As soon as I met Val, she made me feel so comfortable and really helped me to narrow down my very broad idea of what I really wanted. Found multiple beautiful dresses to choose from and I found my perfect dress. I fell in love with it as soon as I put it on. I had 6 months until our wedding date and in that time they made me feel so at ease, the seamstress was also lovely and was able to do all the things I had asked to alter the dress. Michelle Douglas: For my wedding dress I went to several different places. They were way too out of my price range and even still I couldn’t find the right dress for me. My first web site I looked on was Wedding whispers and finally went and had a look! At first I couldn’t find something which caught my eye and the lovely lady behind the desk said they have a discounted rack out the back…. And there it was, the most beautiful wedding dress I have ever seen! Val and her assistant went far and beyond to help me. Unfortunately during storage at home a stain got on the dress and her dress fitter managed to get most of it out. I had so many complements from strangers and people at my wedding stating it was the most gorgeous dress they have ever seen. Thank you Val and your team for making my day even more magical then what it was and the support and help you all gave me.

Sophie Caldwell: My experience at Rapsimo Bridal was a dream come true. Her designs are unique and the definition of beauty. Ann went above and beyond to ensure I loved my dress. She had several fittings to make sure that is completely fit my body, it went on just like a glove. I would highly recommend Rapsimo to all brides. She even made a stunning flower girl dress that my niece feel like a princess.

The store is kept immaculate, has integrity and they offer a wide variety of dresses for all occasions. The girls there are caring and actually get interested in their customers needs and wants. Michaela German: beautiful dresses and equally beautiful customer service!After the fiasco at the afterdark boutique I very defeatedly went to the myer city centre with my last hopes in hand to find a dress.I sheepishly approached a staff member tolder I was after a size 14 - 16 cocktail dress, wasn't fussed for colour or cut but that it needed to make me look good.She took me over to the pilgrim girls who were MORE than happy to help. They asked loads of questions about colours, specific styles and what the occasion was. With in moments i had at least 10 different dresses to try on. One of the girls were even lovely enough to wait out by my change room and look over the dresses on me and give me advice on what dresses she though looked better for my body type.I COMMEND these women and their customer service. They were so kind and sweet and when I finally settled on my dress one commented on how id get my "pretty woman moment". You know where Julia Roberts is looking like a goddess in her red dress waiting for Richard geere to put on that stunning diamond necklace. Today started pretty dismal but yall really turned it around.Thankyou so so much for helping this little tomboy find herself a stunning dress. I cannot wait to wear it out on Thursday night, have my magical "pretty woman moment" and silently thank each and every one of you ladies for helping me this morning. You guys are the real miracle workers 💕

Just provided me with info and let me take the time to make a decision on what I wanted to do. I ended up buying my dress from here and it's so unique and beautiful, plus it was the very first dress the owner picked for me at the start!

Issy: I went into Princess collection looking for my formal dress. This was the first store I went into and although I had ideas of what I wanted, I struggled to refine them. The worker was very kind and listened to my ideas and gathered a few different dresses she thought I'd like - boy was she right. I tried on about 4 different ones and liked them all however, it was clear the first dress was the one. She answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and did not pressurise in any way. As my size needed to be ordered in, there came the issue of getting the dress to me as I live in a country town. They ended up shipping it to me for free and it arrived in the 2 week timeframe they suggested it would take. The dress arrived in great condition. Faith gave us the most wonderful service, she matched our vibe perfectly and went out of her way to indulge some of our more ridiculous requests. The store and dresses are gorgeous, but the most gorgeous part was definitely Faith herself! Couldn’t recommend more!

I can’t fault Faith she was absolutely a rock star!! Instantly made me feel comfortable being plus size, asked what I liked, what I wanted, interested in wedding planning lovely to chat too!! Overall the experience and venue is absolutely gorgeous!! Unfortunately I only gave four stars due to them not having a wide range for plus size dresses, a lot of tight mermaid dresses and square line dresses, definitely a place for people who are chasing them styled dresses!!Thanks again Faith! 🙂
