Tony Allworden: Ward nurses are excellent at what they do, very supportive and friendly to talk to. All support structures in place when you need them.. They helped me when I was in for surgery... Can't say enough about all the staff I interacted with they helped me through a tough time in my life, and I'm still getting help from them...A gigantic Thank You to you all..You're the Best...

Binh Nguyen: The Doctor and staff are super nice.

PAULINE BENZ: Exceptional staff - Doctors, Nursing staff down to the cleaners. Food was good - parking not so. But we managed.

Zonney Bruh: The original Adelaide Hospital was built in 1840 at the eastern end of North Terrace, Adelaide, with its first building superseded in 1856 and many alterations and additions over the following 175 years. It was prefixed by the "Royal" in 1939. In 2017 it was replaced by the new hospital, built at the western end of North Terrace. The new hospital is the most expensive building[1] ever built in Australia, and the most expensive hospital[2] ever built anywhere in the world, at US$2.44 billion in construction and equipment costs. The redevelopment on the site of the old RAH is known as Lot Fourteen.

Ray Min: Saved my life.

Pamela Oldmeadow: After a nasty fall in Adelaide I spent nearly a week in hospital. The facilities were great, and surpassed by the excellent care, always warm, kind and personal. The Cranio-Facial unit were wonderful. I thank everyone.

paul smith: Great place to visit. Great staff. Excellent care.

Rick Tate: Staff here are amazing

Joe Evangelista: Dr. Rajinder Singh Rai and Dr. Nicholas Webster Marks have given me a fantastic medical experience for my bladder tumor removal yesterday.Polite, respectful and extremely experienced professionals.Special mention to the admissions staff members Anna and Toni who made me feel welcome with great care and attention to detail. This is all possible with the staff here going above and beyond.Great off street parking making it extremely easy for patients and visitors with no clowns out the front of the reception area smoking cigarettes.Thank you to everyone for providing a level of care exceeding my overall expectations. The experienced nurses are beautiful and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The menu and quality of food here is amazing with very clean rooms.Well done everyone.6/5 stars from me.

Christine Reid: Fabulous experience. Every aspect from pre admission to admission, pre op and post op care was professional and very caring. All staff were great from nursing staff, orderlies, radiology, housekeeping & food service.Even though the hospital is showing its age in some areas, I would still highly recommend it and am so glad my doctor chooses this hospital for her surgeries.

Sue Hamam: A BIG THANK YOU to the whole team at FMC.Yesterday my husband wasn't well. The ambulance arrived within 5 minutes and the paramedics were wonderful and stabilised him. He then went to emergency and got in straight away. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses who cared for him throughout yesterday. He had Atrial Fibrillation so finally the heart returned to normal rhythm late afternoon. He was admitted to be watched overnight and hopefully home today. The staff were all so caring, attentive and professional in their approach. We feel very grateful and appreciate all the hard work you do on a daily basis. Many thanks again.

Sally Hurst: Just great the staff here were awesome and I felt well cared for and in good hands when I arrived for surgery, staff worked to keep me comfortable when ever I needed and worked to keep me stable while waiting for surgery, and nursing staff helped me post surgery being by my side with anything I needed or any questions I had everytime so much knowledge and care, even the surgical team were just fantastic 😍really appreciate it guys!

Flinders Medical was prompt with their treatment response and provided a very thorough, friendly and supportive experience for me. They quickly ensured that my pain was controlled as a priority and made me as comfortable as possible despite the additional difficulties that hospitals are experiencing at the moment. All staff were very supportive, helpful and kind making my overall experience very positive. They are professional, thorough and go great lengths to explain/diagnose issues without rushing patients out the door due to current ED stresses . 10/10.

Bev Angel: Cannot speak highly enough of the wounds clinic at FMC. Attended clinic for some months and the care and expertise given by Margi and her team of nurses was above and beyond... they are fantastic, clinic VERY busy but nurses always happy and kind to everyone...we are very lucky to have access to this wonderful clinic.

Prue Hart: I wish to convey my deepest regard and gratitude for the care l received at the Lyell McEwin on Sunday 18th August when I arrived by Ambulance suffering a heart attack . Thanks to the Cath Lab and CCU for your professional efficiency AND your care and kindness . All is well now and down to the care l received . Thank you so very much .

