胡惠珠: Although the food in this restaurant is Latin American cuisine, it is actually more in line with Spanish cuisine. The food is quite rich and diverse, and the color is beautiful, which makes people feel good and appetizing. It has vegetarian food, seafood and steaks, which are very healthy, and the desserts and drinks are also It is even more delicious and delicious. Even if it is cold when taken out, it is still delicious. It can also be easily reheated in the oven or microwave. It is a wonderful store that I highly recommend.

Frances Gumapac: Always a good experience with the food and service. Our waiter recommended a few cocktails to try and I was not disappointed. The pisco sour tasted a little sweet, a little sour, and was beautifully presented. The coxinhas and empanadas came out fast and freshly hot. Not greasy. Both entrees were full of fillings and flavour. Of course, the paellas here are also very good.I keep coming back to Cumbia because of all these good food, drinks and people who work there.

Roaming Bush Barbie: Perfect breakfast and great service 😄 I had the prawn pancake 🤤 and son had bacon and eggs. The coffee was too sublime. Only issue, I regret sitting outside as there were construction works across the road and it was quite noisy but her not the cafes fault. They had the heaters on which was received with great enthusiasm. I will be back for more

Bernadette Mc Namara: A cold wintry Friday...lets do lunch! But where to go? Didnt want what has become boring pub food...and found CUMBIA! We were welcomed and seated warmly..under the heater in the garden area. Our waitress Alexandra was patient as we perused the menu.with so many delicious meals it was decided a paella and some garlic prawns accompanied by arepa...the dishes came out hot, aroma loaded and extremely tasty! OMG too many choices...really need to head back to try something new! The food was superb..a smokey paella...the garic prawns were plentiful moist and garlicky tasty and the arepa was a surprise to our taste buds yummy to say the least. Oh did I mention the margaritas??? Perfectly suited to our food. A very pleasant encounter all round! Ee will be back!

We had a work function booked for 16 people and she had it organised to the tee. Even on the night we had a gluten free person that she was not aware of, in a matter of seconds she sorted it out. I can not recommend Sosta enough. If I could them a 100 stars I would. Added bonus , The food was out of this world so was the service. Thank you Anna, for making this so stress free for me. Alex Vasek (Alex's Ace's): *✨ A Feast for the Senses at @gauchosadelaide ✨**Last night, I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Gauchos Adelaide, a true gem in the heart of the city. From the moment I walked in, the warm, rustic ambience wrapped around me, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey.**🥩 Rib Eye & Striploin: A Carnivore's Dream 🥩**We started with their Rib Eye and Striploin—two cuts of beef that were nothing short of extraordinary. The Rib Eye was beautifully marbled, with a rich flavour that melted in my mouth. Cooked to perfection, it had that delicate balance of tenderness and a slight char that only comes from expert grilling. The Striploin was equally impressive, boasting a robust flavour with a perfect crust on the outside and juicy, tender meat on the inside. Gauchos truly knows how to honour the art of grilling, and these steaks were a testament to their craft.**🥟 Empanadas & Calamari: Perfect Starters 🦑**Next up were the Empanadas and Calamari—ideal starters to whet the appetite. The Empanadas were golden parcels of delight, with a perfectly flaky crust and a rich, savoury filling that was bursting with flavour. Each bite transported me straight to the streets of Argentina. The Calamari was another standout, with a crispy exterior that gave way to tender, succulent squid. Paired with a zesty dipping jam sauce, it was a match made in heaven.**🍮 Crème Brûlée: A Sweet Finale 🍮**And just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, we were presented with their Crème Brûlée for dessert. The caramelized sugar on top provided the perfect crack as my spoon dug into the creamy, velvety custard beneath. It was the ideal way to end the meal—light, yet indulgent and bursting with the perfect amount of sweetness.**🍷 Wine & Atmosphere: The Perfect Pairing 🍷**To complement the meal, we enjoyed a glass of their Argentinian malbec wine, which boasted a strong flavour that enriched the profile of the steaks.Thank you Gauchos#OneDishAtATime🍽

Craig Lardner: My business trips to Adelaie have to have a Gouchos dinner on at least one night. This was special… the lamb chops and a side of chips washed down with a glass of Argentinean red. All I could leave were the bones and the lemon! Sorry Chef? But the meal …Awesome! The waiters and waitresses are forever on watch and have the customer at heart. As a former national customer service manager of a major corporate enterprise, it’s a pleasure to watch them work with this high level of dedication.Craig, Sydney

Every dish was perfectly cooked, the flavours well balanced and the servings generous. Truely the best paella we’ve ever tasted. Thank you for a memorable evening!

