So I had to get it repaired/swapped 2-3 times; I appreciated they charged nearly nothing since it was the 'Bicycle Quality Issue'.Despite this, the return process was fairly straightforward, with my money "fully refunded," and the staff had handled my concerns in a professional manner 👏Overall, Kmart Firle is a convenient discounted option to shop with.I do recommend they look at the big-ticket items closely in the future to ensure good customer feedback. 👍
