meant to me at such a horrible time in my life. It was the first thing to make me genuinely smile in weeks, and the compassion of the staff member and his manager was so touching. I’ll never forget this act of kindness when I needed it the most. The quality of the clothing here is phenomenal too and will last for years.

Their prices are more than competitive with the likes of K-Mart,Big W andTarget ! Real bargains to be got especially underwear and socks,worth having a look at if you're after some real value for money savings! Friendly helpful staff and their open 7days!
Kirsty O: Needed 00000 sized baby clothes which were had to find at other department stores but we managed to find some at Best and Less. They have a gorgeous range of Christmas clothing from new born to older children.

Large stock, free membership sale item, prices comparative to Myer for functional clothing. Unfortunately we were on a clock I would have enjoyed more time there. Again the staff were lovely.......
