They give very helpful and motivational training, they encourage you to challenge yourself in a safe environment, they keep daily workout fun and diversified. More importantly, they are so kind, never judge, they let you be you and make you even better. This is a place you just want to go back again and again.

Toby Gilbert: I have been coming here for nearly a year, and it's been transformative. The EFM vibe is that it's a place for normal people rather than gym junkies, so it's not covered in mirrors and there isn't pumping dance music.Instead, there are trainers who give you focussed attention and will push you when necessary.I was always too intimidated at previous gyms to lift free weights, preferring to hit up the machines, but Alex showed me how and why I should lift weights. My balance, posture as well as my strength have never been better.The other clientele are also very supportive; there's a lovely community feel.With a new workout every day, it's easy to stay engaged. The weekly price is less than you'd pay for a single PT session, and you can go seven times a week if you like.I highly recommend this gym.

There are no mirrors on the walls which is reassuring for people like myself.The structure is there for those who like directions on what to do and how many reps to do them for. The friendly and encouraging staff are watching to make sure your technique is safe and provide guidance when something needs tweaking. There aren't 50 NordiTrack or Nautilus or Hammer Strength machines, but if you're powerlifting or powerbuilding focused, high quality and everything you need.- good people. The clientele and the staff have a way of 'weeding out' people who f don't fit the culture by natural selection. Mutual respect, willingness to help, willingness to give you your space to train unencumbered.- good atmosphere. If you want or need to be pushed, the right environment is waiting.If I lived nearby, I'd definitely be training there on occasion - even with a home gym that ain't far from being as well equipped as 618!

They have continued to encouraged me, keep my motivation up and achieve goals I could have never imagined ever doing. Every class is like a personal training session but made fun. Their 4 and 8 week challenges are amazing and so much fun, they are a great kick starter and a good way to start training on new goals you want to achieve .The whole gym and every member in it are incredible. Dani Stratford: Joining Healthies as a 55yr old and while recovering from a major injury last year was one of the best decisions I have made. Nola and the gorgeous team took into account all of my challenges and supported me to re learn how to fuel and nurture my body in my own time. In 4 months I have dropped a dress size and still going strong with a little more to shift. I am loving the recipe app on my phone and the accountability weekly coaching meetings give me.I have even been able to get into my favourite Disco Costume for my singing gigs- something I thought was way behind me. Marina Tsialafos: I joined Healthies Prospect 11 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier! Nola and her team are absolutely fantastic. Middle aged menopausal with health issues I was really in a not so great place. Since joining I not only have lost nearly 11 kilos but I have found a new network of people that can help me. The diet is really easy to follow and you are guided along every step of the way. The excercise classes and circuit are great too. You just do it at your own pace and there is no judgement. I've met some really nice people too along the way. I would highly recommend Healthies. Such a great bunch of ladies who really do want to help others. AF Balhannah provides such a welcoming and supportive space, I can’t believe I’ve been a member just over a year!My PT Brad always has a training program ready that both challenges me and supports the running and cycling pursuits I have outside the gym.Developing a consistent approach to training has really benefited me, both physically and mentally. It gave me the confidence to enter my first running race - at age 52! - and inspired me to plan for bettering my results next year. And it encouraged me to become involved in AF causes such as Tread As One, as I thoroughly see the benefits that physical activity has on mental health.Anytime Fitness Balhannah is my place to get out of my comfort zone, show up, be consistent, for ME - it not only has such huge benefits beyond just strength and mobility. Terry G: I first reviewed Foster Fitness two years ago, and I've been going to this gym every week for six years now. I'm not a gym rat and while I do enjoy talking to Andy, working out is not one of my favourite things to do. BUT I realise that if I stop going to the gym, my health will certainly decline and then I will not be ABLE to do the things I want to do. So I go three days a week and Andy is patient with me and helps me to stay healthy. I am able to lift things around the house that people younger than me are afraid to touch because they have "back problems." I'm able to walk distances that many people decades younger wouldn't even try.Going to the gym reminds me that I have to work to keep my health. I'm very grateful to Andy for creating Foster Fitness and for growing it through all of the challenges of the past six years. I'm now a kilo below my goal weight and can do chin-ups for the first time since I was a teenager. The time flies with Andy and having a work out time on the schedule keeps me motivated to not miss a session. He offers small group classes as well as personal training in a very nice and NOT crowded gym.

Becky Blake: I've been going to regular group classes at Foster Fitness since August 2022. I've always been a regular gym attender, but had lost my drive and was stuck doing the same exercises, not seeing results. Andy and Tina are motivating and knowledgeable and make the classes challenging for every fitness level with a wide variety of exercises. I have improved greatly in strength and tone and enjoy attending. There is a wonderful community vibe and everyone looks out for each other, which is really special.

No mirrors, no clocks just a great bunch of local men and women building their strength guided by a very competent and friendly instructor. Saras Suresh Kumar: . The gym also attracts a great bunch of people which makes sessions fun. Although we all do the same exercises Andy tailors them to individual needs. When I started I had a frozen shoulder and injured calf muscle but was still able to build strength and stamina as Andy altered the exercises so I could do them. I'm much fitter and stronger physically and mentally thanks to Andy's classes.