Adele Hughes: My husband was admitted to Lyell McEwin Saturday 24th August with a severe infection. I cannot help but recommend the service, attention & medical attention he received from the doctors & nursing staff highly enough, that he received from there. .I've read a lot reports from people who rubbish the doctors, nursing staff etc from Lyalll McEwin.I can only say, in my opinion,, the treatment, service, kindness & attention he received, they saved his life.Doctors & nurses have an especially hard time with the things they have to deal with. I can only say thank you from the whole of my heart for the treatment, medical attention, kindness etc that you gave to my husband & myself. You can’t please everyone all of the time & things do sometimes go wrong. However,, people need to understand these doctors, nurses & staff do their upmost best the give all their patients the best treatment they can for the circumstances. Sometimes this doesn’t work but they have done everything they can to help anyone whom comes into their wards and for that, I thank you & appreciate everything you do.highly enough to do credit to

Anne: All the staff and doctors have been wonderful. I have been having breast cancer treatment and had surgery and my stay in hospital for that wen't very smoothly and I found the nurses extremely friendly and helpful.

Phil Mitchell: The staff were awesome .Even when nurses were under staffed and doing doubles .The Surgeons moved quickly to get my wife into life saving surgery..The follow up care was also top class .

Igor Sochkan: Such a wonderful staff. Guys are working so hard and professional. Friendly easy environment.

Kate: . Nurse Shelly in 2FN on the 18th of June was absolutely fantastic thank you so much for your kindness I felt so well taken care of.

Ashford Hospital: what do users think?

Cathy King: Helpful staff

margi patel: I am looking after my client I like critical care service department all nurses are very very much respectful and feel like friends part of family they also help to client family and caters to show everything coffee room, and everything. Also help to my Grand pa. I am very appreciate to Ashford hospital. I never see that type of respect another place.

Marty Thorpe: I can't speak highly enough of the hospital, having had my day procedure and overnight stay there recently. From the receptionist, to the nurses, to the surgical team...amazing professional and caring service. Can't thank you all enough.

Adam M: but really everyone was great.Sure, the rooms are a little 1990s and the 'husband bed' was a little stiff, but that doesn't take away from the standard of care and dedication the hospital staff brought.Besides, if we are talking about the little things - three high quality meals delivered each day, plus morning and afternoon tea, and access to a stocked kitchen were a plus. Jamaica Blue cafe downstairs provides some alternative options during the day which is handy. Even the staff at the front desk were so polite and welcoming

Max O'Connell: Very good facilities.Excellent helpful staff.Ground level entrance

LUIS CARLOS BARRIGA: Hospital staff was more than helpful and friendly, I had a nice experience at Ashford hospital even though I was scared going back to theatre. I feel extremely grateful about all the help that received about getting my knee surgery done! I really appreciate it!

Ashim Rai: I had my knee surgery two weeks ago at Ashford. I am so happy that I received good treatment from all the nurses, from the entrance to my discharge. Especially Dr. Swapnil Pandit, Nurse Sharmila, and Nurse Tereesa provided excellent care to me. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything well. I'm thankful for their help during my stay. What a great hospital in Adelaide.

David Barlow: Attended Ashfield Private Hospital in July this year for an angiogram. Made to feel at home right from the reception to being admitted to the theatre ward for day surgery. The medical staff were fantastic before and after my procedure. I can’t speak highly enough for the staff in the theatre for my procedure and in the recovery area.Thank you to all the nurses and support staff for making my stay so comfortable.

Bhadresh Thanki: Extremely caring nurses and great Dr Mushtaq at Mitcham ward - Cant than you enough Anne,Sush,Renuka,Emma,Sahara,Jay and others for taking such a great care

Anna Nickol: and was pleasantly greeted with a warm, and sincere smile by Greg at reception. Such an extremely nice human... Fantastic client based service and efficient. If there were more stars to rate, he would get them all.

