Melanie: Great experience at Sephora. I couldn’t find an item I was looking for and one of the sales assistants went off to find it and brought it back for me. The manager was also very helpful and helped colour match my foundation whilst we were there.
jongrat thananet: I've always wanted to go to Sephora, and when I did, the experience was great. It's just that the testers were ruined and extremely unhygienic. I know it's not Sephoras' fault, but still. Overall, I loved it!

Maria helped me finding the right foundation, she got many different brands and shades out for me match my skin. I felt so bad as she had to pack everything away. Michelle did my friends hair. she asked for black and red tape extensions to be put in and it was beautiful. after my hair was finished i went down to the retail section of the store and had amazing customer service from David while my friend got her lobes done by Liam.

Guessed what I wanted jewellery-wise, no pushy upsell, and no Explain Like I’m Five re: aftercare as I’ve been pierced multiple times before. This location may be across town for me but I’ll undoubtedly be back. 🤙

The lovely lady engaged so beautifully with a Spanish customer by using a little Spanish to talk to her and that customer was so happy.Then the woman in front of me had grabbed two shampoos. She didn’t have to say anything but she asked if that was what the customer wanted and the customer was so relieved because she hadn’t wanted two shampoos. Then the woman helped her get what she needed.For me, I grabbed a shampoo and conditioner and she told me it would be more economical to buy a boxed set. Again, she could have just charged me for what I had brought to the counter!I really liked her customer focused service style

She does an amazing job with my hair and she is extremely friendly and great to chat with. All the staff members are always super nice every time I goI also had a piercing emergency which required me to get a new piece for a fresh piercing. The piercer was able to replace my bar and a new piece, and it was really quick which was great because I had to get to work. He was also extremely friendly and it was a smooth process

And they tidied it because my previous cut was uneven and they advised a cut every 3 months. And they're quite cheap for hairdressers! And we had the whole 'are you okay' conversation and I felt heard and understood. 10/10 would go back!

Alanah Edwards: I’ve only ever received beautiful customer service from the colonnades store. Fievel has done a few piercings for me and her training and skill is evident through her professionalism and knowledge when explaining the necessary information when getting pierced.
