QuickSteps Dance Club Studio: what do users think?

Kirsten Guppy: The hardest part of our first dance for our wedding was building up the courage to enquire about lessons! Roselyn phoned me to lock in a time that suited us straight away and I can’t remember how many times I kept repeating to her that I’m not a dancer. I was so nervous for our first trial lesson, But you are greeted with such love like you’ve always been coming and this is your home that we both instantly felt more at ease.We chose 6 private lessons in the lead up to our wedding. In our first lesson we learnt how to box step, I left feeling confident and not overwhelmed at all.Our instructor Roi was phenomenal, he slowly built up dance moves and in our last few lessons when we had our feet all worked out he helped us with our hand styling. On our wedding day I walked out onto the dance floor so confident, ready to show off our dance.I’m still not a dancer by any means but I could rip out or first dance routine anytime any place with confidence. We can’t recommend and thank Quick Steps enough for being the highlight of our wedding preparations and a time to connect with each other during a very busy time.Kirsten and Josh

Jay Martin: The best dance studio in Australia! With an incredible team of fabulous staff and teachers, especially Natalia, Rhys and Michelle. Thank you for supporting our preparation for competition and participation in the many wonderful group classes.

Pauline S: Dance lesson for my 90 year old mother. Great place, fabulous teachers Luke and Eric are exceptional when working with mum.

Bec Knight: Fantastic, amazing, exciting,Thankyou quicksteps for being so welcoming of everybody it’s like my second family. I love walking through the doors and feeling all my stress melt away, dancing for me is more than just dancing it’s my therapy. All staff are truely wonderful, special shout out to Kirra who makes every class fun and chooses the best music.

Arjun Amin: Eric is an awesome tutor - highly recommend

Steven Klindzic: Staff are very friendly and approachable, and will provide you with the training needed to achieve your desired level of dance skills

ANNE: & clearly explaining what the studio offers. Rare to find world class dance teachers like Alex & Natalia in Adelaide.

Chris Hales: The quality of teaching is excellent but the best thing is that you feel welcome in the studio.

Valaina: All staff were friendly and welcoming, we didn't feel out of place at all. It was comfortable and wouldn't mind coming back for the group dance sessions. Any questions we sent via text or email were answered promptly. The only minor issue we had was the parking after peak hours, so leave plenty of time to find parking

Watcha Makulit: Had an amazing lesson one fine day friendly atmosphere great staff and instructors have good sense of patience recommended

Anthony Parfilo: Super friendly staff, so energetic and helpful. Great way to socialise, have a laugh and learn to dance đŸ•ș💃 also great coffee especially the Mocca ❀

J. J.: Greetings from the UKI used to sell newspapers outside this place in the 60's.Very fond memories of Adelaide. I think the place was called Fred Astaire's dance studio. Australia was always steps ahead in ballroom and what great photos of the students enjoying what they do best.I'm too old to return but wish you all continuing success. JJ

Allan Bond: We started going to QuickSteps many years ago to learn some dancing for our wedding dance. We have since been students here for years and have found all the teachers to be very skilled at teaching dance and very friendly and approachable. All the staff are amazing with us and our kids and we would highly recommend the studio for anyone wanting to learn to dance.

Anatole Roux: Very friendly place and technically very competant in teaching.

Alice Surrey: Simply the best in all respects

Annie Wick: This has to be the best place to learn to dance! Warm and inviting place where the instructors really want to help you have a great experience. I think that learning to dance could be a little awkward but the instructors here make it creative and fun.

skrill user: Extremely supportive environment for everyone from complete beginners to advanced students. I've been coming for several months now and never thought I'd feel this comfortable in a studio space. All of the instructors are fantastic.

Andrew: This has been my second home for about 5 years. They are always welcoming and polite and nothing is too much trouble. Love the atmosphere of Harleys hip hop class and even the privates were so much fun. Everyone who works there are great. Keep up the good work Steven Kelly Dance 😊😊😊

Rebecca Webster: and they make each lesson heaps of fun. We started as complete beginners but we actually have a lot of confidence now. Pricing is great when compared to other places and it includes a lot more, plus their studio is to die for! So pretty. We opted for the Gold package so we're getting amazing value for money since we can divide our lessons however we want, which is handy for us since we're doing a First Dance mixing 3 songs, I'm having a father daughter dance AND we're having a few lessons with our bridal party as a surprise. It will definitely be a highlight of our wedding day and that's what we wanted! I can't recommend these guys enough. See you Friday, Bec & Ben x

Danielle Yates: Wonderful and professionally run dance school. We have been coming for 3 years so far and look forward to many more.We also recently held our daughters 3rd birthday at the school ‘dance star party’. All the children loved it and everything was taken care of and very easy. Oldest child there was 6 and still enjoyed it.Highly recommend this amazing dance school!

