Had an odd experience as purchased a very expensive Swiss made fry pan that for some reason had very poor heat transfer.Even after having my 1 yr old SMEG cooktop on flat out for 10 minutes, the fry pan was only medium hot so after trying this several times, decided this pan was essentially useless so I took it back.Initially I spoke to Matt over the phone who provided the 1st excellent customer service experience, and then when I went in store, a couple of the staff members listened openly to my experiences, they too found it odd but were happy for me to exchange it for a different branded fry pan.Having now used the new fry pan, as expected it performed perfectly, with the cooktop requiring 1 to 2 power levels lower to achieve the same cooking temperature compared to my old and inferior pans.Would definitely recommend Minimax for your kitchen wares as they have lots of great products in store and online.

Jan Verrall: Miele is the best dishwasher I've ever had. We bought our first one in 2007. The cutlery tray is fantastic. The dishwasher just tripped the Safety Switch on our meter box so we have now replaced it, 2024, naturally with a Miele. 17 years on!I don't like to complain, but I found that the bottom drawer in the new machine was not very user friendly, so much that I have replaced it with the bottom drawer from the old dishwasher, which I still had. Could your Research Team maybe think about goingback to the original design please?Thanks anyway for a great dishwasher.Jan

George Bredon: We own a Miele washing machine and after over 10 years of faultless use, it developed a leak. The machine is programmed to warn users of such leaks and to call a Miele technician to find the source of the leak. Chris answered that call and was at our place with little delay. I was amazed at his friendliness and technical expertise. He had the front of the machine dismantled in a jiffy and fixed the problem almost before I could muster the words to express my amazement at his competence. After reassembling the machine, he moved it to a new position in our laundry so that the dryer and washing machine now had doors opening in a much more convenient pattern than before. They are so much more of a pleasure to use now. Chris wasn't done yet! He made sure that he had both machines levelled and lined up correctly. He also conducted tests to check the safety of the repairs he had just completed. Oh! I forgot. He also left the laundry floor spotlessly clean. Chris is a priceless asset to Miele's support team.

Rawsons made this happen seemlessly: the joiner, Chris, measured up gap, went to his factory to make, and came back same day to install. Excellent service from the whole team, thank you.
