Bonakele Sarah Ndzinisa: Best place to take your loved ones to especially those that are intellectually challenged. They are well taken care of under a warm and homey environment. Been there myself for other duties and i was so impressed to see the residents happy and content with the service delivery. The place is so clean and residents can go to the shops by themselves and it is so safe

Van Gamboa: I stayed in one of the units of student rooms for 12 months. 3B fifth street. The place is really great, I really liked the location because it is very close to the shops and train/bus stops and it’s close to the city. The housemates are also friendly and are easy to get along with.
Martin Sichler: Staff were always helpful with any issues and the location was perfect, right in the city!! Shame to go!!!

ali nazarizadeh: for two years. The quality of service was excellent. The staff were very polite, responsive, and supportive. I didn’t run into any problem with my housemates. The houses were decently priced, quiet and the access to public transport was very convenient. The only drawback in my opinion was the walls. They were very thin, and I could easily hear the person in the next door. If the walls were kind of thicker or soundproof, I would definitely give a 5 star. However, I am very satisfied with living with Student Rooms all in all and highly recommend them.

Sue McCumiskey: I have been using the services of EBL for my son for 13 years. When I met with them for the very first time I was very clear with them what my expectations were of them. I made it very clear that I wanted transparency, honest and open communication and that I have no issues in letting them know that if I am ever unhappy about something that I will not shy away from informing them. They knew from day one what I expected from them as an organisation and they have never let me down. They are absolutely amazing with my son and he is treated with the utmost respect at all times as am I. EBL are very choosy with the staff that they employ directly and I always make the effort to build an amazing relationship with all staff that are involved in my sons care. I appreciate ALL of these people and they are told frequently by me how appreciated they are. They do an amazing job and are one of the most committed organisations you will come across in the Disability Sector. I transferred my son out of an horrendous organisation into the loving care of this amazing organisation and he and I couldn’t be happier. Thankyou EBL from the bottom of my heart. Lyndell Branwhite: Hi have worked for EBL for 8 years and have been a support worker for 14 years.6 of these years I have happily been employed as a SIL house manager supporting the most amazing clients.I have worked with a few other disability organizations that shouldn't even still be in business as their care wasn't even close to what EBL provide.When I started with EBL it was instantly a relief to of finally found an organization that truly care.
Samprit GHOSH DASTIDAR: I have reviewed this company before. As an ex staff member I can say that this company looks after their clients very well. I had worked for them as a support worker and as a house manager for quite a few years. I was greatly supported. I only left the organisation because I wanted to work as a registered nurse. The management including the CEO is very approachable. They rarely get into overpromising and under-delivering. I think some people need to understand that there are a lot of obligations, not only from NDIS but also from SafeWork SA and other agencies that disability service providers have to abide by. The staff/management are not miracle workers.