Rob Clayson: 29/05/24I wish to express my sincerest gratitude to the office staff, pre-op nurses, Anesthetist nurse, Dr Chong, Dr Kenneth, post theatre nurses & recovery nurses for their extremely professional & caring treatment today. You all deserve a gold star & will be forever grateful from me.Keep up the great work ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏

Warren McLean: I had need to go to emergency at Ashford hospital on 10th May. The reception at emergency was very responsive and I was in a CatScan within half an hour or so and then straight up to surgery. The timings are a bit hazy but it all seemed to be non stop.I woke up in ICU where I spent 3 days that was the most thorough care you could want. Lisa, a nurse of some 30 years was sharp, caring and very supportive. The team around her were well drilled.I spent another 5 days In Marleston ward where the staff are a mix of very experienced and less experienced nurses.I never heard a moan when some patients buzzed a bit often, they all just went about it professionally and for the most seemed happily. Night staff were particularly good.I would have utmost confidence if I need them again.

Suzanne Haynes: I found the nurses and doctors amazing. Every step the way was communicated clearly to us with supporting material. I was made very comfortable prior to my procedure and during my time in the critical care unit. The food was amazing equalled by the service and friendness. All the equipment used on me and around me was in top condition, modern and used effectively. Thank you to everyone involved in my care and recovery.

Dylan Pasc: Whoever is answering the phone today is doing an amazing job - third medical call today, first one I felt optimistic after ending. 👌🏼

Jeanette Ann O'Donnell: Although we were there for 10 hours my husband was thoroughly tested and cared for. Lovely nurses and doctor

R3N 8055: I've needed to come to emergency here a few times. Every time I've been triaged appropriately for the state I've been in and seen really quickly. Once I pissed all over the floor and everyone was really kind and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience or embarrassed. Other time I was very unwell/confused and not making much sense and asked a nurse "are we going to have a baby" that was actually quite funny and I bet they've heard some wild and strange things in there all the time but they take it in their stride.

Marie Smith: I was in the Emergency Department this afternoon. I was put through pretty quickly. I had wonderful caring Nurses and Drs looking after. Thank you all so much for taking such great care of me !!!

Julie Niedzwiecki: I am super impressed by the extraordinary professionalism of the staff, especially the doctors, ambulance officers and support team. They were switched on and thorough and knew how to put us at ease in an incredibly stressful situation. The wait time experience wasn't great but that was not within their control. Thank you QEH!

I truly appreciate their kindness to me and others in their care. Great job, Calvary! Keep up the good work!! Thoroughly recommend! A+++

Rory Young: Jessie and Charlotte on the admission desk were nothing short of lovely. They helped me relax before my surgery and I hope they set the example for their other colleagues.

bodomad2009: From initial report to ED through to discharge was nothing but professional. Every nurse/doctor was very affable and I was always treated with care. The room and facilities are kept very clean. The food was surprisingly tasty and when a meal was missed, due to surgery, sandwiches and snacks were provided without asking.I have day surgery in a month to remove temporary stent and am not nervous as I know what to expect.

Maureen Hamilton O. A. M.: Going to the Calvary hospital with all the ancillary support is very good for the hospital. and staff are amazing caring and very friendly and professional.😷

Stacey Stafford: Beautifully clean hospital but the highlight is the staff - just beautiful, kind and caring people.

Brett Forrest: Problem fixed all doctors n nurses were respectful n informative to my questions enjoyed my 2 night stay 👍

Iain Murray: The staff in theatres and ICU are fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. I was made to feel important even though they were extremely busy. The wards are comfortable and well appointed and once again the staff were so friendly. Special mentions for Kate and Tess in ICU. We’ll done all.

Dia Varvaricos: All staff members were friendly, professional and informative. Very minimal wait time and calm atmosphere. Amazing city views from the hospital room admission waiting area. The medical care I received was excellent, and I could not be more grateful for the outstanding care I received from the nurses, both male and female, who were all incredibly down to earth and made me feel comfortable. An overall excellent experience.

Cassandra Noble: I had surgery a few weeks ago, the level 3 day surgery and recovery staff went above and beyond with their care. Thank you to Dani, Riley and Bernadette for making the day a little easier.

Harry Mora: I have been going there for years and they are always warm and friendly. The doctors are very helpful.

Sharyn Braham: Great doctor, very though, parking can be a issue.

Denis Wall: The whole process was seamless. The initial booking enabled me to see a Doctor on the same day. I was met in the car park by the Doctor as there was concern regarding my being contagious. The Doctor was thorough and gave a diagnosis that will be backed up by testing. A very satisfying visit.

