Terry Mace: Broken windscreen, the folks were helpful and handled me very nicely. They kept telling me I must go to O'Brien's to get my repairs done. Don't have O'Brien's close by, used Instant windscreens in christies beach, much nicer than obriens.
Steve Brooks: Have several policies, and have had several claims.Never had an issue.

N B: There’s a Taiwanese clerk at the store who might come off as a bit mean at first, but she’s actually really good at solving problems and has a great sense of humor. Once you get to know her, she’s very chatty and friendly—a real positive for the overall experience.
Vejaya Letchumi: Lisa helped me to solve a huge issue when my twin boys been denied for their cover and had to serve 12 months waiting period. She contacted numerous officers for about 2 hours and finally made it to the point that as I had served my 12 months waiting period hence my boys do follow me for pregnancy and birth claim cover. It was a great deal for my family as we were expecting a huge sum of 3 months NICU bill. Thank you so much Lisa for your help in aiding us to overcome this tense situation.
