Matt Dickinson: I had the pleasure of being served upstairs by Alec Jarmyn. I was a bit standoffish to start with due to a previous bad experience but he built rapport with me really quickly with his knowledge and attitude. Alec listened and proposed some great options within my budget. I came in for a helmet but left with a helmet and a jacket. Even after the sale he ran through the product features so I got the best use from them. Both fit perfect, was a great experience! Will definitely ask for him in person again!

Wayne Rayner: I just want to send a big shout out to the service team at Peter Stevens. The workshop manager helped me the other day with a problem I was having with my bike. He owned the problem and he said leave it with me for 5 minutes, and l will ring you back with the answer to your problem you are having. I don't make a occurrence every time I ride into town but when I do ride into town and I take my bike around the Workshop they are quite happy to check the oil, and the water and the air for me. He assisted us around multiple parts of the store, gave great advice and was knowledgeable and personable. Never was he pushy with any product. We unfortunately didn't catch his name, nor was it on the docket. Absolute great value as a salesperson and employee. Please someone give him a pat on the back

Look for the sales.Stock can be a bit lacking which can frustrate though most items can be ordered in.Parking can be a bit tight at peak times.Overall though I like going there.

Simon Keir: I went into Adelaide HD to enquire about a Sport Glide. Never enquired about a Harley before and spoke to Mark. Mark was great and showed me around the bike, allowing me to sit on it, push it around, play with the panniers etc. Mark was very helpful, knowledgeable about the bike and gave me some extremely helpful advice about another model I was considering. Mark was able to allay my initial fears about the size and weight of the bike, me having never ridden a Harley before, explaining the best way to handle it etc. I was put completely at ease and my trepidation disappeared instantly. It just so happened that a Sport Glide owning customer came in at the time and Mark was happy for this guy to also give me some helpful tips. Mark clearly had a rapport with this man which I believe indicates that this dealership has a loyal and satisfied customer base !. Would highly recommend this dealership. Great !!

Warren McEvoy: Nice local shop, which is nice to support local as much as possible. It's first come first served, or as aussies say, first in best dressed......Went in for new tires on the Vstrom 1000, went in for Continental TKC 70's but they didn't have a front in stock. I had to make a last min decision, and went for the Michelin Anakee Adeventure, with Peter's recommendations. Peter was very helpful and friendly, I ended up getting the tires done in about an hour, and it ran me $800 installed while waiting. They also sell gloves, boots, helmets, jackets, and some spare parts like chains and batteries. I am very satisfied with how things turned out other than having a plan for a tire and not having it. Oh well. I am sure I will be back again when I need new tires.

Second time I bought a jacket. 2 of the parts people we very helpful in helping me with a jacket choice, the also had what I was looking for in stock an Alpinestars Bogata jacket in sand color. I bought it and I am very happy. They also have a good selection of bikes. Had a look at the CFmoto bikes and am really interested in the NK800 very cool looking. Some of the BNW adventure bikes were very nice also. Can be dangerous on the wallet to go in bikes stores sometimes 🤔 🙄 🙃. I would recommend give them a look for sure.
