4worldlovers: I'm not a much of a coffee drinker but I do like a really nice coffee from time to time and on the perfect spring morning we visited I enjoyed a great coffee which complement my eggs Benedict perfectly. My 8 yr old son loved his crepes and my wife also enjoyed our brunch. It was so relaxing sitting on the long bench table just watching the people and the cars. We could have easily stayed all day. Definitely will be coming again.

Ruby's Organic Cafe is a terrific place to stop in to when you are in the lovely little town of Stirling. The coffee is quite nice, and the food is absolutely amazing! High quality ingredients with nice portion sizes. Great friendly staff. I will definitely be returning.