Jacqualine Avery: Met with friends for lunch at this very popular place at Glenelg. Very busy on this warm winter day. Extensive menu with a mediterranean influence. Service was great, good food & served reasonably prompt. Everyone enjoyed their meals, risotto, pasta, pizza, scallopini fungi, then chocolate dessert with raspberry coulis & icecream & apple crumble - everyone satisfied & all delicious! Highly recommend…Parking: 1hr street parking which is a nuisance because you need to move your car as the parking inspectors wander around .

Daryl Hantke: Nice cozy little place good tapas

Calvin Puah: So yummy! Must try if you love spanish foods.

Natalie O'Carroll: Great vibe and venue. Menu doesn't change much though so although I love it, it gets boring if you go too often

beth greening: Food was good but small portions for the price

Fotini Gazeas: Tried for the first time with the 50% off food offer thru the fork. Food was very tasty. Service with a smile. Tapas was delicious. Mains were a tad smallish but if you have tapas first as entre it was plenty. Received complimentary dessert as the chef overcooked our steak and we had to wait a little for another one to be cooked. Will return as we enjoyed our dinner.

Bobby P: Had a wonderful evening here, best gnocci I've ever had and there was a decent wine selection. It was nice and quiet which was a good change from the usual high-traffic restaurants with lots of noise so we were able to sit and have a nice conversation also the staff were lovely.

Belinda Wellings: Service was attentive and our steak mains were delicious. The brussells sprouts as a side were divine! The restaurant was empty the night we were there so the vibe was unfortunately a bit lacking.BUT we could not fault the staff, including their wine matching recommendation, and so we decided it was a lovely intimate dinner in this beautifully presented space.

Adam S: Servicenwas great - very attentive waiter. The atmosphere is also great - the period and themed decor is really well done. The food - one of the best food experiences I've had. Went with the five course chef's choice with paired wines. All amazing. In particular, the lamb was sensational. Was juat passing through Adelaide, but now i have a reason to return - just for the lamb!

Mark Swan: We started with a drink in the upstairs bar. The maître d’ in charge of the bar was welcoming and friendly. Good selection of wines by the glass.Dinner in the cellar was a knock-out. We opted for the four-course tasting menu, and each course was excellent. Well thought-out flavour combinations and a careful pairing of accompanying wines. Service was on point - our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. The price for pre-dinner drinks, plus the tasting menu and wine flight, was much less than we would have anticipated. Excellent value for money.Highly recommended.

Gemma Frances Wellbeing: Beautifully appointed bar. Cosy and interesting decor.Staff were attentive and friendly.I had the tasting menu which had highlights like the kingfish terrine. The cute butter and crusty bread was also a highlight. All other dishes were ok but not ones I would return to in a hurry.

Amanda Kerr: What a truly amazing experience. The food was so well presented and the range of dishes served was incredible. Our waitress was so knowledgeable and really helped to make the experience so memorable.

Anthony Fonovic: Spectacular evening! Food was absolutely delicious and staff were fabulous. Not the most affordable experience had but definitely well worth every cent

Michael Whyment: The food was exceptional, the service some of the best I've experienced and the atmosphere was great. The only issue is that I left still hungry. The portions were off in comparison to the other degustations I've had and we had to swing past Macca's on the way home. For $140 I want to have to undo the top button of my pants because I'm that full. If I could give 4 and a half stars I would because I couldn't fault anything else.Shout out to the beef course - probably one of the best, if not the best thing I've ever eaten. Truly a chef's kiss moment.

Mugi Yamamoto: Le Souk at the Adelaide Market was a delightful surprise! I tried their famous Algerian paella for the first time, and it was incredible. The blend of spices was just perfect, giving the dish a rich and aromatic flavor. I loved the crunchy texture of the rice combined with the tender chicken. It made for an absolutely wonderful lunch. The portions are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth. If you’re new to Algerian paella, I highly recommend trying the chicken option. Freshly cooked right at the market, this is a must-visit spot for anyone in Adelaide!Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian option.

Alaa Qassim: This place is always such a vibe! And it has best shakshuka I've ever tasted!! Would absolutely recommend!

