Rob Mack: Wonderful 50m pool, gorgeous outdoor setting surrounded by beautiful gum trees, I spent many days in this park as a youngster in the 50's.Back at it again today 43c hot day. Here with family, new granddaughter. Having a ball. Fun play yard with splash pad, toddlers pool, pre-teen pool and the regular 50 m lap pool and Cafe. Great day at the pool. Koalas in the Gum trees tops it all off.
Walter Slamer: Good quality Olympic-sized pool, expansive green lawns generously shaded by huge gum trees, set deep in a large park. Very quiet on a Monday afternoon. Cafe seems a bit of a hang for the local early boomer years set! Only neg was that it is about 30% more expensive for entry than my go-to pool in Sydney. 🧜♂️

Taras Deck: Really good place, offers kids pool, medium pool, and 50m olympic pool divided into lanes for laps. Use lanes on your skill level. Gives an immaculate vibe. 2 Fast slides to race your friend, one slide which is fun cause its dark for a bit, canteen selection is good, I suggest hot chocolate with hazelnut and chips, overall this place is a great place to take your friends, kids, family, or just yourself.

Suemin Yang: Busy Bees Playgroup at the Holden Hill Community Centre organized an outing to Water World. When my three school-age children found out, they opted to go to Water World instead of attending school. It was our family's inaugural visit to Water World. The weather was perfect, and it wasn't as crowded as we had anticipated, allowing the kids to play comfortably. The barbecue facilities were fantastic. I believe hosting the kids' birthday parties here would be a great idea. We'll certainly return next time for more play and slides.Thank you, Jackie, and all the other volunteers who contributed to making this event so fantastic. Your hard work and dedication truly made it a memorable experience for everyone involved.

There was no hard sell, no I’ll call my manager, no sign today for this once in a lifetime deal. We considered two other companies and all were in a similar price range. The pool we chose was not the one we were originally quoted on as we thought it would be out of our price range. We were surprised to find it was only $900 more for our dream pool to suit our family and future needs.When the team came to install they were so professional and kept us informed throughout the process. The attention to detail was fantastic.We have ended up with a great pool that we feel confident will last and if we do have any issues will be quickly resolved by Peter and his team at Narellan.Thanks for a great experience and quality product.We would recommend Narellan to anyone wanting a quality pool installed to a high standard.Not the cheapest but we think the best.

No problem was too much despite narrow access and a cellar with solid concrete roof.Many businesses do the sales well, but Narellan excel at sales, delivery and post installation care. Any questions they were happy to help.We had rust issues from installation a verandah over the top and we wish we had asked Narellan not the pool shops for advice! Peter was spot on for management and the pool is never looking better.18/12 since installation and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Narellan

Their friendliness, communication, professionalism, and just genuine willingness to help was second to none and made the whole process from design to approvals to installation so easy and seamless.They were so patient and worked with our builder and us to ensure that everything was done to fit in with the timeline of our build and nothing was ever too much.The knowledge that everyone has from the office to the guys on site completing the installation is incredible. Our builder also advised us that he was so happy with the installation as he has had some not-so-great experiences with other pool companies but said that Narellan was fantastic, and he would not hesitate to send future business their way.We cannot wait until our build is finished and the pool area can be completed. Bring on Summer!We would 100% recommend Narellan Pools to anyone considering getting a pool. The whole team work together to make the experience fun and exciting. Anne: Great new pools, well ventilated so you don’t get hot from the heated pool, or have that strong smell of chlorine. Kids are also loving their new swim school, they have had 4 lessons so far and I cannot fault. All the instructors have been amazing, so caring at making sure the kids are in the right class for them. Our second boy is Autistic and the staff have been so accommodating. They take the time to listen and have so much patients for him. Highly recommend, if you have little ones who need swim lessons.
Emma Sellick: Loving the new centre. The gym is very spacious, lots of great weight machines. Friendly trainers on the floor if you need any help. Stephen was very helpful on Monday. Helped me a few times and had a good chat. Very happy with the location. A great improvement from the pool I used to visit as a kid! Haven't used the pools yet but plan to in summer.

Lisa Jayne Findlay: My husband and I have been three times so far to have a swim and it’s great. I love that you can just walk into the pool and it’s a great temperature. Haven’t used the gym yet but probably will soon. I enjoy swimming so will stick with that. Lovely new facilities. The change room and shower facilities are great. Love that the shower cubicles are fully enclosed for privacy. Great place all round. Nice staff.
Charmaine Schlaefer: Had a wonderful time at the newly renovated swimming centre. The gym is amazing and enjoyed my first workout. I love the nice roomy gym with plenty of individual change rooms, showers and bathrooms. There's a virtual class area, weights and cardio areas. I love the nice big window area, it really brightens up the gym. The machines are all top of the range and there is plenty of each. The lockers are large enough to fit all your belongings including my big gym bag.

Gail Bawden: This local pool complex has well covered pools for toddlers and young children and an almost half covered adults pool. Lots of grassed areas, some covered. Well patronised in summer by school swim sessions so limited casual use space but check it out. Kiosk food is a bit pricey. We like it.

Riverina side completed, waiting for paving and fencing now.**update** Recent rains in Adelaide, Have contacted Riverina as standpipe was installed but covered by Riverina Coping installer. Waiting to hear back from Riverina, been a couple of weeks now. No way to check groundwater level.

Alan Saldanha: Great pool builder. Found ways to save me money, was excellent with communication and the product is very good.The tradies onsite however damaged my stormwater and Freedom’s site manager refused to repair it. The drain pipes damaged were directly underneath downpipes so I’m not sure how this wasn’t obvious. I didn’t trust them back on site anyway and had to pay for the fix.Otherwise, Nathe, Vanessa and Rhiannon all excellent and would highly recommend Freedom

No sales pressure, just an explanation of what they have, a transparent pricing structure and a pool that was delivered on time and on budget. Best of all, they project managed the whole thing. From the excavators, the crane guys, through to the installation team themselves, the trades were EXCELLENT! The quality of workmanship with these guys and their polite and informed manner, was a breath of fresh air!Big shout out to Jack who managed the whole thing, his eye for detail and customer service was very much appreciated. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Also the back office team, their efficiency during the planning part was again, so very helpful.We used their paving guy to put a few more in and do the fencing, and we are now the very happy owners of a fabulous pool! Jenny Fox: Great personable service and very responsive to anything I needed to know or question. It was installed on time despite some inclement weather. Nathe was exceptional in his service in responding to any questions and redoing quotes as I kept changing a few things. Steve was exceptional in supervising it all. Choosing contractors they suggested for other parts such as fencing and paving worked out really well in terms of making it a seamless process and also ensuring quality!
