Was a bit later dropping it back off but that was very easy too. Would definitely hire from Des's EZYrent again.

Tiffany Jape: Used Adelaide Coachlines for my wedding weekend. Multiple buses over 3 days - Kate was amazing, helped me with the planning and when things got delayed or guests needed to be picked up earlier we were able to do that. Called them late as well - 9-10pm and they still answered their phones and assisted. Had friends and family say how impressed they were with the conditions of the buses and the friendly drivers. Oscar De Haes White: I was in a group which went to Nelson in Victoria on a JC Fuso bus. And while it was definitely not designed for a 13 and a half hour drive, it was relatively pleasant onboard with individual air vents and relatively comfortable seats. The bus was also clean when I first boarded it. However, the legroom wasn’t very good and they could’ve perhaps removed 3 seats to give more legroom for everyone.
Victoria Lorraine: We hired two buses for our daughter's wedding in February this year and we cannot thank JC for their service getting to venue and then on the return later in the night. Everything went so smoothly and they accommodated all our requests.Thanks guys!

My friend and I stopped by the office the previous day to arrange the booking and specifically requested a Rav4, which the staff confirmed would be allocated to us. Marie Fabro: Des's is so easy to work with. I was able to book and pay over the phone for two wedding transfers and transportation for a tour of the Adelaide Hills. Our driver, Nino, showed up ahead of time. He was a cautious driver, great conversationalist, made everyone feel comfortable. The van had good air conditioning, was clean and smelled good. They even called one day ahead to make sure our plans had not changed. We will definitely use them for our future needs.

Sean McGowan: Des's took a crowd of us from Adelaide to Hahndorf for a wedding. It was 41 degrees outside and the aircon worked perfectly in the bus. However, somehow I dropped my credit card during the journey and only found it missing the following morning. A quick call to Steve at dispatch and he rang back in minutes to say our driver checked his bus and found the card. And then, even though it was his day off, the driver met me at a secret location and handed it back. I'm from a remote rural location so retrieving the card immediately was super-beneficial.Tremendous service and I can't thank this company enough, especially the driver of our bus.We have used Des's ever since they started up and it's always been a perfect experience.

The staff are wonderful: friendly, accomodating and patient. The vehicles are excellent and the rates are incredibly reasonable.
Timo Hänseler: Complete Ute and Van Hire, was the go to for me as I was travelling with my tent only in SA. The team is extremely friendly and helpful. You can rent an optional fridge and recovery kit as I did, so I could also go to remote locations without worrying and always had a cold beer with me. I rented a Toyota Hilux with an ARB Canopy so I had plenty of space to put all my stuff and keep organised. Price performance ratio is great if you look to rent a 4x4, as most standard rental companies can't guarantee you'll get a 4x4 and most of the time you won't be able to go everywhere with their vehicles, even if it's a 4x4. Thanks again to the whole team and your trust! I would definitely rent again!

Linda Kirchner: Great drive across the Nullarbor to tick a Bucket List item of mine. James & Vicki in Adelaide were particularly attentive to my needs. I'm not a fan of the new location however. It's a long haul back into the CBD after the hire vehicle is returned. Perhaps some additional post-hire customer service could be considered.
Imane FATMI-MAANAOUI: The staff in both Melbourne and Adelaide were very professional! They even called us once to ensure everything was going well. We mentioned that we had a small issue with some of the lights not working, and they immediately offered to send someone to fix it, but we declined as it wasn't a problem for us.I definitely recommend them for a safe and smooth road trip experience !

David Rootsey: Comfortable drive around the place. Two small gripes. Drop off point feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere and no courtesy bus or public transport available. Sleeping arrangements were cramped for a tall person 195cm but that’s always going to be a challenge with camper hires. Overall got us everywhere we wanted and it was fuel efficient.

Even reimbursed a battery we bought for the van on the way! Very close to both petrol stations for fuel top-up and an Anaconda for LP gas refill. Uber from location back to the Adelaide CBD or airport ~A$25-35.

Jen Engelhardt: My friend and I relocated one of their camper vans from SA to Victoria then waited a few days and did the return journey. Vicki at the Gepps Cross office was very fantastic, welcoming and helpful as was Emma at the other end. We were able to phone the help number when a small issue arose with friendly service on the other end. It's worth double checking that the tv works, you know where the volume control is and that the sliding door sensors are clean before leaving! For a $1 @ day plus fuel it was a great way for us to experience camper van life for the first time and see the countryside! We'll certainly do it again

We were taken by bus to two lovely wineries followed by a fabulous dinner at the Stirling Hotel, and then back to the city. It was extremely well organised with great attention to detail to ensure that we could all enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. We would definitely do this again!
