Nick Cundell: We attended Sapphire Dreams event at Gerard McCabe jewellers in Rundle Mall recently, where the staff showed us an amazing collection of sapphires from Australia and beyond. The sapphires were mounted in an amazing variety of settings from earrings, bracelets, pendants and rings with sapphires in colours ranging from yellow through green to deep blue.The staff were friendly, courteous , knowledgeable about the jewels and very helpful and assisted my wife to try on several rings. Yannis Brown: Had a vaccination the doctor I was to see was running behind the staff arranged for another doctor to see me who had a moment and cut my wait short. Brilliant!Update: 2024 another trip to Asia and the doctor was very thorough with expectations, how to best protect myself based on my plans and what vaccinations I should look at. In the end, I was fairly up to date and just had a booster for TDAP.

Skye Davis: used Fertility SA to conceive a child together with IVF and we were successful on the first attempt.4 weeks ago we welcomed our beautiful baby boy into the world.The whole process was naturally a lot to handle, but they were so accommodating and accepting the entire time. Freyja Thurston: I would definitely recommend Fertility SA to anyone wanting fertility treatment. Fertility SA was the second place I had been too for fertility treatment and there were a lot of vast differences that I found between the two. The first being that when I was discussing treatment options with my specialist, there was ALWAYS other treatment options if previous treatment protocol didn't work whereas the previous well known clinic I went to prior, did the same protocol 3 times expecting a different result. It sadly resulted in 3 failed attempts and a lot of wasted time and money. The other difference I noticed was money. With the previous clinic, I heard from Accounts more than I heard from any one else. I was also pushed to purchase medication I didn't need after my first traumatising egg collection. It wasn't pleasant. Fertility SA was always very respectful and whenever I had concerns, they answered them promptly and without pressure. They wouldn't allow me to purchase medication until it was absolutely necessary. Sure not everything is on site like egg collection or transfer however they make it as easy as possible for you. It was honestly a very well organised process and I managed to flow through it easy enough. I highly recommend Dr Vicki Nisenblat, she was fabulous, very knowledgeable and very informative. The staff were also very lovely and easy to talk too. The location was easy as there is generally a lot of available parking on South Tce

Sandra La Serra: My experience with FSA has been excellent. I was constantly told my case was difficult, and that it was going to be very hard to conceive. So I tried 3 different IVF clinics over 4 years, and I even went to the self proclaimed ‘baby whisperer’ in Melbourne Lynne burmeister out of desperation - with no success. I eventually saw Dr sally Reid at fertility SA and I can’t speak highly enough about her. Before seeing dr Reid I had no hope left and was told I needed to find an egg donor. All the doctors and clinics before dr Reid tried to do simple things like adjust the medication, or change my diet or make me take more natural pills and nothing worked. Thankfully, dr Reid had the capacity to analyze my entire situation and find an answer. On my first attempt with her, which was also going to be my last Ever IVF, and after withdrawing my super money and having been given absolutely no hope to get pregnant, dr Reid created a miracle and now I have my beautiful little boy. I found all the staff at fertility SA to be supportive, considerate, thorough, and always showing empathy. I found their labs, processes and technology to be excellent. I would just like to advise people who may be in a difficult situation conceiving to try dr Reid. I have blind faith in her now and would not hesitate to recommend her. Bronte Pine: My husband and I transferred to Fertility SA with Dr Victoria Nisenblat after years with no success at another clinic in Adelaide. We knew instantly that we were in the right place. Not only is Dr Nisenblat an incredible, thorough and caring doctor, all staff seem to follow suit. We did not come across one unsupportive team member. Instead we were nurtured and truly cared for. After years of multiple miscarriages and failed cycles, we are expecting twin boys after a successful transfer of a single embryo. Holly Hutchings: , you can just call the front desk and a midwife will always call you back for a thorough chat, advice or to get you in for a check up. The birth and delivery, dad and partner, sleep and first aid classes held at the clinic were great and are all included.Amy was such an incredible OB - she’s friendly, highly intelligent, funny and thorough. She anticipated early that my pregnancy might head in a certain direction and talked me through potential risks and outcomes. I was induced at 38 weeks and sure enough, what she thought might happen ended up happening - but I felt completely calm and prepared because she had informed my husband and I in advance and again on the day of our daughter’s birth. I have complete trust in the Adelaide Obs team and would have been happy with any of the Obstetricians caring for me. Delivering at Ashford was a wonderful experience too.

Maddison Veitch: After suffering a miscarriage our first pregnancy, and then experiencing some issues in the early stages of our second pregnancy, my husband and I saw Dr Stephen Lane who provided the utmost care and understanding throughout. We saw him regularly, checking baby’s growth and that everything was tracking as planned, despite the issues that we were having. He delivered our precious baby boy via C-section and always put our needs and the health of our little bubba first. We are now seeing him again for our third pregnancy/second child and couldn’t be happier. Such a lovely man and the staff at Adelaide Obstetrics are also great with patients and incredibly helpful both in the clinic and over the phone. Yvonne Liddle: I went to Lidums dentist for almost five years ..so many staff changes and the best hygienist left..I only saw Arnie when he did the initial consult and then paid for all on four on the bottom and then placed with temp bridge all at a high cost..then second bridge supposed to be titianium on the bottom and stop the need for bacteria building..what a crock....Its all a money making business I feel and it wasn't till I saw the turnaround of staff I started shopping round..My second bridge has a huge gap on the bottom at the front creating bacteria and build up no matter how much you are careful with your hygiene..Since been to another dentist who can do me a bridge that goes all the way to the gums..Shop around folks he hasn't got the state of the art technology for cleaning under bridges....therefore charge you a huge amount to remove the bridge when it's not necessary if he had modern technology.. you got five years of my money...and still suffer every three months because of the gap in the bridge...Second bridge that cost over ten thousand chipped in the second week..told it's not covered to be fixed........You lost me after that!!!

They dropped everything and had removed 4 badly infected teeth on the spot to make sure I was ok before we even started talking about the implants.Once we decided on an action plan on the All-In-4 I was very comfortable and well looked after throughout the process.Dr Lidum is very knowledgeable, and I felt he always had my interests at heart. I love that he is straight down the line, you know where you stand with him at all times.The entire staff is friendly, and made me feel right at home the whole time. Being from out of town they booked me in at convenient times so I had as little stress as possible.A special shutout to Paula who was our main point of contact. Malyka: i just had my gallbladder removed yesterday and i’ve had nothing but beautiful nurses helping with my pain management and keeping me comfortable especially nurse jami she was an amazing nurse and went out of her way to make sure i was as comfortable as possible and when i was in excruciating pain she grabbed me warm blankets to help with the pains and swapped them out multiple times till my pain was bareable and i recommend this hospital the nurses are beautiful and go above and beyond to make you comfortable

He ticked every symptom that Emily had been suffering for the past 10 months!Emily is also highly phobic of needles, so he accomodated this with an option of hair sampling which enabled him to diagnose her with pyrroles. She is now in the early stages of repairing these issues with relief in having someone who spoke plainly while offering her a pretty simple solution to what has caused so much grief!A wealth of information and such a lovely man. 100% recommend.
