Ailyn Romero - Nutritionist: Not sure why there were other negative reviews but I went twice last weekend. I was assisted by two lovely people, one of them her name was Michelle, I don’t remember the other one’s name who worked on Saturday. They were so friendly, helpful and asked me if I wanted help as soon as I got to the pharmacy area. It was one of the best customer service I had in a while.

A Crawford: This isn't my usual chemist but I needed a script filled on a public holiday and thought I'd try calling this chemist and luckily for me, they were open. I got there about 10 minutes before closing and thought I might be too late, but the staff did not make me feel rushed at all and both gave exceptional customer service. Also ended out purchasing a nail polish and am keen to go back to have a look at their range of other makeup and other products as the prices seemed very reasonable. I am a regular customer and have been for over 10 years now. My prescriptions are filled super fast , while the friendly staff happily help with advice , first-aid supplies and any OTC medicines that I may need. Tracey Ey: I have only ever received great service at Terry White Gilles Plains. I am in there most fortnights getting some prescription or other. Shaun and Sonia are kind, caring, helpful and you can gave a good laugh with them as well. I wouldnt and dont go anywhere else.

Chris and Michelle: This is my local chemist, and while I have other options at Harbour Town or drive to Fulham or Glenelg if I want to, I usually go to Terry White at West Beach because the service is excellent, the staff are friendly, and they will find whatever I need even if they don't have it. Very personal service which seems less common these days!
