South Aussie lad: Huge shout out to the guy who runs the store, he's an amazing bloke with a wealth of knowledge. The range in store is incredible and the price will beat anything you can find on eBay. Take your time, have a good look around and a chat and support a local. Russell King: Wide selection of craft, modelling equipment and supplies that can be used for scale model making for practically anything. Staff were polite and nice and the prices were good. Also has a nice collection of rolling stock trains and carriages. Supplies include model grass, trees, paints, sand etc, of a few different brands too. Lots of hornby branded accessories and trains. Overall recommend!

Ugears sent the replacement part at no charge - it got here so fast they obviously sent it on the same day I made the request.But alas the envelope was empty with a small tear in the bottom - seems as if the part slipped through. Let them know and they sent the part again at no charge and as quick as before taped to a piece of corflute so it couldn't be lost again.Along with friendly effective customer service, the kits are fun to put together and the company is Ukrainian so they deserve all the support they can get.
Ione Berkelmans: and is deciding what he wants to add next to his collection. In the carousel model there was a broken piece which after contacting Ugears was quickly replaced. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to make this type of model as they all work perfectly as described and look great and if extra service is needed customer support is amazing. I would not bother trying other brands.

Thanks to them I was able to save a 20 year old loco from the scrap department and get it back on the tracks. Too many businesses forget that the little things lead to bigger things and repeat custom.

Mantis Kamakiri: Great toy shop. Not many toy shops around these days, it seems. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is always plenty to look at even if you're just wanting to browse. Lots of large Lego sculptures to look at too. Everything from toddlers toys to stuff for older kids like science kits and larger models. Even musical instruments like ukuleles!
