Fiona Lawton: We were a group of friends visiting from interstate and a local recommended Sunny’s to us. What a find!! We turned up on a Sunday night, had delightful friendly staff, great food and excellent service. Really recommend if you want a nice atmosphere and a small menu done very very well 👏🏻 Bravo! 🙌🏻I was thrilled to see so many GF, Veg and Vegan options 🥗 🌾

Lucy Colman: My partner and I wanted some pizza and drinks for a saturday night feed. We found Sunnys and were not disappointed. The atmosphere and scenery were pleasing to the eyes and ears. The collection of wine bottles is intriguing. The service was spectacular. Caleb, super happy bloke, served us with a smile and helped my partner with his dietary requirements with ease. The food was unbelievable. Im not particularly pizzas no#1 fan, but holy moses I will be coming back.

Jack C: We had a large group with 3-4 different dietary requirements, and nothing was too difficult for the staff. Food was great, would recommend.Dietary restrictions: Nothing was too hard, even with multiple different dietaries on the table.

Leena Priyanka: Eggplant pizza was amazing. Really loved it. Best Pizza in Adelaide so far.Recommended dishes Eggplant Parmigiana …

Madre - Adelaide: what do users think?

Georgia Shaw: Fantastic food, truly wonderful.

Greg (altotude): Delicious Italian food cooked with love. We have eaten in a few times, always with a group which means we have always had their feed me option. Lots of food and I couldn't fault any of it. Their pizza is to die for, they import the water they use in them from Italy, honest truth! Best pizza base we have ever had anywhere in the world! They do takeaway pizza if you don't have the time to eat in. Reservations recommended.

Sean Hayes: Fantastic service, very polite and friendly waitress 😊Pizzas were excellent, both salad and roast potatoes were delicious also. I'm not a red wine drinker but enjoyed the one recommended by the waitress. Definitely 10 out of 10, couldn't ask for more! 😊

Morgan Dane: Fun and helpful staff. Groovy interior. Food: very yum.

13 25: Great food, quality service, comfortable atmosphere and quality tunes

kim littler: Such an excellent dining experience; we let them decide what we ate - taking that stress away from us! Everything was bloody delicious. The cocktail and wine list were solid and affordable. The service was fabulous; the waiters were helpful, friendly and funny - perhaps evening charming. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the pale pink walls calm you, particularly at this time of year.Great time all round!

Amber Clark: wow. yeah, these are one of those places you unexpectedly pick up on, coming back for more.madre lievito has a beautiful environment that brings culture and delight into the restaurant. their pizzas are to die for and their cocktails wont leave you hungover, but surely satisfied.the FOH team were very welcoming and had room to express their favourites or recommendations. my favourite is always when a waitress/waiter knows best.extra points for:- seeing the kitchen- amazing turntable for view- religious and italian theme

Kylie Schmidt: Lovely food and service.

Greta Froli: Best pizza adelaide

David Maddison: As we sat eating the pizza, in our minds we both thought ‘wow - this is good - let’s order another!’Our evening at Madre was perfect with delightful service, sensational entrees and a AMAZING pizza. The venue has an awesome fit out which creates a cool and relaxing vibe.

Anna Markovic: Courteous staff.. fantastic service… and the food is beyond expectations.. I promise you this the best authentic Italian pizza and their entrees are divine

Karen Beard: Amazing pizza!

Dylan: Easy 5 stars. Great food and great service, you really should charge more guys!

Sherry Zhang: Found this place by chance, and was recommended by the girl to try their popular pizza. The mushroom one tastes so nice and juicy. Will definitely come again !

Reni M: is very refined and particular and makes you feel at ease during your dinner break; service 10/10 served professional who was able to advise me on the choices of the first and second courses. I will definitely return

H: The food was impressive, especially the pizza and the chili oil. We mixed the chili oil with the beef tartare, which turned out to be a fantastic combination, just like with the pizza. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The dessert, a lava cake, was delicious. We did try to order a flat white with oat milk, but unfortunately, oat milk wasn’t available. While this is understandable, it would have been great if the waiter had suggested another lactose-free option.Parking: There is plenty of street parking spot along Hutt StWheelchair accessibility: The entryway is stair-free, with plenty of space for easy wheelchair access.

