Samantha is our Community Corporation manager who has been consistently Professional in all facets of our Property. She has a welcoming friendly nature and has been supporting in many ways to help us understand processes. She is very experienced and knowledgeable in all our Community Corporation processes and understands the by laws very well. She provides unbiased advice and thinks outside the square when matters arise out of the ordinary. She is great to talk to and will always help in any way to ensure all owners are comfortable with decisions that need to be addressed. She shows empathy to each owner's needs and requirements when difficult issues arise. I have high respect for Samantha as she has provided good ethical advice in dealing with our Corporation matters. She is always positive and enthusiastic and is always on standby for any enquiries we may have. I highly recommend Samantha as one of the best Community Corporation managers and welcome her to many long term dealings with her. Starting it was a slow one and i didn’t get a chance to report it but on Friday morning a crack appeared on my ceiling and the roof was about to collapse. Thank goodness I rang ACE straight away and this bloke sent some plumber straight away to make safe and now I am safe. Hoping that this issue will be resolved soon just like the few I had in the past. But good work there sending someone out so quickly. Thanks!

Our group is very large and they are doing a very good job at maintaining the communication flow among the group.We had that big project of renovation last year and I am really very happy to say that all went smoothly thanks to ACE’s complete attention and precise planning. I thought that atleast 5 people will hold the money back and not pat their strata levy invoices but surprisingly all accounts were paid up thanks to their debt collection process. I am really happy because our properties’ value was raised by leaps and bounds due to that.

First I was not getting any response from them, but lately the communication flow has been so smooth. I always get a reply to my email and a call back if I ask for it. Furthermore, they fixed our sinkhole in common driveway, our broken fire detection system and broken sprinklers for the lawns at cheaper prices and very fast.Highly recommend ACE.