Airbus A319-132: The food was THE BOMB. The shakshuka was so delicious and full of spices and goodness, and I asked to try the paella and I definitely would recommend it. Just by looking at it you know that it is good. The owner and the staff were so nice and friendly, they will offer you a date as a welcome. The food is a bit expensive however it is SO WORTH IT. I would’ve kept on eating the whole thing if I wasn’t concerned about getting fat. Coffee was also excellent.Honestly Adelaide Central Market has so many fantastic stalls… I wish I lived here.Vegetarian options: Vegan paella available and looks similar to the chicken paella

Carla Traglia: Amazing! Beautiful place, beautiful food, the best vibes. Thank you!

Natalie Fazzari: My partner and I were highly recommended Le Souk and safe to say it did not disappoint. We chose the chicken paella and couscous. So yum!The ambience of the central market just added to the magic of the traditional flavours. The staff were so helpful and friendly in providing recommendations. We'll definitely be back!!!

Tanya Vassallo: Lovely chicken paella, very generous serve. It was enough for 2 lunches.

Joe Sweeney: I had to sit at the counter and just take it all in.In the end I sat and enjoyed the food and coffee and tea and chatting with the staff and patrons. Its a magical, memorable experience. And, yes, the food is superb.

Patrick Zuluaga: A very entertaining proprietor for Le Souk. We were walking by as he called us in. Their Algerian paella I have to say is heaps better than Spanish paella for which I am very familiar with. Their Algerian mint tea with pine nuts is also great. I strongly recommend you visit his food stall and try out the heavenly delights from their kitchen.

Scott Godfrey: What to say about this place apart from wow. Went here for my 40th birthday I had heard so much about this place and it did not disapoint. We had a drink in the bar part first. Such a lovely aear to sit and wait for your booking time. The drink prices are realy good compared to every where else.We sat at the table the lovely lady told use how it works love the green light red light thing. I said to my wife We won't need the red light there's no such thing as to much food. I was wrong We uesd the red light a fare bit. I'm calling it a food party the sides came out and all of them are so tasty and would be the best potato salad I have ever had. Then the meat started to come out and wow I love bbq meat and this is next level so so so much meat then after the first round you. Mrs B: and loved it, there was more than enough food despite the portions being quite small, as we expected. We tried some new foods we've not experienced and the cocktails were fabulous, the 2014 Pinot Noir was amazing. The spacing of generously sized tables was perfect for a quiet cozy dinner.

Eddie Uchenna: I recently dined at Penfolds Magill Estate Restaurant and found the experience to be good, though not outstanding. The ambiance is certainly a highlight, with stunning views of the vineyard. The food was well-prepared, but some dishes fell short in terms of flavor. The wine pairings, however, were spot-on, elevating the overall meal. Service was attentive but could have been more personable. It’s a place that caters well to special occasions, but it didn’t quite leave a lasting impression on me.

Brenna Landis: The tasting menu was nothing short of extraordinary, with each delicious course presented beautifully. The chefs brilliantly showcased the best of South Australian produce, with innovative and comforting dishes. Every bite was amazing, and the Penfolds wines perfectly matched, enhancing the flavours of each dish. A special mention is the scallop and fennel course! The service was impeccable, with the staff friendly and attentive to our needs without being intrusive. Their passion for food and wine was evident in how they described each course, adding to our enjoyment of the evening. We felt truly cared for, and the relaxed yet refined atmosphere made it easy to enjoy each other’s company. It’s the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening with friends. Highly recommended!

Nicholas Van Der Sluys: I make a habit of dining at Magill Estate Restaurant whenever I am in Adelaide - it really is quite exceptional. That said, and maybe it is a case of too much of a good thing having dined four times in 18 months, the menu, stellar as it is, doesn't change often enough, even with seasonality of produce.Service from the maître d' and sommelier can be frosty, though the English waitress that served our table on two of my four recent visits is outstanding. The wine pairings are rigid and expensive. I find it preferable to order a few glasses plus a bottle of a lovely back vintage than to commit to the pairing.