Mo Kazemi: I recently dined at Prezzo in Adelaide, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The wood oven pizza was simply amazing, with every bite bursting with authentic flavors and a perfectly crispy crust. The attention to detail in every aspect of the meal was outstanding, from the beautifully presented plates to the thoughtfully curated wine list. The atmosphere at Prezzo is both inviting and sophisticated, making it a great spot for a memorable evening out. Every element, from the tables to the service, was executed with perfection. I highly recommend Prezzo for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience in Adelaide.

A Von Frattner: WOW!,I thought that I knew pizza!, However alas I did not till I tried Prezzo's after moving from the Adelaide Hills to the CBD.Absolutely fantastic authentic base paired equally to a balanced taste on top.I would also like to add their quality control is rather impressive, whether it is the ingredients and right down to the service. Absolutely wonderful.Great intimate atmosphere.I do find it amusing regarding the few low star reviews and some have said the owner is rude etc.No, it's called passion and if you took the time to speak with him, you would see that as I have done. Also to the people who have stated that there is not enough prawns etc, quality over quantity and the good old saying of less is more.I think that Domino's pizza or slop tray buffet might be for you.Anyway thank you to all the staff at prezzo's and can't wait to visit your fine establishment again.CheersAaron & Amy Von Frattner

Darren Tobias: Delicious wood oven Pizza, exceptional service.Romantic and cosy atmosphere

Nadia Foster: Great experience, host was very attentive and thoughtful. The food was incredible, so simple but full of flavour. Highly recommend

Damien Mills: Had the basic $45pp feed me.This place is excellent.Really surprisingly so. It is better than it looks from the outside. It’s all about the flavour.Extraordinary. A pizza with mashed parsnips?Unbelievable!Best olives ever! Why not the 5th star?Door was open on a cold Sundays in winter… and I feel the cold.

sukanya dutta: I had a lovely time at Etica catching up with a group of friends. Pizzas were delicious! Nice tidy restaurant with a friendly customer service! It was busy on a Wednesday night and why not when the food is so good .Recommend booking if you are going with a big group of people. Parking available. Kid friendly. I will comeback again for a good pizza and wine😊 Thank you.

Jenny “JJ” Hendricks: was delicious and the pizza was cooked to perfection. Lovely place and highly recommend. Thanks for a great night.

Matteo Marchiori: From an Italian chef, the best pizza that I have had in Australia. Real italian pizza. The service was fantastic and fast, staff was friendly.A good choice of wine, too!For sure I'd come again!

Frankie Lam: Got a taste of Napoli, rich tomato sauce, soft pizza dough, same as what you get without flying to Italy. To someone travelled to Napoli many times, there is a very big gap to the Italian great. Possibly down to experience and technique. The part that annoys me most is the edge of pizza, way too thick. Although it may be deliberate aim to fill the big Aussie stomach.

Jarrad Cranmer: Just finished dinner at Etica for the first time, and it was absolutely incredible. The table service, atmosphere, and food were amazing. You know when you go out to a great restaurant and everything is great but you have one or two things that are put in the meh pile. This was not the case at Etica from the entrees right through to our last pizza was outstanding.Make sure to book ahead because the people who know about this place definitely come back over and over.Well done, Etica team 👏

Laia Ferrarons: I never review a business, but I had to with them. I’ve been a coeliac for 5 years, and i’ve tried loooots of pizzas. Gone to most pizza places in adelaide and tony tomatoes are the only ones who have managed to create a pizza dough that is airy and fluffy! You cannot tell the difference between the gluten free and the normal dough. They have the best gluten free pizza in adelaide without a doubt.

Amalfi Pizzeria Ristorante: what do users think?

A C: The seafood pasta and pizza are delicious, and the waiters are also very enthusiastic. Unlike another Western restaurant with high ratings on Google, they didn't just give us the menu because it was our first time to eat and we didn't know what to order. Instead of leaving it to us, he carefully introduced the ingredients, taste and characteristics of each food so that we could choose.

