I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

His knowledge and willingness to share tips and spend time explaining features and answering questions was great. There was no pressure to buy and no sense anything was too much effort. At the register I mentioned that a few weeks prior I tragically lost my partner at just 26 years old and the staff member was kind enough to gift me the item I was purchasing. Words cannot express how much this meant to me at such a horrible time in my life. It was the first thing to make me genuinely smile in weeks, and the compassion of the staff member and his manager was so touching. I’ll never forget this act of kindness when I needed it the most. The quality of the clothing here is phenomenal too and will last for years.

Stephanie Feldon: This store is brilliant for a wide range of supplies - camping, fishing, clothing, bags, water sports. Really well stocked, really good range. It's a large store, staff are helpful and friendly.Plenty of parking, good for quick trips in and out. And they do click and collect.

He was soooo helpful he explained everything to me that I didn’t understand.Plus you truly felt he genuinely wanted to help!!Then I went to other stores and nobody was as near as helpful or knowledgeable!So I came back and bought the tent from anaconda, the Dune Soft top one the hard cover was too heavy for my car!! Unfortunately Aiden wasn’t there!But I hope he sees this thank you so much! It was back in Dec im a little late posting my review!Love the tent!! Need more peeps in sales like Aiden!
