In the past, I’ve had some difficulties at other makeup counters with founding my perfect match, which leads to me always going home disappointed with my experience and having products in the end I can’t use. As soon as I walked in with my mum, we were greeted straight away by a lovely woman named Gabby. She was so helpful in helping me with what I needed, listened to what I was looking for and made it one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a makeup counter. She was so kind and helpful with everything that I required, even offered other alternatives, such as giving me a sample of a product, getting me to try different products and making sure I look at myself in different lighting. I was very grateful for her help. Would definitely go back and get serviced from her again.

Zoe was absolutely amazing she spent about 20 minutes and created a whole skin prep routine and found the perfect colour. Safe to say we walked out with the lot. My fave blush trio was nolonger being made, so she helped me find other products that met my non-toxic requirements and showed me how to apply them properly on my skin! I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

A small shop with a wide range of products, clean, brightly lit. Space is a bit tight, so if there are 2 or more customers it can get a bit crowded.
