Sathis kumar: Mini Beautiful Garden

Drew's Adventures: Beautiful place and lots of varieties of plants and quaint pondsPlayground: No playgroundRestrooms: No toiletDog-friendliness: Dog friendlyPicnic area: Some benches to have a picnic or the Zen rock area

Chakravarthy Venkatachalam: What a serene environment, just go there and sit listening to the water and it is like meditating

Pirouz Poursasan: Small tranquil area in the heart of Adelaide CBD just to give you a moment of peace in Japanese style.

Winnie Wong: Beautiful tranquil space.Quiet environment to rest and meditate.Very well maintained.

shaira noshin: It was small but peaceful to take a walk and enjoy the beauty of it.

Bianca Hadi: I actually loved visiting here, it's so nice and peaceful for a little stroll and to just sit and take in the scenery and noises

Wow Houseboats: Adelaide's Himeji Garden is a serene and beautifully designed Japanese garden located in the heart of the city. Opened in 1985, this garden is a symbol of the sister-city relationship between Adelaide and Himeji in Japan. It features traditional Japanese landscape elements, including tranquil koi ponds, meticulously manicured plants, and elegant stone pathways. The garden is divided into two main sections: the Shinto-inspired garden, which highlights the beauty of simplicity and natural harmony, and the more formal garden, showcasing classic Japanese landscaping techniques.

マロンパンケーキ: It was a very well-maintained and small garden, but it was a perfect and wonderful Japanese garden. Plants and flowers were all Japanese gardens themselves. I was impressed.

Kwangil Jeon: A beautiful park in Adelaide. It made me feel like I was in Japan for a short while.

Amber: smaller than i remember, but that’s not the garden’s fault at all. if you come on a good day, the garden is incredibly scenic & quiet. the big pond in the middle of the garden has turtles that often pop up & sucks that fly into the water. however, when it’s busy, the atmosphere is ruined fairly quickly

Cherie Green: Just so beautiful & relaxing

Piete247: A great location

Robert SMITH-CLARE: Nothing more chilled than walking around a botanic garden. This one has some great features - including a hot house with a giant lilly. There is also a museum of economic plants. Sounds dull? - we thought so too, but we went in and were enraptured by the place, were in there for nearly an hour. Why? If I describe it, it will sound dull so just give it a go.

Stacia Naomi Tholar: There are a few tall trees right at the entrance where you can see all these plump little bats hanging out. Quite the sight!

Marian Kelly: Really great park, lots of amazing trees and beautiful birds flying round.

Howard Nixon: I had 30 minutes to rest and found just how restful it really is.

Rob Wilhelm: Always a .magical escape from day to day living. Awesome

tbhersey tbhersey: Awesome place to relax. And take in the Wildlife

Julia Julia: The Adelaide Botanic Garden is a 51-hectare public garden at the north-east corner of the Adelaide city centre, in the Adelaide Park Lands. It encompasses a fenced garden on North Terrace and behind it the Botanic Park. Work was begun on the site in 1855, with its official opening to the public on 4 October 1857.

Vanessa Volar (Ness): Obsessed with this location, the bats, the greeny, the gardens, its everything, no wonder weddings and events get held here. Got engaged or asked to be and I was over the moon it was at the place...Playground: Not much theirRestrooms: PlentyDog-friendliness: Not the actual botanicPicnic area: Everywhere here

The Diggers Club Garden Shop - Adelaide: what do users think?

Nishant Dani: Got all the information needed and the person who was assisting us was also very helpful and informative. The only drawback is its a long way to walk to the club especially if you have elderly ppl with you.

Jagmali: What a gem of a store! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff eager to help. If you’re looking for something unique or a lovely gift this is a great place. So happy I joined the club.

Glenda Vartzokas: The service is helpful. Purchased dafodill bulb and a red papaya plant

Gelatinous Monk: and although many businesses these days offer loyalty cards, I doubt many could match the membership discount offered by Diggers. It’s one of those organisations that give one hope for a greener Australia.

Jodie Karta-Sheridan: A great selection of items, especially the seeds

Helen Dunnicliff: Fantastic

Sandeep Gill: Amazing store with different plant varieties for home garden, lot of information. Highly recommend to buy club membership if you are planning to visit regularly for different garden plants, saves money, good quality plants and cheaper than bunnings

Nelson Yoh: Great Place to be. If you are a plant lover, this is a place to head in Adelaide

andrew gilsenan-reed: Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Delightful setting and an excellent range of garden supplies. Certainly worth the membership fee.

Amy: My favourite spot at the Botanic Gardens without a doubt. Absolutely stunning!

Nick Blyth: Nice architecture design of the building with the symmetry. There is a cactus garden near the entrance of the building which has lots of different types of cactus such as the golden barrel cactus. There is a small palm tree in the centre of the building which wasn’t very big when I went to see it. Off to one side of the building, there is a small fountain with some small plants in it. When I went, I found that it gets very hot in there.

Regex Green 817: Impressive reserve including the rotunda near King William Road

Melissa Nguyen: It's just a nice place to relax, you can sit in the little shelter when it rains. If you're lucky, you might even find some wildlife approaching you, its really endearing, the animals are fantastic, believe me. A black goose approached me and let me get real close to it. Really a once in a lifetime experience, though i haven't been to any festivals, i can see that they're really fun.

Eddie Uchenna: Our trip to Elder Park happened to align with the OzAsia Festival, or perhaps it was the Dumpling Festival. The park was clean and well-kept, lit up by thousands of lanterns that made for a mesmerizing sight. The lake beside the park added to its picturesque scenery. We also enjoyed a fantastic view of the Adelaide Oval, which is brilliantly lit with rainbow colors at night.

Clare Flynn: Great experience on popeye

Sarah: Beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the space

Michael Galea: We are lucky to have such a beautiful spot in Adelaide

mahendra indubhai mehta: One of the best place in Adelaide historical place

Kyle Mills: A quaint little area in the middle of Adelaide, ideal for hanging out with friends, running, or just unwinding. At night, they light up some fairy lights, which adds a bit of character. Other than that, it’s fairly ordinary, in my opinion.

Melissa Nguyen: It's a clean place, its very spacious and it holds annual events every year like setting up a giant christmas tree and more. Food trucks can be spotted outside of Victoria Square sometimes, and it's close to a tram stop, it's not a bad place, I would go there if you had time, just for a place to relax. Good place.