Karen Jeffery: We took the family for a 70th birthday celebration. The food was amazing. Pasta dishes and pizzas were some of the best we have had. The pizzas were huge with generous toppings and the pasta serves were large and very flavoursome. Service was great. Don’t expect a quiet place. It is very noisy but great atmosphere. This is one of our favourite Italian restaurants and great value for money.

Ali Rohani: I’ve tried pizza here a few times. I like their pizza and chili oil which makes it even more delicious. It’s worth a try to make your day.Vegetarian options: Margarita Pizza

سعود محمد: Just had lunch here, the food and service were amazing, I didn’t point clearly at the menu to show the waitress my order, and I was confused when the food arrived. They offered offered to fix that and prepare what I initially wanted to order, which I declined as the order I accidentally placed looked so good so I decided to have it anyway, which ended up being so delicious. Nevertheless, they still gave me a free beverage with it, showcasing the exceptional service they provide.

Darryl John Bosch: I've been dining at Amalfi's for over 25years, a few owners and multiple generations of kitchen staff. This place is an Adelaide institution that all other Adelaide restaurants are graded against. The food is wonderfully fresh and vibrant of taste. The service is friendly and warm, but not pushy, the perfect balance. Our waitress this evening, Sid, was wonderful and upheld the Tier 1 service that Amalfi's are known for; that is also on par if not better than other top Adelaide Restaurants.*****

ROBYN COFF: We stopped here whist on the Market Trail with the grandchildren. The ladies greeted us all warmly and made the 2 girls feel special for coming in to their shop. I even bought some fresh pasta, after making a disaster of it 30 years ago, to go with the sauce they were given. The girls had it for dinner the next night and loved it. Cooked '6 to 7' minutes, not '67' minutes like my last lot😂

Isla Hemer: . Overall fantastic, I highly recommend the spaghetti Napoletana without cheese. Great shop, looks very old, I love the old look as it opened in the 50’s, still the same look, all the staff seem to be in the same family as it is a family owned restaurant

AnnieMoron: Amazing Bolognese pasta and the addition of ricotta gives it a tasty flavour.

Bella L: Absolutely love it!

Calvin Chia: *Edited Review - 2nd Visit in 2 months*Same amazing pizzas!Wanted an authentic neapolitan pizza 🍕.Saw the restaurant's name bearing Sicily so had to give it a go.The pizza was simply amazing. Not overwhelmed by ingredients but the harmonious combination of a couple of high quality ingredients made the pizza simply bellissimo!Pizza Palermitana

Nicole George: The food was absolutely delicious, the pizza base was such high quality and the best I've had. The tiramisu is a MUST. This was the best tiramisu I've had; such a smooth texture and a delicious taste.Only downfall: I was originally going to order a pasta but was disappointed as there is only two options, and the one that was vegetarian served four people - we were unable to get a smaller portion.

Helen James: I went out to dinner with some of my friends and the food was good. Although everyone on my table ordered pizza's so the pizza was thinner crust than domino's for reference. The portion's are a bit big so maybe one pizza between two people would have been better for me personally. The atmosphere was cozy dinner vibes ✨️ which was very good. The photos of the food aren't very good cause lighting on my phone isn't great. The person who took our order was great and for reference, someone will come to your table to take your order. I didn't know that and it wasn't made clear anywhere. Overall food was great and a lively cozy dinner. 😊Vegetarian options: There were some good vego options, some good pizza's. Highly recommend for vegetarians!!

Jannie Wilson: The real authentic pizza! Everyone very friendly and great service from Hanna. Definately come back.

Alison Thomas: For over 12 years a friend and I have been enjoying the King Edward and the Calabrese pizzas at Grotto Pizza-teca every 4 or 5 weeks. Another night last month I went with two other friends and discovered the Salty Pig and The Grotto which were equally delicious so I now face a dilemma as to which to choose.Never dry, always tasty and with well proportioned toppings, this family-friendly restaurant is SO good there's no need to go anywhere else in Norwood even though, being local, I pass several others on the way.It has to be one of Norwood and its surrounding suburbs' finest and best-value quality eateries.
