Jo Kirk: I arrived into Adelaide at 11am on Monday with a problem. I was running a breakfast with over 100 people on Tuesday at 7am. A few hiccups with suppliers and I needed 100 bags for event gifts and 10 baskets etc. Staff member Beppie was so helpful and knowledgeable. I solved the problem within 30minutes and was out of there and at my hotel in a flash. Ended the mad dash with an awesome plant based hot dog in style! Thanks IKEA Adelaide you made my day!

TheyCallMeCoach: They fixed a issue that I had from another store even though I never used the product it was kinda annoying how u only get 14 days even if brand new and it was faulty. But don't pay for the warranty under 500 dollar items pretty much a scam it only is valid after the companies 2 year warranties so you cannot replace and it could take weeks or months to get your product back if a company warranty.

I should've taken this young guy's name, and said to him ' do you remember me from last year'? Which he did, due to my email address, he helped me immensely with my phone, wiping off what was needed! They know their products intimately and seem happy to be there. No hard selling just good honest, friendly service.

Shazzy foxy music: I first came across Dawn Latex Mattresses 20 years ago, when I was looking for an organic bed, due to chemical sensitivity issues. So we bought our first latex mattress and hand made wooden bed. We are still on the wooden bed, and needed to update our mattress recently, so went back to see Brett. We tried out a couple of mattresses to establish what firmness configuration would suit us these days, and I am happy to say that Brett looked after us very well! We are now happily sleeping comfortably again, and awakening with a much happier back. Note to self! Don't wait so long to get a new mattress! I'm grateful that organic mattresses still exist in this day and age! Thanks Brett! ❤️❤️❤️

In short Brett made the whole process easy from start to finish. Every time we called Brett would be behind the phone and happy to explain and answer all our queries and concerns. Our bed frame arrived exceptionally well packaged and his precision joinery made it easy to assemble. He even suggested for us to call him when we were going to assemble it in case we needed help! We did and yes he helped us on the spot! Good old fashioned customer focused service which is rare these days. We also found the Dawn web site a great help especially with understanding the many different configurations of latex that are possible. Another great thing is that you get two contour covers with this pillow. This is a first for me, as usually you get the one cover and then add a pillow protector, but I have never found a contour one to purchase. He was able to recommend me the perfect firmness based on a series of questions.Our Mattress took 7 days to arrive and was well packaged.The tencel cover is high quality made and very comfortable with the bed sheets on top.The mattress is an absolute joy to sleep on; comfortable and supportive. I don't toss and turn before falling asleep anymore. I actually wake up with no more back pain!I must have tested over 20 beds and I can honestly say this one definitely comes out on top.My wife is a hot sleeper and she finds the natural latex quite cool to sleep on. Also she hasn't been yelling at me every time I toss and turn so I guess the mattress provides minimal partner disturbance.There is no off gassing; it smells sweet, an indication it is a natural product.I know it can be daunting buying on-line but if you have a fairly good idea what your're after and with Brett's 35 years of of expert advice, you really can't go wrong buying from these guys.