E KOLA: Fantastic dance school, not only in terms of what the students learn like steps but they also grow in confidence. This is a place of "joy" the vibe is wonderful, teachers professional and patient but not "pushy". They have time for every student and are each treated as valued individuals with skills that can be nurtured.

Tanya Jarman-Burgess: commenced classes with ACPA Studio last year and has loved learning and growing across multiple dance genres and with a variety of outstanding teachers. The concerts are of a high standard

Helen Kewal: We went to the Mid Yr Show Case. All due to a wonderful granddaughter. Absolutely stunning talent, such an enjoyable night. Great entertainment. Having seen the Australian ballet the night before talent scouts must come looking at this company.

Leonie Vormelker: My daughter has been a part of the ACPA family for the last 10 years. She has learnt all aspects of dance, musical theatre and singing at a high level. She has also been apart of the Dance Academy and is now studying full time dance in readiness for her to go to the next level in her life/career. We have been very happy with her training and she has made some fabulous friends and had so many wonderful experiences and memories to treasure of her time at ACPA. I can highly recommend ACPA

Anah Reaiche: ACPA has been my dance home for many years now i and i couldn’t recommend it enough...all the teachers are loving and caring and push us as students to achieve the best we can.i am able to work on myself as a dancer with the help of the teachers at ACPA while creating lasting bonds with my piers and teachers that will last a lifetime

Erin McKellar: ACPA is more than a performing arts school. It’s a haven that fosters passion and authenticity, whilst providing world-class education. The staff are equipped with professional knowledge and experience and go above and beyond to ensure every student is given the opportunity grow and reach their full potential, not only as a performer but as a person. The staff are always seeking new ways to teach, to encourage and to instill more confidence in the students, whilst also providing incredible performing opportunities and developmental experiences. ACPA is a true community from the Dance Star beginners to the weekly dance students, adult classes, the Academy students, the Full Timers, the old scholars and the staff members. My personal experience with ACPA has been unparalleled, the growth I’ve had as a teacher and student is immense and the ongoing support and belief has been incredibly instrumental in my career. I cannot recommend a better school for anyone or parent wanting to explore the performing arts or simply find a community of accepting, likeminded and passionate people.

Tony H: Highly Recommended, my girls love it, great culture, we cannot praise ACPA enough AAA+++

Theatre Bugs: what do users think?

Lauren Thyer: I love theatre bugs! I couldn't imagine my life without it!

Thilina Vidanapathirana: Kids are enjoying here

Frederick Liew: My girl said "I really love it beacause they teach you how to act, sing and dance and do excellent concert â€ïžđŸ˜‹â€ïž"

Virginia Sheridan: Over a number of years I have taken 4 grand daughters to Fairy Ballet classes - the teachers have all been wonderful and the girls have loved going. We all especially enjoyed the concerts!

Elizabeth Farrow: Very happy that we found theatre bugs when my son Tristen was younger, we moved over to adelaide from the uk and he had been attending a theatre arts school over there since he was 5 which he loved, as he is dyslexic I was worried about finding a place over here who would accept and understand his learning disability. Theatre bugs certainly did that right from the beginning and I just sat back and watched as he found confidence in something that he didn’t find in his academic schooling, he has been with theatre bugs for about 7 years now and has made some great friends and had some great adventures on stage. When he felt things were hard at school he always had theatre bugs to fall back on to boost his confidence, he is now sadly leaving his class this term as he is turning 18 soon but has worked very hard to get into uni this year and is studying to be a drama teacher. Thanks theatre bugs for everything you have done.

Ainslie Koulouris: My Daughter has been attending Theatre Bugs for the past 2 years now. She absolutely loves her Fairy Ballet class and what a fantastic way to introduce little ones to dancing. This was the only school that allowed my two year old to wear a fairy dress every week and not have to be in full ballet outfit with hair done ect. Trying to get a two year old dressed is hard enough so letting her chose her outfit every week worked wonders for us!The teachers are amazing and all the children have such a wonderful time every class. Can't thank Theatre Bugs enough. Wonderful dancing/acting/singing school inclusive of all ages and talents!