Kayne (Kano La La): In Adelaide's verdant foothills, where nature's brush does paint,Lies Penfolds Magill Estate, a culinary saint.Where vineyards whisper secrets to the skies so blue,And city views blend perfectly with grapes' rich hue. Here, where modern lines meet the earth's ancient grace,Stands a restaurant, a sanctuary, a richly fabled place.Caviar and kingfish, each dish a crafted art,Beef so tender, sashimi that speaks to the heart.Tantalizing truffles and sourdough that's divine,Four types of butter, a gourmet's delight to dine.Cabernet and Shiraz, each sip a treasured note,Champagne bubbles dancing, Riesling in a golden coat.A Negroni’s bitter kiss, snacks that tease and please,Desserts that whisper sweetly, bringing you to your knees.Parmesan and Camembert, cheeses of the finest breed,Completing meals with elegance, fulfilling every need.Still water, soda, sparkling, spring—waters pure and true,Complementing fancy plates, a feast for eyes anew.In this epicurean haven, where service stands supreme,Magill Estate transforms meals into a symphonic dream.Modern architecture frames the view, leaf and vine entwine,Seasonal cuisine awaits, with wines impeccably fine.Daily lunch with leafy views, where time itself does pause,Creating moments memorable, winning sheer applause. For here in Penfolds' spiritual home, where history meets taste,Each visit is a melody, without a single waste.Come, savour the experience, where earth and sky conflate,At Penfolds Magill Estate, where simple joys await.

Allen Tang: My wife and I patron this amazing restaurant last Friday to celebrate our joint birthdays together. The service was impeccable from the moment we were greeted at the door till we left. Even though there was a main waiter assigned to our table, we loved the idea of having the different cooks bringing out our food and explaining the food as they served us. We had their Signature Tasting menu and as I was not a red meat eater, the replacement of the red meat with another was great and I was happy with them. We had a bottle of their GSM wine too. The ambience was great and our table look out to the night skyline of Adelaide. Kudos to the Chinese male server who took care of us through out the night. Will definitely come again to try their rest of their menu.Dietary restrictions: Great substitutions!Parking: Plenty of parking just outside the main restaurant.

Parlamento: what do users think?

David Parlavecchio: was overcooked, but you could feel it was a good cut and of good quality. My partner's gnocchi were also good.It is located in the center of Adelaide so it is easy to reach by public transport, but difficult to find parking nearby.Vegetarian options: There are various choices for vegetarian dishes, pasta, salads and various vegetables.

Mark Roman: . The dish is described as being between 400-500g and cooked to my liking. I wish I'd taken a photo now because the meat was definitely on the lower end of the weight scale, and I reckon it'd be hard pressed to even be 400g. In addition it was overcooked, but that wasn't a major drama. Not as tender as it's been in the past, but tasty. Parlamento is always busy, so it's not like they were dealing with an extra large group that strained the kitchen resources, but I was a tad disappointed in the meat dish, especially, given it's now $52 which had a decent increase from the previous visit. I could have bought this same steak from a local pub for $35, so at $52, it should be without question. The lamb loin chops and pasta dished served to my companions were to the usual standard.Wheelchair accessibility: Given the smallish nature of the restaurant, arriving in a wheelchair without advance notice is not advised. In addition, there's not a lot of room between tables.

MK: We dined at Parlamento twice while in Adelaide last May. The first time our experience was so special and delicious we went back the next evening. Food and service were excellent. Rafael and the team made us feel like we were VIPs. Then on the morning we were flying home we were looking for a good coffee and we’re so happy to see Parlamento was open just for a coffee! Again 5-star service and best coffee! Grazie Rafael and team, when next in Adelaide we will be back.

Silvano Porcaro: Visited Adelaide this week after a long absence. I had been to Parlamento on previous visits and was always impressed with the food and service. I went for dinner on Tuesday evening and ordered the spaghetti marinara and a mixed spirit to drink. The order was promptly placed and the drink quickly arrived with a basket containing bread and butter. The butter was at room temperature so easily spreadable.I had some friendly discussion with Ralph, one of the owners of Parlamento whilst waiting for the marinara. It didn't take long for it to arrive and the aroma was simply mouth watering! The dish was spectacular - spaghetti perfectly 'al dente' and an abundance of fresh mixed seafood. A beautiful rose coloued sauce brought it all together. It was really good!If you live in Adelaide or are just visiting, I can definitely recommend Parlamento as a good home style italian restaurant. Thanks Ralph and the team. I look forward to my next visit.

Elvira Rosmini: was next to none. We truly enjoyed dining in your restaurant Ralph; you made a simple catch up amongst friends a memorable and truly enjoyable experience. Never retire mate… we love your food, generosity, humour and above all your authentic Italian cuisine.Cheers,Carmine