Michael Notley: Great care great service I was on a wait list for an earlier appointment and it all worked really well

KATHRYN ERREY: A highly professional, helpful and organised practice staffed by competent, kind health professionals and support staff.Highly recommended!

Maggie Crewes: On time. Very approachable. Very thorough. 👍

Stephanie Simpson: The doctors are very caring and knowledgeable. The staff is excellent, highly recommend!

Teresa Piscioneri: A clinic that still has reputable medical professionals that display sensitivity to medical needs / mental health ...also accommodating to fit me in for an appointment

Jenny Gillespie: Great Clinic with lots of good doctors and lovely reception staff.

Kate Rieger: Always polite prompt and easy to deal with.

Ali S: Patient care is the top priority at Adelaide Health Care. This is evident in the way staff treat and communicate with patients: everyone from administrative staff, to nurses and the GPs demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and competence. I feel that I'm taken seriously, and am treated like an active partner in managing my health. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

Hugh Middlemis: In my experience, Dr Kate Le Cong and Dr Helen Mullner always consider the whole person and provide great health advice, including helping to identify a manageable short list of specialists to consult.

Di Fenwick: As usual, Dr Ukera is very thorough and useful in suggesting tests as part of her diagnosisPlus she doesn't rush you into a drug program

Jillian Miller: I was recently ill with COVID, after phoning the clinic a doctor rang back regarding an E script for antivirals and talked through the reactions to my current meds which she had looked up. She emailed instructions and a phone check was made later to ensure I had the email. A clinic nurse then phone checked on me on four separate days until I was well enough. Excellent treatment.

Monika Kohlhagen: Even though we had to wait 9 hours in ED before being seen by a doctor, we were really impressed by the care and attention received by the nursing staff on duty last Friday night. It was a busy night and it was reassuring to see that everyone in the waiting area was looked after prior to being taken into the treatment area. Once in the treatment area, the nursing staff and the doctor in attendance were fantastic. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to thank the ED staff rostered on Friday night and Saturday morning for their professional care and kindness in dealing with a stressful situation.

Trudy E (SaltyWitch): did an exceptional job.

Peta Tot: Jack and Kylie exhibited exemplary compassion, care, and understanding during their attendance at my event on March 14th, 2024, held at Glenelg. Their patience and professionalism were commendable. Additionally, the two gentlemen who assisted with a lifter for my father were equally exceptional. I am sincerely grateful for their outstanding service and would rate their performance a perfect 10 out of 10. Many thanks to the entire crew for their exceptional support.👍👍

Garry Cowled: A huge thank you to Ric and Boyd for your exemplary service getting my wife from Smoky Bay to Ceduna. Amazing guys 🙏🙏

Ian Mac: Oddly, i feel compelled to update this. COVID made a lot of health institutions struggle, and change isn't always handled well. I think the WCH has come out of the mire. Resources are always an issue in healthcare, but i've met enough staff here in Craniofacial, Dental, Mental Health, Eating disorders, gastroenterology etc...that really DO care. Good, approachable people, that will do what they can, within their power, to help. Moving in the right direction. You can't please everyone all the time, especially in resource challenged institutions. But the right people are helluva good start. And no, it's not just 'a part of the job., be patient with your carers.

Troy Nguyen: We can’t speak highly enough about the midwives and doctors at the WCH Adelaide. My wife and I had our second daughter born here, we always felt cared for and the staffs were very supportive, friendly and professional. We are grateful for the care we received and would like to shout out to India, Mira and all the other nurses and doctors who had helped us.The wait could be long and understandable as this is a public hospital and I wish this can be improved in the future.

Alina Page: The things the staff have to deal with and still provide amazing care... honestly, we should seriously not just pay our nurses more, but also show them the utmost respect. The patience and endless care I have seen them display even for the most hateful individuals.... hat off ladies and gents. You are incredible!

Pamela Judge: Absolutely amazing staff on yesterday in emergency. Both of the doctors and all the nurses who attended were wonderful, caring and professional. A shout out to nurse Josh, who went above and beyond to make my grandson feel special and valued. We will always remember Josh for his humour, kindness and caring. He's one of the best advertisements for the nursing profession. Thankyou Women's and Children's.

