Patrick Annicchiarico: We started off looking for a fan and didn’t want to go with the typical Bunnings brands. The fan shop has an enormous range of quality ceiling fans and for the quality of build and amazing warranty, are very reasonably priced. Glen was fantastic and very helpful. In the process of buying the fan I spotted a pendant light which we ended up ordering also, it’s since been installed and looks superb. The fan is also great quality and works perfectly. Highly recommend the fan shop and Eglo fans and light fittings.
myasears: We visited the Cumberland Park store after finding an outdoor ceiling fan we were interested in purchasing on sale. Thanks to the excellent friendly and knowledgeable service we received from Cliff, we learned we needed something quite different for our application. Of particular note was the demonstration and the advice he provided in relation to positioning a fan relative to ceiling downlights, which can cause a strobe light shadow effect which could be quite unpleasant. Great advice and no pressure whatsoever. You might save a few dollars at Bunnings if you were prepared to settle on a stock item or special order, but you won't get the service or advice, which in our case would have seen us purchase an inferior fan for our needs.
