Paul Stubberfield: What a fantastic experience dealing with Nordic design furniture, David in particular in sales but has for many years and still heads factory production, very interesting to talk with, he so understands requests for custom made, same cost as ‘standard makes’ and quietly helps in final design, nothing is to much a problem. Outstanding workmanship, seemed expensive but really not, great value for such a fine product, be patient with lead time it is well worth the wait.

We designed it with the storage of our collection of vinyl, cds and dvds in mind. It is the perfect entertainment unit and we are extremely impressed with the quality, skill and craftsmanship involved in making it. The only reason we chose Pfitzner Furniture was because it was made not only in Australia but in South Australia. The quality of the finished product is superb. My only criticism is that in 16 weeks waiting for the furniture to be made we heard nothing from Pfitzner. The only time we had contact it was initiated by me. It would have been more assuring if we received a monthly update by email.

Had a lounge made to order many years ago and recently had it re-upholstered, because that's how good their quality is. The quality and density of foam they use for lounges is far better than what they sell in retail shops. Customer service is excellent, they go above and beyond to tailor make to your specific needs. I was in need of some new lounges, after refurbishing our home. Couldn't find anything I liked so I decided to go back and placed an order again . Forward 6 years later, the cushioning is still firm just like new and doesn't sag. Would I recommend this place , absolutely yes !!!

I received it only a few weeks after ordering - great service! It was an excellent price - similar to retail elsewhere yet mine was custom made. The staff are super friendly too - will certainly go there again!