Danielle P: All 3 of my children have done Theatre Bugs over the years with my youngest currently doing Fairy Ballet! They have all had amazing experiences with dance and drama and have enjoyed it tremendously! The teachers are terrific and so talentled. Best of all it is such a wonderful, fun, caring, inclusive environment without the pressures that so many dance school place on their students. The children really do come first!

jacob adams: Our two year old attended Theatre Bugs classes and absolutely loved it. My partner is a Drama teacher, and she feels that the quality of teaching the children receive is particularly high. She was very pleased with the manner in which the teacher engaged with the students. We are very excited about moving to Fairy Ballet next term.

Amanda Schroeter: My 6 year old daughter has been attending Theatre Bugs since she was 2 and she absolutely loves it. From her weekly class to the school holiday programs on offer every holidays, my daughter has always had a wonderful experience. As a parent, I love the inclusive environment where everyone has a part and has the chance to perform. As the Director said in their mid year cabaret show today, 'every child is on their own unique journey' and Theatre Bugs support and encourage them along the way. My daughters confidence has continued to grow with every class and we look forward to watching her grow and learn at Theatre Bugs for many more years to come.

Empire Dance Studio: what do users think?

Sharni Hayden: Empire Dance Studio is an absolute gem in the community! From the moment you step through the door, you're greeted with warmth and friendliness that makes both parents and children feel instantly at home. Ryan, who is always at the door, never fails to welcome everyone with a smile, setting the tone for a positive experience right from the start.Angela, who clearly adores the children, brings a special touch to the studio. Her genuine care for each child is evident and is one of the many reasons so many families choose Empire. The entire team of teachers is simply wonderful—it's rare to find such a talented and caring group of professionals who create an environment where students thrive.Empire is not just well-organized; it’s a place where students truly excel because they love being there. It’s hard to find any fault with Empire Dance Studio, and we’re so grateful to be a part of this fantastic community. Highly recommended!

Anya Morton: My daughter has started Ready Set Acro last year. She was very shy at first but educators made my daughter feel empowered and helped build her confidence. She participated in the concert mid year of this year. She had a blast at the concert and wanted to do it again! Great job to Ryan for keeping the warm energy and the beautiful, dedicated educators. We really love how supportive the educators were throughout the whole process! My daughter has also started ballet this term along side acro. Thank you 😊

Hayley B: Empire Dance Studio has been a phenomenal experience for our family. Both of our children started in the Ready Set Dance program at ages 2-4. We can't wait for our tiny dancer to grow with this wonderful dance family. Ryan and Angela have created a welcoming studio that is vibrant and fun. The showcases are exceptional, and our tiny dancers have built the confidence and skills that every parent desires. The care and dedication the teachers show for the children are remarkable, and the trusting relationships they build with both students and parents are exceptional.

Monique Tabuena: are literally Cleo’s second parents, and I believe they have helped morph her into the beautiful, confident young woman that she is today. If you are looking for a dance studio that will nurture and care for your child, this is the studio for you. Ryan takes the time to meet and greet all families every day with a smile and sometimes a long chat. They take the time to get to know your child and you as parents and family. Seeing them grow to the studio they are today is testament to them giving their whole heart and soul into what they love.Cleo has been given the opportunity to travel and represent her dance studio in America

April LIU: My daughter has been attending Empire Dance Studio since she was 3, and we love it! The teachers are wonderful, and the classes are both fun and educational. What makes this studio so special is Ryan's enthusiasm, professionalism, and warmth, which he always shows to each of us. I have been recommending this studio to my friends, and I will keep doing so. Keep it up, Empire!

Lyn N: My daughter started Ready Set Dance program when she was 3 years old. She's now 5 and started recreational dance. She loves it. Always excited on days we have class. I recommend to all my family and friends!

Scott Barnes: The best studio - not just for their performances but for the teams and family they build throughout the year. Our girls have both moved here from other studios and they have grown so much as dancers and as people in a team, the whole coaching group are so supportive and have encouraged our girls to achieve more than they ever thought they could, both at competitions and their own personal achievements. Would recommend Empire so highly to everyone.