Gaynor Cooper: We used the virtual app with a Doctor this week through WCH, gave us the ability to stay home in our comfort & for our 3 yr old. We used this to gain medical advice before venturing to E.D in the cold of night. Dr Gabby was excellent and patient. Reassurance given and referral to a specialist following day. Dr Gabby gave clear & precise information, advice given if our situation had deteriorated overnight.Totally recommend using this virtue appointment. Follow up appointment at specialist clinic next day by referral from Dr Gabby was also excellent, caring staff.

Aniket Paranjpe: Took my 7 year old daughter with high fever. Everyone was so helpful & friendly. The wait times were a bit high but everyone was doing their best & attending to patients as soon as they could. Doctor Danielle Boniface, nurse Michael, Jonty took great care & were thoroughly professional. Even volunteer Kelly who was trying to make the patients & their carers time there better. Keep up the good work fellas!

Rock: Took great care of my kids they recovered from breaking their arm at the elizabeth playground

Noarlunga Hospital: what do users think?

Freddy: 100% better than Flinders hospital. Noarlunga staff actually care about their patients. Everything about flinders medical centre is pathetic, it’s embarrassing. I’d rather die than goto flinders.

John Stevenson: Had a colonoscopy earlier today and have nothing but praise for all the staff at Noarlunga hospital. From admission, where you’re treated with dignity and a wee touch of humour which helps allay any apprehension. Kept well informed about the procedure including anaesthesia. Recovery was really well done to with knowledgeable answers to questions on”how it went” to a really welcome coffee and a sandwich. Well done all you guys and girls, much appreciated.😉👍

Vanessa Marie: Though it was nothing to worry about, it can happen to some people. At the time though, the Dr didn't think it was a reaction, however this was definitely a side effect. Maybe just something to keep in mind, as I'm sure it happens to others. The nurse helped calm me down. For someone who is scared of hospital, and has a phobia of blood, and needles - you guys were all so accommodating and patient, and gentle with me. Appreciate everything you all do!

Rikki's channel: Last night I had the mis fortune of having to attend the Noarlunga Ed. Well I can't speak more highly of the people I came into contact with. The front desk lady, triage nurse and all the nurses and Dr I had contact with they ate all so friendly, helpful and caring.Over the past 18 months I've brought my husband in twice and now me and cannot fault anything from the care to communication from Noarlunga Ed teams. Thank you all. My nurse Lyndal, Bessie, Susan and 1 other nurse I can't remember to Dr Doniel thank you all so very much.

Jim Sneddon: I recently had day surgery for Dupyutrens Contracture Release. I cannot express enough how happy I was with all aspects of my treatment! The administrative, nursing and surgical staff were all excellent and made this a great experience! The aftercare has been superb including the hand therapy! I have now been added to the waiting list for my other hand and I am confident this will just as great an experience! Thank you all!!!

russell Hickson: Every single person who dealt with me during my time in this hospital were absolutely fantastic.Their caring, friendly and supportive team were incredible.I cant thank them enough

Hugh Edwards: Spent the day in emergency - the care and professionalism of the Doctors and Nurses was extraordinary. Thank you!

Sally Hurst: Absolutely fantastic I was very crook and having to be diagnosed, preppeped and stabilised while waiting to be transferred to have emergency surgery. Everyone who looked after me there there was just incredible and the other staff who worked there were great too 🙏💯

Katrina Cole: I had the most amazing experience with the day surgery team. I have never felt more cared about in a medical setting, the clerical team, nurses, doctors and surgeon were all amazing. Thanks for looking after me.

Lorraine Masters: Today I had my first visit as a patient at Noarlunga Hospital for a day procedure. A huge thank you to ALL the staff - clerical, admittance, theatre and surgical for the love, care and attention shown to me. I'm happy to say my results were good. If necessary and I need to attend Noarlunga Hospital in the future, I will certainly be more than happy to attend. THANK YOU.

Heather Green: I attended emergency with a broken arm around 7.30pm. I was seen by a doctor inside 15 minutes, x-rayed, pain killers and ready to be sedated not long after. The work of the staff Jo, Jess, Shawn, Bethany was second to none. There were others helping but my pain addled brain has not retained the names. I was out the door before 10pm,m slab cast in place, sling at the ready. I cannot thank the team highly enough for the care and speed in which I was attended.
