It was a bit hard to find for me though, since it was underground and hard to locate within the mall, other than that, it's a good place to buy tech/tech accessories eg. laptop bags.

Ron Crane: Read the reviews on here and was a bit sceptical about going here but I found their service to be excellent...was greeted at the counter nicely and professionally...had my fold 3 inner screen replaced..not cheap at $66 but my phone has never worked better so happy with the outcome...I guess you only get what you pay for...thanks guys...
Louis Jones: These guys are great. We had a problem with the home 5G connection on a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone, and Samsung had told us to do lots of things with the phone settings and then send through error reports and log files. After spending a very frustrating week going through this process several times, we went to Tecworks and spoke to Vince. He checked that the phone was able to receive 5G at the store. No problem. He then recommended we talk with our internet provider in order to make an adjustment to our modem. This worked. Too easy!

So....From what initially was looking as though Samsung were not going to honour my warranty for a mobile repair in excess of $900.......then along came Hasam!!He didn't say it outloud but Im sure he put In the extra leg work to ensure my claim was recieved and reassessed using an ethical and client centred approach. At first my repairs were not approved under waranty but Hasam insisted i leave my phone overnight so he could reenter discussions regarding my claim with Samsung. The very next day Samsung called me with the enlightening news that my phone was now being repaired and completely covered by warranty. Thankyou Hasam for going into fight for me.
