Patrick Cummins: I myself and my children would like to thank Stephen and Andrew Ey and their staff for my life.After a raid on my property I was arrested with others and charged with major indictable offences.I was not guilty of these charges but if convicted it could have been a lengthy sentence and at 51 years my life over and not around for my two teenagers.I was dissatisfied with a lawyer I had who was complacent and I felt like I was going to be railroaded into jail.I read about Steven and called to make an appointment he got me straight in, listened to my story, told me we would fight the charges, without promising anything and explained the whole process clearly to me all in 20 minutes - I had never been charged before and at least being able to understand what was going to happen reduced my stress levels considerably.The result achieved was extremely satisfactory as all charges were dropped against me and no case to answer.Everyday is a gift especially when I wake up and make breakfast for my children and take them to school, and without a single shred of doubt I have Stephen to thank for that.

After his death I became the executor of both his and his mother's estate. Soon after his death, I returned to the US, where I am from. Caitlin was able to manage both estates perfectly, even though I was on the other side of the world! Since I am not familiar with professionals in Adelaide, she was able to recommend a fantastic tax accountant. Caitlin was able to handle my husband's apprehensive relatives so that there was absolutely no drama what-so-ever. Bee Tan: by Ms Kira Millikan of Andersons Solicitors in 2024. Kira is a very good operator with a sense of integrity. I found her to be absolutely professional, proactive, genuine, always thinking ahead and covering all bases. She's also alert, organised and pays attention to details. She was not averse to calling us out of office hours if she thought it was necessary or in our best interests. She writes well, clearly and concisely, with none of the usual waffle so common with lawyers' letters. If you need legal advice or representation, then it's definitely best to go with a mid to large firm such as Andersons. Ditto if you just need some routine legal work, as I had used the services of Ms Sheryn Miles, Andersons Solicitors in 2020 for a property settlement, and I thought Andersons' fees then were very reasonable. In our most recent case, it went on for 12 months, involved 2 barristers and could have gone down many rabbit holes, so it's impossible to know if what we paid was good value for money. Having said that, we got our desired outcome so the money was well spent. I would definitely ask for and work with Ms Kira Millikan again, because of the person that she is, how she operates and her skills.
