munro: coordinated my disarray of cloud storage, managed my modem extender, hooked up sound bar and microsoft screen mirroring so I can watch what ever I have been watching on my laptop on the big screen whilst still using my laptop. What else?... sorted printer, my phone debacles....just generally simplified my life big time!!! oh also now I am playing spotify or what ever music platform through alexa speakers and life is good. I'm not illiterate... but gee I was tired and I really needed some help. Professional and courteous.. whilst still being completely disarming..not scary and easy to be around. And my dogs LOVED him!! Everything done in a timely manner. Just brilliant on all counts!thankyou so much! so excited to have this all sorted. Chris Stansfield: I have to say, I'm hard to impress but Steve did amazing work on my ACER Laptop when the hard drive died. He recovered all my important data, especially all the word files for the novel I was writing. It was five months' worth of writing and researching and I thought it was all gone, when the thing went into an automatic repair loop, grey screen of death.The thing was running really slow and was glitchy as hell, but now it's super-fast. He loaded up windows 11 and setup everything for easy access.I got out of the situation for less than $300, I would definitely recommend Steve, brilliant work mate.Chris Stansfield

He has not only built a new computer for me and transferred all files from my old PC but also fixed a laptop we were having constant problems with by the next day. Kerry Garner: I have used this company many times over the years to fix everything from my old Windows 98 Pc, to all of my phones and various other computer issues. I have found them fair and reasonable with all of my dealings with them and thought its about time to give them some online credit. At times I have had things fixed for nothing when the issue was so small. Most recently I tortured my Laptop and broke the screen. Upon taking it there and asking if it could be fixed asap for my work, they greeted me with a phone call only 24 hours later that it was all done. If you need anything to do with your devices, these are the guys to go to.

I walked past One-Systems and asked if they were able to help, a lovely staff member had a look at both phones and cleaned them out well while I was there then we tested the phones and they work great again!
