Michael Pound: A really nice range of furnishings for the home. I went there to buy some artificial plants as I had heard that they are very authentic and real looking. I heard correctly and ended up purchasing some reasonably priced authentic looking plants for the home. It was a Saturday and the store was busy, so it was a little difficult to get the attention of staff, but when I was greeted, the service was excellent. It was hot in the store and I think the air conditioning was not working.
Natasha Pope: I purchased a bookshelf and picked it up. I got it home and there was a screw missing in the hardware package. This was not the fault of Early Settler but within an hour I had a courier on my doorstep with a new screw. Exceptional service and I’m really happy with my bookcase.

Monique Hunt: Will be my number 1 furniture place from now on! Purchased new lounge suites from Our Furniture Warehouse and just love them! Nothing like them at different furniture shops. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The removalists are also friendly guys, who do a great job by installing it all and taking away all the rubbish. Had one tiny hiccup but Our Furniture Warehouse was able to rectify the issue within a day and we were extremely satisfied with the result. Will definitely be back to purchase again soon!!! Thanks for making my lounge room look great!!
Nay Nays: Great Store with Great savings 👌 went for a drive to see the lounge we wanted before buying. Ended up leaving with a different lounge suit lol. Delivery was super quick. 2 wks wait & it was delivered yesterday. We love it. Really suits our home. Now too add cushions & plants.. I like the factory photo set up, so will do something similar.

The only reason we chose Pfitzner Furniture was because it was made not only in Australia but in South Australia. The quality of the finished product is superb. My only criticism is that in 16 weeks waiting for the furniture to be made we heard nothing from Pfitzner. The only time we had contact it was initiated by me. It would have been more assuring if we received a monthly update by email.

They listened to our ideas, matched colours with our existing paintwork, and even designed a beautiful sliding ladder & rail in natural timber. The installation went really well, and they even made some suggestions for alterations to tie the bookshelf in with our room better at the ceiling.If you're after excellent customer service, design & workmanship, I can't recommend Pfitzner Furniture highly enough!

Paul Stubberfield: What a fantastic experience dealing with Nordic design furniture, David in particular in sales but has for many years and still heads factory production, very interesting to talk with, he so understands requests for custom made, same cost as ‘standard makes’ and quietly helps in final design, nothing is to much a problem. Outstanding workmanship, seemed expensive but really not, great value for such a fine product, be patient with lead time it is well worth the wait.

Whilst the first build was not quite right, they professionally and diligently worked to identify the problem with the fabricator at our home and built a replacement that met our specification. Well done! Not many bedding/furniture places stand by their commitment to deliver what was agreed to and promised.
Jesse C: Joel was a very friendly and informed salesman and was a pleasure to deal with. Slight pain point was that fact my couch wasnt going to be delivered on time and i didnt get a courtesy call to let me know I only found out after I had called to arrange delivery. At first there was a bit of back and forth with after sales team however Alison stepped in solved the issue and provided clear guidance of when I would get my seat and it was delivered within a week of the original delivery date. Also they missed a cushion but Alison quickly got onto manufacturing and ordered the additional cushion and delivering it straight to my home. The lounge suite is perfect, amazing build quality, just like in the showroom. They even gave me the 5 year warranty on accidental spillages and applied fabric protection on my lounge to make sure I had piece of mind. Honestly it was leagues ahead of anything I tried out at other major retailer’s. I absolutely love the lounge suite and would definitely recommend this place to my friends. 4 out of 5 stars, very happy customer.

Diana So: I was looking to replace the gas lift on my chair but didn't actually end up buying through these guys as there was a supplier closer to home that I was able to buy from and save on shipping. However, I would not have managed to do that if not for the information and advice they were able to give me. I emailed them with the little information I had, and they called me to go through in detail exactly what it was that i would need, and even suggested several other places closer to me that i could approach as it would save me from having to spend on shipping. I have no hesitations in recommending these guys!
