Yannis Brown: Had a vaccination the doctor I was to see was running behind the staff arranged for another doctor to see me who had a moment and cut my wait short. Brilliant!Update: 2024 another trip to Asia and the doctor was very thorough with expectations, how to best protect myself based on my plans and what vaccinations I should look at. In the end, I was fairly up to date and just had a booster for TDAP.

All pricing is fully transparent and clearly listed on their website. The team is incredibly professional and friendly. Dr. Andrew is outstanding—he doesn’t just present options to the customer but has the confidence to suggest the best course of action that aligns with the best interests of both the pet and their owner.Pinot underwent bladder stone surgery at Walkerville Vet and has been on a prescription diet since. Dr. Andrew consistently follows up on Pinot’s progress and addresses any other issues that arise. Lauren Ward: The most caring and dedicated vets. Dr Andrew Spanner, Dr Brooke Carey, nurses and staff went above and beyond when our kitten came to us with a range of issues. She was a tricky case and they persevered with us for close to a year until she had cleared everything. She’s now a perfectly happy and healthy cat. They really care about your pet’s welfare and will discuss different treatment options where available and outline any risks to make sure you’re comfortable with a treatment plan. We couldn't recommend them enough.

John King: A great team of caring professionals who looked after my best buddy , my young cat Elliott who needed emergency treatment. They provided immediate attention and followed up on his progress later. Without that level of care and advice Elliott would not be the picture of health he is today. They also showed empathy towards myself as I was upset at the thought of losing him. Highly recommended.

Suzanne Haynes: This is my favourite medical clinic, my dr is supportive, knowledgeable, practical, is great with follow ups and always has a smile. Sometimes there is a wait, but never as long as other surgeries, delays happen. The clinic is neat, clean and modern. It is a shared waiting area but that has no impact on the quality of attention and medical services I receive. There is free parking in a side street and limited paid parking on the front street.

Jessica Zbierski: I was so blessed to be introduced to Vets4Pets Mawson Lakes when I worked in a petstore many years ago and we used to bring the puppies to Doctor Brendan to have their first vaccination. He has now been seeing my dog Lou Lou for 13 years and I could not be happier. I have so much trust in Doctor Brendan and his team, they are compassionate, understanding and communicate very well. The way that Doctor Brendan interacts with his patients is so beautiful and comforting knowing they will always be in good hands. Thank you for everything and providing the best services.

Often vets streamline consultations because the dog is big and intimidating. Reality is that he's a big sooky and thinks he's a lap dog. Dr Ash was thorough and caring, answering all of my questions. Pricing was like other vets, however they have afterpay for those emergencies. I'd recommend Vets4Pets Mawson Lakes .

Tarquin Schahinger: I haven't had a vaccine since high school because I have been petrified of needles and have worked myself up about them, but because my grandparents have moved into a nursing home and getting a Covid vax soon I needed a flu shot.They were amazing here, they were very understanding of my fear and were just talking to me and then before I knew it the band aid was being placed on and it was all over in a matter of seconds.All the staff were lovely and It was super easy to book in online. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Any parent planning on travelling with children/teens and wondering where to go for expert travel vaccine advice, should book in. Know that you are getting the best advice and care for your children and yourself.
Hayden Martin: Excellent staff, they have everything you need on site too and at fair prices. I was overseas long term and had to email them regarding some health issues including tetanus information and potential rabies exposure, they replied within 24 hours and were willing to help me out and suggest the best option. Would 100% recommend these guys.

When I have had to book with a different doctor, the other doctor knows my history, is understanding and helps me with the problem I have. There have been a few occassions when I have had to wait 15 or 20 minutes, but there is always an apology when I am seen and I know that the wait is because these doctors will do everything in their power to help their patients.
