Jacob Evershed: We just went down to the good guys and we had the best customer service from legendary guy called Jordan. He did his best to give us the most discount possible at the cost of sacrificing his own commission he provided great intel on the products we were interested in and we left feeling so greatful, we had to leave a review. If you’re looking for anything from the good guys I’d highly recommend going to him as he’s genuinely interested in getting you the best deal possible. The good guys need more people like this bloke!

Young Dyson rep close by needs to keep her swearing down in store with customers around. Also young girl yesterday while buying something had few people skills. But the lady last week keeps my hopes alive for this place.Edit: changing this 4* to 5*. Ruth & Vicki in the kitchen appliance section are great, specifically Ruth. Knows her stuff, no nonsense & we went in to look & ended up spending $12k+ as a result, and don’t regret it. Job well done.
BH: Shopping for a home security wi-fi cam last sat 1/06/24. Took awhile to be served, but was so lucky to have Drilona come by. She explained everything clearly, and was more than helpful, she was very knowledgeable as well. Was a pleasure having her serve me..she even helped my friend to get a better deal with Telstra. It's clean, the staff is friendly and it is air conditioned, so it can be warm or cold depending on the weather outside. It was a bit hard to find for me though, since it was underground and hard to locate within the mall, other than that, it's a good place to buy tech/tech accessories eg. laptop bags.

A C: It's a trap! And I'm willing prey! I always walk away from here buying something cos they have a great range of constantly changing stock, which means that they also have lots of sales of older/clearance stock. The staff are super friendly and plenty knowledgeable. One time, I took my kid here cos they wanted a specific funko. All I could do was 'nod and smile' as I was schooled on some Anime by the enthusiastic store person and my kid. Can vouch, EB Games gift cards are the preferred birthday currency for kids aged 8 to 99.

TheyCallMeCoach: They fixed a issue that I had from another store even though I never used the product it was kinda annoying how u only get 14 days even if brand new and it was faulty. But don't pay for the warranty under 500 dollar items pretty much a scam it only is valid after the companies 2 year warranties so you cannot replace and it could take weeks or months to get your product back if a company warranty.
Sue Argent: Went here twice in the last 6 months, due to a set- up for my new phone, and then again recently, due to an almost scam through my phone! I should've taken this young guy's name, and said to him ' do you remember me from last year'? Which he did, due to my email address, he helped me immensely with my phone, wiping off what was needed! Such a helpful, friendly,compassionate person to deal with, when you need help!! Recommend going there! 👌

margaret-ann copeland: Another great experience today at HN Woodville. We have bought so many products at this place over the years including mattresses, refrigerators, washing machine, oven, i.e all of our kitchen appliances and accessories and electronics. Today I noticed they have lovely bedding and throw rugs too. Without fail, we get great service and there are always staff there to help. They know their products intimately and seem happy to be there. No hard selling just good honest, friendly service.
