The quality of the pieces at this store for a fraction of the price means you can give new life to some excellent pre-loved luxury. I was blown away by the variety and ended up walking away super happy with my YSL puffer bag like it was brand new! Remy Sica: Best luxury experience that I have had in Australia. Exceptional range of designer goods beyond the common items - no crusty old Neverfull’s here. All the salespeople are very welcoming and warm, not the fake and pushy behaviour you experience at a lot of luxury stores these days. They create a relaxing environment, let you take your time and don’t pressure you into buying. It is obvious they enjoy what they do. My husband and I were looking at a cream LV Roxbury bag on their website. When we visited in person to view the bag, we found that the blemishes which were well-photographed and highlighted on the website were absolutely minuscule in person. The bag looked pristine. Extreme attention to detail with online listing, if anything I expected the condition to be worse in real life! Pleasantly surprised by this.Overall very happy with the experience that we had, and looking forward to the next.

The price setting was reasonable. It took about 3-4 months had my bag sold. I received and email and few days after the payment transferred to my account. That’s how easy with the procedure. I can understand those who gave a negative review, the shop owner is not one of those super nice customer service agent like when you call vodafone. But he is absolutely talented, knows everything he is doing and definitely not a rude guy. The craftsmanship and quality is incomparable and price is better than reasonable. They even let me choose from all stock they have to just to find myself a perfect piece. Definitely visiting again next time when I am in town!