Belinda Smith: We’ve been part of the Empire family for 7 years. Ryan, Angela and their whole team encourage, support and care for their dancers both on the dance floor and off. I cannot rate them highly enough. đŸ–€đŸ’›

Davina Cadzow: Making the change to Empire Dance Studio for our daughter 2.5 years ago has been incredibly rewarding. Her confidence, skills, and technique have all improved significantly. Ryan and Angela are fantastic owners who know each student personally and offer constant encouragement. The teachers are equally impressive, recognizing each student’s strengths and pushing them to achieve amazing results. I highly recommend Empire Dance Studio for its supportive culture, positive atmosphere, and the invaluable opportunities they can provide.

Kelly Perry: Over the past 2.5 years our daughters have been participating in competitive teams at Empire Dance Studio and I haven’t seen them happier! Both girls are absolutely thriving and love attending lessons, concerts and competitions! The talented coaching staff are committed to ensuring all dancers are feeling confident and prepared leading into competitions! They genuinely care and provide a safe learning environment for all dancers, no matter their needs! The studios are top notch and allow Empire to offer so many classes!Studio owners, Angela & Ryan, are passionate, professional, encouraging, creative and driven to providing incredible opportunities for all dancers. Ryan knows every dancer & parents name and greets them as they enter and leave the studio - we have never experienced this at any other studio! Angela’s nurturing nature ensures no dancer leaves the studio unhappy. Her technique lessons and privates allow my daughters to attempt, reflect on and perfect their skills correctly and carefully. We will forever be grateful for everything Empire Dance Studio has bought into our lives and can’t wait for what the future holds with our favourite dance family!

Kelly Wong: Fantastic dance studio! Empire is a very welcoming studio where you are a name not just a number with genuine care shown towards their dancers. We started at Empire 1.5 years ago and I am still in awe of the studio Ryan and Angela have built and the team of incredible staff. Their professionalism is outstanding. Ryan, Angela and the entire team should be very proud!

Michelle Slatter: Empire isn't just a dance school, it's a family. We have been looked after since the day we enrolled. Ryan and Angela have supported my daughter every step of the way. She has danced with empire for 5 years and we have loved every minute of it.

Riya Grover: I joined Empire Dance Studio this year in February and I'm grateful to be a part of an amazing competition team! I only knew the basics of dance before joining empire, but now, I am learning and getting to know the advanced form of hip-hop. I'm really thrilled to grab all the amazing opportunities that Empire Dance Studio is providing, and I'm looking forward to become a skilled dancer very soon!! Apart from my dance experience, the staff and the choreographers are amazing people. Really grateful to be a part of the Empire family ❀. Special thanks to Ryan and Angela!!

Nineteen Ten: what do users think?

Lily Matas: Nineteen Ten in Adelaide's CBD is an absolute delight! As a retired hospitality worker, I truly appreciate seeing staff who not only enjoy their work but also create an inviting and positive atmosphere. Tom, who served me, showcased exceptional bartending skills along with a friendly smile and charm. The burlesque show was fantastic—engaging and interactive, which really enhanced the excitement of the evening. As a lover of dance, the performers personally convinced me to try burlesque myself. Their energy and charisma were truly inspiring, and their performances left me eager to explore this art form further. The surprise of a rooftop pool, used creatively in the performances, added a unique touch. The live music was lively and fun, with audience participation encouraged, which made the experience even more enjoyable.Plus, the luxurious lift to the rooftop was a nice touch that set this venue apart from the usual. Highly recommend Nineteen Ten for a memorable and fun night out!

Tiago Nogueira: Atmosphere: 5/5

Lorraine Brougham: My first visit was a beautiful atmosphere. Staff extremely friendly.Parking: Car park across the street. Very convenient and felt safe.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a lift to the top floor suitable for wheelchairs.

The children played in the pool while the adults chatted . Everyone had a great afternoon party and I really recommend this venue tucked away private and fun

Bec M: Coolest venue in the city! Been a couple of times for the Burlesque Saturday nights, and loved it both times. Great roof top views, an intimate seating area around a small swimming pool, lots of attention to small details, exceptional table service, great cocktails, including pacers and mocktails. We definitely plan on making it a regular haunt!

Christy Gower: Always a fun night at nineteen ten, great resident dancers. The speciality shows are always amazing with talented performers. The cocktail menu is always changing and they're always a hit. Inclusive entertainment where you can come as you are and have an awesome night.
