Emma Helps: We couldn't be more grateful to Shanti, Tim and Madeline. We have just had to say goodbye to my fiancé, who passed young. His parents and I were having a really tough time dealing with the shock and the grief. However Shanti made the whole process easy and so much less stressful than I was expecting it to be.Shanti has such an empathetic and caring nature about her and it set such a beautiful tone for the service. Tim has a friendly and gentle way about him too. I believe it was Madeline who prepared him for his viewing and she got everything spot on from his hair to his tie.We chose to go to Enfield as we needed a bigger chapel, however their prices were still extremely reasonable.I couldn't appreciate their family more, when our families were in need.

BLACKNAIL Official: My mother's funeral was graveside today, 30th May. Sensible is the best place for the simple reason that my wife and I were treated very well from the start and the pricing was also very good. Shanti and Tim were lovely as Shanti officiated the service and Tim drove the hearse. All respectfully and professionally. One of the things that set this place apart for me was the office dog, Millie. She came in to the office to be comfort when the tone of voice showed obvious need. Perfection.

Colin introduced us to the celebrant Janine Saundercock who made us feel comfortable coming to meet us at our home and was just wonderful on the day. Kit Kat: It really is a tough situation to deal with when a family member passes away. Making decisions so soon is very hard. I made the initial enquiries on behalf of Mum who was struggling dealing with the loss of her son. This was the first time we have used the Natural Funeral Company. We are satisfied we made the right choice. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. We like the fact that it is a small family business with staff that are genuine and caring. Naomi Broadbent: Mum had left instructions to use The Natural Funeral Company when she had passed, and I can see why she had picked them out. From the first point of contact with Colin on the phone, to the organising in person with Grace, they proceeded with a gentleness and understanding you need at such a sensitive time.I was intimidated at first at the thought of planning a funeral, but Grace guided us through and did all the heavy lifting during the process. She was clearly very experienced and was able to provide lots of advice.The funeral proceeded without a single hitch to speak of, which allowed us to instead focus on saying goodbye to mum. Everyone commented on what a lovely service it was and how it was just what mum would have wanted - it couldn't have been done without Grace and the team, thank you so much.

Terrible Adelaide Drivers: Ivan Butler Funerals has looked after my family on a number of occasions now. It's staff are caring and knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to look after you. They are one of few family owned funeral homes left in Adelaide and they don't treat your loved ones like they are on an assembly line. Don't choose a funeral home that is owned by an investment bank, go with one that actually cares and adds the personal touch.

Henry Schafing: My family approached Gleneleg Funerals to direct and manage the funeral and cremation of the matriach of our family, Mum. We had a problem of extremely limited time frame, due to this being the only time in 12 years that the family was all together. They achieved this, working with diverse siblings, an external church, external musicians and opera singer, and even on the day of the funeral a Guard of Honour was added to their load, without any pre warning. Rish Shillingford: After my mum passed away, i had the daunting job of arranging her funeral. I called one director who gave me a quote upwards of $8000, a few days later I called Glenelg funerals and was given 4 different quotes all reasonable and giving me choices, which I loved. They maintained constant communication and even helped fix incorrect details from the coroner for me. My mums body looked incredible during the viewing, she looked absolutely beautiful and as though she was asleep. With the few details i provided tony he put together a beautiful eulogy making us all laugh and cry. If needing a funeral director again I would not hesitate to use Glenelg Funerals, definitely recommend.

Wanted to give our loved one the absolute best "send off" we could & Glenelg Funerals helped make that happen. A hard time made less difficult with the level of professionalism experienced. Even months after the funeral I made contact with varying questions & to purchase keep sake urns & have always been made to feel like no question is too hard.

Elenor Hood: On behalf of my family and I, I can not thank Fulham funerals enough. Anthony was absolutely incredible. The funeral was on Kangaroo Island, and unfortunately there was issues with the ferry. Tony stayed calm and assured us it will be ok. They were down at Cape Jervis waiting from 4am to try and get on the soonest ferry, as there's original time was canceled. We thought the funeral wouldn't go ahead at one point, but they managed to get there and set up everything on time. The professionalism they showed was unwavering, and they truly did everything above and beyond.. They made such a sad stressful time, so much easier and put our minds at ease. Even the small details were so thoughtful, down to having water bottles for us and guests. We can't thankyou enough Tony, you guys were amazing.

Jamie were accommodating with our limited time and special request as we need to follow the rituals in the Islamic faith and send the deceased to other country as soon as possible.
